hi my name is Dorothy Jones I'm a customer trainer at r.j. young company today I'd like to show you how to add edit or delete contacts from your reco multifunction device if your model has a home button then you will be able to select the user tools slash counter button an address book management will appear there if you do not have a home button you'll still select user tools slash counter but you will get to the address book by going to system settings administrator tools tab and there you will find address book management once you've selected address book management from either location you will see the list of email addresses already stored in the copier you can select new program to add someone new next to name press change type the person's name ok you will notice that the name will also appear under key display at this point you could select change and delete the last name if you just want the name on the button to say Tom ok then select the email tab next to email address select change type the email address here's your at symbol okay okay again and exit exit exit all the way out if you would like to edit someone select user tools slash counter go into the address book management select the name you would like to edit then you can edit their name or go to email change and use the arrow keys to move the cursor backspace to delete and type the correct email address select ok ok again and exit to delete a contact user tool slash counter address book management now select delete first then choose the name you would like to delete are you sure you want to delete the following user yes and then exit I hope you found this video helpful if you still have questions feel free to contact our customer care department at
