[Music] welcome to bnb holiday today i'm going to show you how to create a hotel receipt from the main menu select receipts then click on new receipt add your contact information so that your guests know who the receipt is from and how to contact you fill out the name of your hotel your phone number email website and address [Music] next add the guest information fill out the name of the guest their email phone number and any other contact information that is relevant from the drop down menu select the room that the guest stayed in the check-in and checkout dates and the number of guests adults children and infants [Music] the receipt number is selected automatically and is a unique number identifying your receipt the booking number serves as a reference to the booking and the receipt date is the date the receipt is issued usually today to add a payment line click on the add payment line button and fill out the item description the quantity unit price and tax if applicable repeat this for all charges [Music] you can add any additional information like terms of payment or payment details in the notes field if you do not have anything to add this is also a great opportunity to thank your guests for staying with you you can save your note as a default note to be used on all future receipts just click the save icon edit the note if you need to and click save [Music] you're done just click save to save your receipt you can now email the receipt to your guest create a pdf or print the receipt for further information and to create your free receipt go to bnbholiday.com [Music] thank you for watching and be sure to like this video and click the subscribe button below [Music]
