we are starting a segment on our YouTube channel essentially growing into the Texas triangle San Antonio Houston Austin DFW obviously it's the shape of a triangle there's a lot going on right now God is opening up a lot of doors it feels like he's opening up new opportunities so my challenge to you really is to lean in on the operational scope of navigate how do we begin to move some of these administrative tasks and we're doing we're bringing in uh Lara which is amazing she's going to be Dynamite for us but we really need to think about what does these tasks look like and then backing that with quality control and what I mean by that is day in and day out we may not be paying work orders Steve but once a month you may go through the work orders just to make sure the photos are there and everything like that we can be doing that with work orders with Lara right where there's just that level of accountability and it should come from the property managers so she creates an invoice then the property manager tagged on it to make a final review just to make sure everything is in place and also that you're aware the property manager is aware of what's going on I think that would be extremely beneficial for us I think as we're bringing in Lara we're saying hey you're going to work with vendors and just think about the natural rhythm of her growing assigning work orders troubleshooting work orders paying invoices recruiting new vendors quality control for vendors holding them accountable like Hey where's your photos why didn't you send them over and giving her that legitimate Authority I think that's one of the things that we see lacking in some of our other teammates where they're a little bit more timid and they don't have the confidence to communicate from a place of authority so we need to figure out how do we equip our team to operate with a little bit more Authority and communicating with vendors and handyman and even the city with utilities or the court the justice of piece [Music]
