What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

[Music] in this short video we will take a look at the customer experience for the LMA a disclosure process it's helpful to be aware of what your borrowers see when they receive and sign disclosures this way you can better address any questions or concerns they may have your borrower will be alerted to the e disclosure process when they receive the system email you have triggered from encompass if you haven't seen this process be sure to check out the video entitled sending the loan disclosure package the borrower will click the link in their email and they'll be directed to the consumer connect portal they should already have their account here based on steps taken earlier in the pre application process they will enter their user ID and password to enter the portal here they will be prompted to enter their authorization code again remember this is the last four digits of their social security number you set this code when you triggered the e disclosure process on your end once in the portal the borrower should be taken directly to the tasks tab here they will find a task list tile alerting them to assign and review documents note that there are sub tabs for pending and completed tasks once they have completed anything listed under pending it will move over to completed the borrower will click the View list button here they will see their tasks broken down into two tiles one for documents they need to sign and another for documents they need to review each list is truncated to three documents but they may click the view full list link to see a list of all documents to sign disclosures they will click the open documents button that appears on the e signed documents tile just like the lunar originator process the DocuSign application will load and they will click start and then tab through using the next button to add their East signature to each required space the borrower will click the finish button to close out of DocuSign unless they've missed a signature they should see a Chuck mark on the e sign document style the review documents tab allows the borrower to open the full list of documents in their loan package they are able to download and print the disclosures if they wish they need to open and review each document in order to complete this task once completed this tile will also display a check mark once all pending tasks are complete the borrower should see a completion message on the tasks tab and the tasks should have moved over to the completed section once the borrower has assigned and review their documents you will also receive an email alerting you to their completed tasks this was just a quick look at the customer experience with regard to eat disclosures if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to check in with your manager be sure to explore the other videos in this series including a disclosure tracking and retrieval [Music]
