what do you do you know just do the can't you this is old school you just pinch all right i'm too shiny i went on a run you know i gotta all right master blaster and madame blaster at it again it is sunday a week after a new comic book day but what i want to do is a reaction video um i watched a reggie collects video on wednesday and he was reacting to a video that was posted on youtube by a first time poster and this guy had counterfeited a signature and sent it into one of the grading companies and he received a yellow label verified signature from cbcs and reggie brought on chuck as a guest and kind of talked it talk through the whole thing and then brought doug bratton on and um doug brought up some good points about first off is this all legit so i want to like preface my thoughts on i'm assuming it's legit by now uh cbcs i would have reacted or i think would have said if they had any comments about that they would have come out by now and this guy is a low-level whatever it's out there though and i know they know about it so um it is what it is um reggie the conversation with chuck and doug and reggie's viewpoints were well thought out and they landed on um the idea that a witness signature is 100 authentic yes and a verified one is an art not a science but that 99 of the time you know i just think it'd be so easy to fake something like that well it would just be a little practice and you get that signature right down right and that's what the guy did that's what the guy did and um that's why it's an art not a science and but they do use computers and they have samples these professional autograph verifiers they have a database of the signature great points were brought up about how your signature changes right your signature changes over time if you're signing back to back-to-back signatures tom mcfarlane had thousands tens you know a hundred thousand i don't know how many he did uh back in the beginning of the year but it was several days and they're just putting books in front of him now that's why the witness signature is the way to go in my opinion because then you take out this whole conversation yeah okay so i wanted to talk about that i want to show a couple of my books i've got uh what i have in front of me i don't have a single um verified signed cbcs comic book well that's just a fact um will i have one in the future the answer is yes because i have several raw comic books i should have grabbed them i forgot um i have a james obar signed caliber...
