Print consignee payment
hi cam Steiner a family we have had quite a few questions on how to print your tags and what do you do if you can't um print your tags because you don't have a printer at your home so we just wanted to make a quick tutorial for you today on how to go ahead and get your tags printed so step one is login to your can sign our portal where your active inventory is at then click on the button that says work with consigned inventory and this will pull up the inventory menu so you can work on entering information and printing your tags so let's go ahead and select print tags print selected tags is a really great option for those of you that have just entered maybe 30 or 40 new items for the upcoming sale but halfway your inventory is reactivated inventory from the previous sale that you participated in so what you can do is simply click the options that's print all unprinted tags and that'll come up with a smaller pop-up window that will print just a few tags that are new so we don't have any of those today so I'm going to show you how to print all times you can choose the HTML or PDF version it's kind of your preference the PDF tags tend to print slightly smaller than the HTML there's still six tags per page so it doesn't really matter what you use to us it's really more of a preference item and so let's go ahead and just open up the HTML today these tags are all just demo tags so please ignore the descriptions what we do prefer is that you use a quick brand description on top so this one is an Old Navy pink tank top and it was a girls juniors so the more detailed information you give us here the better because if your tag does get separated from your item the better the description the greater the chance that we can reattach the tag to the item and sell it for you at checkout if the tag gets separated from the item and we can't find the tag then it will end up in our Lost and Found and you can go through that on Sunday during pickup time so let's go ahead and do ctrl P for prey here and this will pop up a little print window what we're going to do is select the option that says open and PDF preview every printer and computer I've met always has this option it might look a little different on your computer than mine and another thing you can do here is so on some computers when you hover over your corners up here on the top it'll come up with a little button that says print or another option next to it that'll have a download arrow and so you can download that and that'll get a file on your desktop I don't have the option on this computer so I'm going to go ahead and go over here and do export as PDF so anybody using a Mac computer this is your option and let's see here so consignor tags and I'm going to do 406 consignor e spring 2018 yeah and this is gonna save to my downloads folder so go ahead and hit save that'll take all your pages then what you're gonna do is go over here and make sure your file is where it needs to be and here it is all your tags are in the download option right here so with this PDF file you can email this to anybody you can email it to your friend you can email it to yourself I know that if you go to Staples staples has the option that you can go to their print counter and stand at the counter and say hey can I email you guys this file and have you print it for me they'll say yes you can also log in on their self-serve printers their photocopy centers I am sure the other stores like the UPS Store and the library also have these options as well however it's always good to call ahead at the store because I know some places don't let you bring your own cardstock and some places might not have the capacity to run the cardstock through their printers we recommend not using one that's super heavy [Music] so the cardstock we like using you can use any brand you want however it has to be white if you get colored paper we can scan those at the registers yeah that slows our line down quite a bit and so people people like our checkout lines to go fast so they don't have to wait so long to buy all your good stuff so um please use white card stocks at least 65 pounds um you can get I think 110 pounds as well but that's super heavy duty the 65 pound ones we've found work the best and let's see what else can I tell you about that oh you can use regular copy paper if you are tagging something like a book or a puzzle something that's a really flat hard surface you don't have to use card stock on but anything else that has lots of wear and tear to it lots of mobility lots of people that are gonna be flipping through the racks please use the card stock because the card stock helps keep your prices attached to your items and things can sell best that way so please let us know if you guys have any questions I promise there are no silly questions if you have the question I'm sure there's seven or eight other moms that have the same question and you can call us or send us the text at 4:06 to 402 587 or reach out to us on any of our social media platforms at 4:06 consignor e.com thanks mama have a great night
