airSlate SignNow is used within our agency in every department. We use it to send out our contracts, NDAs and releases to our clients. airSlate SignNow has solved the issue of getting paperwork returned and returned in a timely manner. Some of our NDAs require multiple signatures and airSlate SignNow makes that much easier to accomplish. We are able to upload multiple documents to our template file and send out the required document for signing quickly.

The ability to assign multiple signers to a single document is exceptional. airSlate SignNow allows you to edit a document you have already uploaded and save the edits as though they are part of the original document in your templates section. The history feature makes it easy to go back and see how many times a document has been viewed and the exact date and time the document was signed.

airSlate SignNow is well suited for companies that send documents often that need signatures. In my industry we send around 40 contracts a week. airSlate SignNow would not be appropriate for a company that sends an occasional document for a signature. airSlate SignNow is designed to handle many documents and storage of contracts.

We use airSlate SignNow to sign contracts or legal documents within the company. I originally began using this software when I joined the company and found it very easy to use.

Allows for the safe and secure signing of important documents. Allows for the storage of important documents. Easily works on mobile devices without a hiccup.

airSlate SignNow works perfectly when securely sending or receiving documentation to be signed by others. I have used airSlate SignNow within my company as well as outside with other companies to sign various types of documents. I have never had any issues with the software and find that it works perfectly on a laptop or mobile device.

How do I create a PDF and send it to my customer for signing?

First, you have to create a form or contract in Word, Pages, or Google Docs. Once that’s done, simply export the document as a PDF and upload it to your airSlate SignNow account. If you don’t already have one, register using your Facebook, Google, or email. Upload your document to your Dashboard, open it, and click Invite to Sign. After that, use your customer's email to send them a signature request. Doing so allows your client to read the sample and add an electronic signature quickly, without having to have an account of their own. After your customer has signed the PDF, airSlate SignNow will automatically send copies to all parties involved (or the parties you specified in the settings). Save time and make eSigning easier for everyone involved with airSlate SignNow.

What counts as an electronic signature?

Any symbol on a document can be considered an electronic signature if the signer has confirmed their intention to sign a document and do business digitally. But more importantly, the signature must be associated with the signer. In airSlate SignNow, you can take advantage of the Document History feature and, if necessary, check who and when eSigned your PDF.

How can I sign a PDF using my mouse?

It’s easier than ever. Create an account in airSlate SignNow and eSign documents anytime from anywhere. After you register, upload a PDF, go to the left-hand panel and choose My Signatures. Click on the Add New Signature option and draw your handwritten signature using your mouse. If it doesn’t look good, just select Clear and re-draw it again. Click Sign to insert it into the form. Once you’ve created an eSignature, you can set it as your default and use it on any document you need.
