about ensure plus because i've seen all these comments yes i'm answering the questions i am looking off my ipad and i try to answer all of them but for today i'm just going to do a video to try to answer as many as i can so if you want to know my answer to all these questions stay tuned to the end of the video and let's get right into it so the first question is do you drink with every meal or do you drink it once a day now my answer is yes i drink it with every meal if i eat a big breakfast i drink my insurance drink some water with lunch i drink my inshore and then at dinner i drink my intro so as much as you can really if you only do it once a day that's fine but try to at least do it with each meal because that's going to get you the most results do it with your biggest meal if you don't want to do it you know every day if you can't really tolerate it just drink it with your biggest meal so my answer is i do it three times a day but if you want to do it once you can but just make sure you drink it with your biggest meal the second question is where do you buy this from where do you get this ensure plus that that i keep talking about where do you get it from i get it from the grocery store you can get it from sam's and also you can order it on amazon so those are two sources that you can get the big boxes from that's where i get mines from so if it's not like if you don't have the grocery store where you're located or where you stay you can always order it off amazon okay the next question is does regular intra work as well okay i get this question a lot yes regular intro works because it is the same formula but you know as for me i just started drinking ensure plus and i start seeing results from that so if you do want to do regular that is totally fine you can drink that as well and if that runs out then you can switch over against your plus but both of them will work the next question is should you work out i say yes if you want to really majorly improve it like really really quickly i say yes you should work out if you want to get your weight up or build muscle you should definitely work out you can do butt workouts style workouts whatever area that you want to gain you should do that um so yeah you should work the next question next question is don't forget to click that subscribe button the next question is um how long did it take you to see results all right guys it takes for me to kind of start seeing a little change it took a month like not i'm not saying like oh my god you might see like drastic it really varies but for me it took one month because i was looking in the mirror like that okay kind of kind of putting on some weight for you it could take two to three weeks because everybody's body is different everybody's metabolism works different so if you're really putting in the work you can see results from littlest to two weeks to three just see how it works for you but it took one month for me to see a real drastic change all right once the next one it says does this apply to boys and girls yes it does it applies to everyone that wants to drink insulin and everyone that wants to gain weight yes it applies of course our dynamics are different girls bodies are different than boy bodies but if you're doing exactly what i'm saying it works for both okay now this is going to be the second to last question and that is what do i do if ensure plus taste bad to me now i'm going to give you guys some recommendations i can tell you what i would do if i didn't really like it i would try to try different flavors so they have strawberry they have chocolate vanilla all different types um i put it in ice or put it in the refrigerator because maybe if it's cold you might like it better because it tastes like a shake or if you just don't like shakes at all you should also try it your juice because that works as well so just try different drinks um drink them and see how you like it if you don't really like it just try to switch over you can do a powder you can just basically find what fits you if ensure plus is nasty or the particular flavor is nasty try what works for you okay guys last but not least i hate to get to the last question the last question is what workout should i do okay now the workouts that i did that worked for me were butt bridges i did donkey kicks and i also did squats so just get work do workouts that work for your glutes don't do no workouts that's not really benefiting the area that you're trying to gain in so do squats foot workouts donkey kicks butt
