Change Pictures to black and white, Rename document and Sign
hello this is gay both technical tech support and I'd like to show you how quick and easy it is to rename lots of files on your computer this works with any type of file format but it's probably best used with camera pictures those that usually come named with numbers and don't have any description if you want to add a description to a particular file all you have to do is click on it and press the f2 button on your keyboard that f2 button highlights the name and allows you to edit it clicking off of the name saves it and you can move on to the next one now another easy way to move on to the next picture is after renaming it just hit the tab button on your keyboard and it will move on to the next picture in line so on and so forth until you've renamed all of them now let's say you want to rename a bunch of pictures all at the same time you can select all the pictures in your folder or you could just highlight multiple pictures by dragging from one corner to the other then what you can do is press the f2 button again type in the name and then click off of it to save the name and what happens here is it gives the files each an individual name in order for however many pictures you selected and this is how you could easily edit multiple pictures at the same time using the f2 button the tab button and the highlight feature here will demonstrate the highlight feature again press f2 after highlighting all the pictures give it a name click off of it and you see that all the pictures have been renamed if you want to undo a particular rename that you did all you have to do is right-click anywhere in the window and select undo rename and I'll bring it back to the previous name that the pictures had you
