hello everyone in this video I'm going to show you exactly how to export leads from sales Navigator we'll be going from a sales Navigator search like this containing hundreds if not thousands of results to a CSV file containing all of your leads data in just a few minutes the output will contain all of your leads personal information Clinic names job title verified email addresses but also company informations like company size and Company industry so you can use all of that data for your Outreach and stick with me until the end as I will be showing you a secret method to get the phone numbers as well on top of that so let's get into it first head to find mail.com which is the tool we're going to use to export our leads from sales Navigator and create your free account by clicking on the sign up button here in the top right once you've created your free account go to the Chrome Web Store to download the find Emil Chrome extension so just type find email in the search bar here and click add to Chrome to the extension here ADD extension then we'll go back to sales Navigator and click on the extension that you just download and make sure that you are logged in inside find mod it should Auto log you in if you um are logged in in in the app if you just created your account so click on the extension and this window should open if you are logged in otherwise it would just ask you to connect if you're on that window that means you're all correctly set up and as you can see I can now export an Anor Church from sales Navigator so um you can either click on the extension or you will see that a new button just appeared on sales Navigator uh UI which is the export to CSV button right here which is not a link in Native and so all you have to do now just click on export CSV and if you want you can create specific list inside findail or sales navigator to um organize yourself with your xot not going to create the list but feel free to do so and then you just have to select how many people you can export here my search is uh around 300 400 results so I'm going just going to export it all um please note that you can only export up to 2,500 results at a time from from sales Navigator the reason being that sales Navigator only shows 100 pages of search results and each page only contains 25 results so 25 time 100 gets you 2 2,500 if your Sal Navigator search contains more than that then you just need to add more filters to segment and get Le below that number and Export each of those smaller segments individually and here I can export it all but I will just export 200 so that it's a little faster and I'll click export CSV and the export will begin and now all I have to do is just sit back while it is exporting um in the background I can work on something else manage my deals whatever I need to do while it is doing the work and at the same time it is exporting it is attempting to find and verify the email addresses of each of those leads so that I have nothing to do and everything will be um ready at the end so I'll just accelerate this part a little bit and we'll get back when it's done so now as you can see it is done it just downloaded me a CSV file containing all of the leads data and as you can see I have now all of those 200 leads perfectly clean and formated it removed all of the Emojis you can find in people's names it enriched with the the professional email of each lead that has been verified by find email so I know now it is safe to use right away inside my C email campaigns I don't need to use a separate email verification tool so that's that's pretty cool and yeah I have all of the data so that's exactly how you can export leads from sales Navigator but as promised if you also want their phone numbers you can see that um inside find email you actually have a font finder as well that you can use to find phone numbers from LinkedIn URLs so what you can do here at this step if you also want your leads phone numbers is to put drag and drop the CSV file that you got out of that export previously and just put it in that tool and it will find phone numbers for you that way you will have the emails that you already have in the previous step plus their phone numbers in case you need to follow up with them uh by giving them a call so so now you are fully equipped to contact those leads and close those deals but all of those leads will be completely useless if you don't know how to write good cold emails that's why I made another video where I go over the full guide on how to write good cold emails that will make you get clients so go watch that now and I'll see you there
