What do you like best?

I have been with airSlate SignNow since the early stages. When I first signed up for airSlate SignNow it was owned by airSlate SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it’s back to its original name. Even though the branding and name changes happened as expected in most cases the platform was always reliable and always worked great! Throughout my time using it the features stayed pretty much the same but just kept getting better and better over time. None of my data was ever lost or moved, the forms just kept getting snappier and snappier, and the application kept getting smarter. Clients never had an issue figuring out how to use it and the whole experience has been amazing!

Prove electronically signing order

hi everyone and welcome to our webinar for signing electronically what do your clients see so once you have sent out your Austin to sign invitation I want to show you what it's like on the client end one of the first things I'd like to show you is we have a user guide which is available it's called signing electronically this is meant for you to send your client as a resource for them on how to use the Austin to sign program I'm just going to do this in really quick here so you can see it actually walked through electronic signatures and how they were approved by Congress and then it's legally acceptable but then here walks them through how to respond to the invitation how to adopt their name and signature how to go in and review the documents it's a step by step process now I'm gonna just go ahead and show you on our home page where you can access this actual document and then you can save it and send it out to clients on the nwx home page if you click on the support tab and then go to transaction desk and under user guides there's a section here in the user guides called client resources the signing electronically resource which appears here is what I just showed you so it opens up this PDF for you and this is a great thing to send out to clients it's also really kind of nice for you as well that way you can go in and view this in case you're not familiar with what the client is actually going to see when they get their signing now I've already sent the invitations to myself so I'm going to go ahead and show you what it actually looks like and here are the s pen to sign invitation and so for this one is for my client Joe seller and this is going to be a listing that he's going to be signing on so you're going to either click here on this pen to begin the signing or click here in this link either one is acceptable just remember I'm now acting as Joe seller the client so I'm going to click in that box to begin the signing and it automatically notifies your client how many the document is and how many signing blocks are available there so we'll take a second to load depending on how long or how large that your PDF is and here it shows me this is the authentication page where your clients going to go in and adopt their signature so Joe a seller can either choose the signature which is here he can select the font style or he can go in and draw a signature and I'm gonna choose to draw a signature for him I'm using my mouth so it's a little bit harder as I go in to sign Joe's name here and I click Next so that'll actually be his signature and then these will be his initials that then appear in the initial pages and I'm going to adopt that so now you'll see this will be Joe's signature and these will be Joe's initials they'll fit into each panel when he goes in today now Joe also has to go ahead and accept and agree to the consumer consent disclosure in the Terms of Service he can open these up to view them and read them or he can print and download those I'm just going to show you those links and what they look like so Joe can go through those once he's looked at those his next step in the process is clicking this accept button so I'm going to go ahead and click accept and that just means that I have authenticated or that I have started the process now I just want to scroll through here and show you that you can easily ask the client scroll through to view the documents that are here you will see that here the initial and the date dance for your client to be signing either your clan has two options they can click this big red start button in the upper right or they can actually click on an initial or signature panel to start I'll start here with the red start button when I click start it automatically takes me to one of those initial panels or I just click in the action of me clicking in the box is actually what puts the signature the initial into the so you can see that it put in my initial and it also added in a date stamp here for me so now I can click and you'll see it jumps me every time to the next panel now your claim might want to be reading through the documents as they're going through and that's absolutely ok they have some options over here on the right hand side very similar to some of the options that you have and often design they can zoom their page in or out so make it bigger or make it smaller they can jump to a specific page of the document if they wanted to look through everything that you had they can easily just jump back to a page and it would take them there they also have options so they can view those same disclosures that they viewed earlier on they can go in and print and download or they can create a signature if they do the create signature here it takes them back to the beginning and then they start the signing again or they can always get help life support in here as well ok now you'll also see here when we're looking at some of this information in here when I take a look and I'm going to go ahead and keep signing here as we go in did our clients our client will be able to go through and just click and that's putting in their