hi everyone this is Jill with big tree solutions and today I'm going to show you how to use a workaround to place an order for a customer that's out of a delivery zone so the first thing we're going to do is go to place order you have an account built and you'll see here I have this uh this address here that's obviously outside of my area it's in Alaska so I'm going to go ahead and pick that and you'll see we do not currently deliver to that zip code please select a different address you can either add a local address or let's say you have one so I'm going to pick this local address pick a restaurant there are some items in a cart so you'll see here I have a delivery obviously now if I go back to the customer it's showing i'm going to this address we're going to go to switch addresses and we're going to attempt to switch to this address now you'll see again it does not work so here's my solution what we're going to do is go back to our logic admin again I'm going to hit my locations and we're here in Gainesville I'm going to go to my zoning and you'll see here I've created a zone called overrides it so this is a zip code that I'm actually not going to assign or this is a zone I'm going to actually not assigned to any restaurants so real quick on override zip I'm going to add a zip code so now you see I've added that zip code 99 603 which is in Alaska so now that we have the zip code we're going to go back to our order let's just take it right back to where we were so we built the the order we're going to go to customer we're going to switch addresses and now when we pick it's a sign that so see it's it's saying there are no restaurants available but since we've actually entered zip code in the system it's allowing us you'll notice here the delivery fee or company fee is nine hundred and ninety-nine dollars and that's because I've set that for this so when I went to set this up and you can see by editing addresses you can set a custom delivery fee that's the reason why we have that so now you can also see let's say you've set that delivery fee but you know in this instance you don't want to charge them that you can now click here and we can adjust that delivery fee to anything we want so let's say ninety nine dollars and now we've completed the order payment cash see we have the cash older there now it's been completed so let's go ahead and check on that by going to the dispatch screen so here we go we're going to look at that order and here...
