so this is our fridge got broke part of a cucumber we've got some strawberries left we have some corn we have a little bit of sour cream some feta cheese some ranch there's some cream cheese back there we have apple sauce we'll need vanilla yogurt we've got plenty of strawberry chocolate milk there with the aim of those I've got another thing of strawberries because they were on sale before I paid $5 for strawberries they were only a dollar 50 we have lemonade we have a little bit of orange juice and we have a little bit of milk but I have another milk I believe downstairs in my fridge this is some pot roast that's gonna be used for lunches today and then we have some shredded chicken and some beets plenty of eggs we won't need to buy any eggs this week because they bought a ton last week and then this is my sauce that we're having tomorrow with our pasta and meatballs I'm sure fridge I mean our veggies are we have a lot left over I don't really know what happened we've been eating them but I think I just bought so much we're still trying to figure out we've been eating really clean so I think I bought a ton and then we kind of about too many so we'll just use these out we have some celery to use up which the celery actually there's no good at once soft no hate we got carrots we've got cucumbers but lettuce [Music] I got nothing down there vomit about this celery yeah good for Leah cheese we did keto here two weeks just it hasn't kind of reset so we've got cheese out thing again you've got a bunch of cream cheese we've got cheese hot dogs any more cheese so the first place I start is my freezer I know it looks like kind of crazy right now which it kind of is but these are balls right c'mon red cookies Christmas that I had a ton so I just froze this is like popsicles candy junk here are some festivals and some homemade popsicles that we made this is all our veggies or the Salem and this is a bag I save all my veggie scraps to make self with so I have three jars of sauce I'm going to make any sauce for a little while pulled pork I forgot that was in here I'll take that out and we'll put that on our menu this week there's muffins for that this is some chicken that I already made and just froze two pounds Hey two pork chops two chicken breasts and some little hot dogs apparently to clean out behind few shells that's nasty so as I'm going first I kind of know all right I'm going to use up this chicken I'm gonna work chops - you pulled pork and all have workers I will actually probably have tacos chuck was like a staple so I've got one two three four five five meals right they go I will need to get some chicken because that won't be enough for my family of five so and then I'd like to grill up some chicken actually I have this chicken too so I could use that for salad we'll check and see if there is any good deals on chicken till we decide exactly what else we need so now I know I'm gonna do carrots with one of my meals I'll probably do it with the old 4 mm let's go let me see what we have in the pantry that we can use awesome we have two sweet potatoes we've got some rice and we've got an onion so we will do those two sweet potatoes with our pork chops I'd like to group everything together I don't obviously keep it like this but just as I am organized everything I like to just kind of say okay make my own little meal baskets just I know those two potatoes are gonna go with that meal I know fries will go with this keep the carrots for this one it just helps to keep my brain from her help my brain remember I guess I should say um we've got some more corn up here we've got some dayson tomatoes ketchup we don't have a ton in the bedroom we have like some backups and then just like baking goods and things like that we're having pasta tonight so we won't have pasta next week so two rice brown rice so we'll do brown rice with one this is what we've got so far fruit produce raspberries blackberries or blueberries three four ten I'm alone they eat the raspberries so that's not gonna work for us do you have organic strawberries for five dollars that's a good deal from our list I kind of like to just figure out how much it's gonna cost so bun should be around two dollars chocolate milk five chicken was a dollar ninety-nine a pound so I'll say ten dollars I'll stock up a little bit bananas are only about two dollars celery is two dollars I think of bacon should be five yogurt was two so let's see now also I see a lot of people that say you know you meal plan just for your meals what about all the other meals of the day and things like that I already have cereal eggs I'm gonna get some more baking because we're having breakfast for dinner tonight so we'll use up the bacon it's in the fridge pancakes yogurt fruit granola those are all our options I'm sure we have more about that so I can think of offhand lunches peanut butter and jelly my daughter loves just cheese and bread they call her my little prisoner cuz she'll literally eat cheese and bread every day I make like a version of homemade Lunchables for the kids on the weekends they can have grilled cheese we have salads they can take mac and cheese to school they could take pasta to school they each have a little thermos pop and also leftovers snacks we have fruit we have go fish we have cheese steaks carrots granola bars we are set in our grocery bill should be under $40 this is exactly everything that I need but I always allow myself some a little extra to you know and see things on sale our stock our things our clearance things like that so I'm going to give my but myself a budget of $40 so I have nine eight dollars or so to play with let's see how good I can do I know I said I was gonna have a forty dollar budget but my star market actually had a coupon and it was seven off of 75 so I figured if I stocked up this week I can spend by thirty or forty next week so I did it with getting some more eggs I got bread I got some cashews and peanuts I'm sorry peanut M&Ms butter organic chicken Organic ground beef okay mix our cream I grabbed a bag of potatoes Oreos not good I know they were $0.99 so I got them as a treat to put my children we're gonna have spaghetti squash and avocado grab some peanut butter crackers just a few things to tide us over and actually there was a good sale the poll insulters and I'm obsessed with this new blood orange lemonade it was so good so it was worth it for me to spend a little bit extra this week and stock up if you guys like these kind of videos I would love it if you would stick around and subscribe and give this video a thumbs up [Music]