initials and date stamps so you can see I'm going through as I'm clicking through these initial panels you're going to see at the top of the screen it shows me my progress so I can see about 55 percent completed I've done 6 out of the 11 mandatory fields and signatures that are here so I'm going to continue to click through and here's a sign here as well I just want to scroll back so you can see for that sign here it truly put in my signature that I had put in earlier and now I can go through and there I've completed and it now shows me up here at the top where it says complete that I truly completed the signing now one of the things you need to make sure that your client does is not only click complete but they also have to click on where it says complete signing it's a two-step if they just click complete it won't save it into your transaction desk account with offensive sign they need to click on complete signing and I'm going to go ahead and do that once your client so Joe seller here had gone and clicked on complete now you see that it says that hey you're almost done your client has the option to create a password here that way they can go back in and access this information if you have a client who's going to be using often to sign a lot it might be great for them to create a password but just so you're aware you wouldn't be able to access their password nor can Northwest MLS your client would actually have to call internet to go in and get a hold of that password if they misplaced it so it might be best for them not to create a password that way every time they come in for signing they could just start fresh so for right now I'm going to click no think and now it tells your client thank you so much for using offensive sign and that this process has been completed now for you on your broker end we're gonna talk a little bit about what you get so I just want to show you I'm gonna open up my email here so that you can see you will get a message coming from offensive sign letting you know that everything has been completed so in here I can see that that signing action has happened okay so I can see here that the action has taken place now then here when I look at it here's my out sends a sign invitation for my other clients so in here this is for my client to review now a lot of people always ask the question is it okay to send the Austin to sign invitations to the same email address you're gonna have a lot of people that use that same email and that's what I've done here I've sent both invites to the same email address you just want to make sure that on your end here that you would have sent them with two different contacts but one was sent to Jill and one was sent to Betty so here I'm going to go in and I'm gonna do Betty signing so here I'm going to go ahead and click here to start Betty signing and once again you can see that how many pages are in the document with how many signing blocks are here as well once this loads will go ahead and you see that same type of window pops up so in here it shows me that he's information and Betty can either draw her signature the same way that Joe did or Betty has the option to go in and select a font style and Betty might go in here just like she wants to select a font and she can choose whatever font works for her she just selects that circle and then she can click Save that will then put in this template type font style for her for her signature and her initials he can then go in and it view the consumer consent disclosure as well as she can go in and view the Terms of Service and then she can go ahead and accept which will then allow her to start her signing now one thing that looks a little bit different here for Betty that would have changed from when Joe went in is earlier Joe didn't see anyone else's signatures but you'll see your Betty cannot see Joe signature that's because Joe had already completed his signing and closed it out before Betty opened hers the Betty has the option here that she can either click start or she can go right down here into that initial box and click on the initial box to start her signing and you can see it puts in that font style that she chose with the date stamp and now I'm gonna go ahead and sign here for Betty so I'm just gonna click in those boxes and just remember the clicking is acting as the signing and once again I'm going to click in the sign here section for Betty and now you can see he can go back here she could stay she could print this out now if she wanted to we just want to make sure that once Betty's completed her signing she comes over here to click complete and then she clicks on complete signing and once again it would be up to you if you would want your clients in here to be able to go in and you know create that password they do not need to create a password because you'll be sending them everything that they need here as well so I'm going to click no thanks and you will see that study section has been completely signed here so that's it that's all that your clients have to do they check their email once you sent off those invitations and then you all they go in is go in click on those buttons and sign it'll be the same technique whether they're signing a purchase or sale they're signing a listing agreement everything in offensive sign is the same for your clients it'll always be that same process where they go in to us sent a key which is where they going to confirm their name and things and then when they go in and actually do the signature that's it for your clients and it'll be the same they're on both ends I hope that you enjoyed today's webinar I know that the short webinar for your client but it'll be the same process each time I hope that you join us again for another webinar this recording will be posted on our website and I hope you have a great day thanks so much for joining you
