if mandatory data are missing it can also validate data types so if a certain column needs to contain numbers the preflight engine will warn if somewhere text is used and it can also check boundaries so if quantities are allowed to be between 50 and 500 the preflight engine will warn if you ask a thousand copies of a certain business card what the user should now do is fix this spreadsheet and then upload a corrected one another potential problem is copy fitting I've already shown that you can navigate through all of the cards to see how text fits within the space that is foreseen there is however another option and that is the use of this filter which allows me to select a certain field and then ask for the longest value the shortest value or a specific value the longest street name in deactivate this picture and activate the other one when it comes to longer text such as this customized message over here you can also still do corrections so I could for instance that take the
