this video is a tutorial on how to create or how to have multiple invoice templates or any report in velocity so if you go to account sales and highlight an invoice click view usually you just have one invoice one delivery note as you can see I've got multiple different invoices here which is what I'll be showing you how to do today this can be helpful for many reasons mainly say you've got more than one shop Linked In Your velocity Network and let's say the shots require an invoice with obviously different contact details on in that case you would need a separate invoice template setting up so click tools and settings uh the password if you call velocity support we can provide you with this [Music] password support number is down in the bottom left here by the way and then go to network settings and reports Tab and as you can see we've got all different kind of reports we can add to in here here but for now we'll just do invoices now as you can see they're all listed here let's say we want we just want to make an invoice which is very similar to the original but we just want to make slight alterations best way to do that is to click the Holo click copy this will copy that template into a new one and it's always best to rename it so we'll call it let's call it YouTube for the sake of the video and if you click edit template it will then allow you to make any changes in the designer so once you're done click the X and click okay you'll see it's now down there and for just to show you you can delete them as well so let's say We'll delete that one and I'll just get rid of all [Music] these so now we're just left with invoice and the new one we created click okay once you're done click yes to restart now go back to account sales click View and you've now got a new invoice template you can run obviously you can do the same for delivery notes if you wish it's the same principle and you can also print it as well so that's how you create a new invoice template I hope this helps and any issues call us on this number thanks for watching bye
