good morning keller williams and welcome back to the kw command 66 day challenge 5.0 day 35. so lately we've been talking about docusign through the kw command opportunities applet and today we're going to continue talking about docusign specifically what do we need to do if we get a pdf with multiple forms included or what do we need to do if we are asked by the listing agent or buyer's agent to combine all of our documents into one pdf to send over for review and signature so we're going to talk about combining and splitting pdfs inside of docusign today so we're going to start by diving into opportunities our sixth applet down the handshake icon we're going to open up that opportunity that we've been working on lately go into that documents tab and we're going to click on go to transaction in order to open that docusign room now i've added in a pdf here right so this is just a pdf of a mls input form doesn't really matter what it is but let's assume that this is your offer packet and you need to divide out that offer packet for compliance sake into right to all of the different documents included inside well the first thing we can do is one go into the document itself and you can see once we open the document we have this button at the top that says document actions it looks like a little piece of paper with its ear folded over and if we come down we have split as an option when we click on split you can see we get all nine pages open we can even kind of zoom in on the pages to see what's included and on the left hand side here you can say see it says new document name and then what pages do you want to include so let's say we want new document name and let's just say this was the family one to four offer and that would be pages one through uh six let's say and then page seven is the third party financing addendum all right and that would be pages seven and eight and then let's say that nine was the hoa addendum that's gonna be page nine we can now go in and save here in the top right hand corner and you will see that those three documents are now split and added to our room so we still have the original quote unquote offer packet but now we've got the family one to four split out the hoa addendum split out and the third party financing addendum split out so if we only needed to have one signed or we needed to bring one or more of these documents into our room we can now do so because they are split now let's flip the script and say we wanted to combine these documents oftentimes i see listing agents...
