It would be less appropriate in a hospital, or doctor's office that has multiple physicians as things can become lost in the fold so to speak. It is great for a healthcare practice where patients have time to read through their forms AT HOME. This is likely a nuance that not many practices experience but if so, this is a great way to reduce clutter and paperwork and simplify the experience for patients.

I only used airSlate SignNow support when setting up. I uploaded a bunch of documents in the wrong place and needed assistance in moving them. Unfortunately they were not able to move the documents and I needed to upload into a different place. This is where I feel the system itself could benefit from some flexibility for their customers.

If anyone has ever used an online signature platform, they will understand how to use this from the customer-facing area. In terms of setup and execution, it is a lengthy process but once done a few times is easy to execute.
