Fax mark adjustment
Hi this is Marty Carter with SumnerOne Service, here to talk about fax forwarding on a Canon ImageRunner Advanced Series machine. First thing we'll do is touch settings and registration here you must be logged in as an administrator. That will then allow you to touch function settings. Receive forward. Common settings. Here I'm going to scroll to page two of three and change use forward settings to "on" and press ok forwarding settings, register You have to create a condition name. I'll call this condition name "Test" And then forwarding destination. Here we can go to the address book we can choose a name already registered in the address book or we can register a new destination email, name of the email email address and press okay, okay, okay again select that rule we just created and then choose validate to make sure it says "on" and then close out. Enter the IP address of the machine into the web browser and then you'll have to login as an administrator. Once we're logged in we're gonna click where it says settings/ registration Now along the left, we're gonna choose receive / forward Here we need to click on common settings and then check mark where it says use forward settings towards the bottom. then click OK Once here, we're gonna click on forwarding settings Forwarding without conditions and here we're gonna make sure a select destination from address list is bulleted then choose select destination here I'm gonna select my sample email address and click OK and then we'll click OK again. Here we could see that the forward settings is turned "on", status is green which is good and it's forwarding the emails to my test email address. At this point we can log out and we're finished. Thank you.
