hey guys and welcome to tech tuesday i know i haven't done a tech tuesday video in a really long time but um jamie and i have been using click up for quite a while and we really really love it and while we really really love it at times it's so simple it can be really hard to use it's just the two of us using it um i prefer the calendar list i'm not really sure how she uses it on her end and what i mean by calendar list is right here so one thing that we've done is we've set up all of our clients on the side here in folders and of course we have an administrative list as well and then please ignore this down here this is going to keep popping up as i show you what i want to show you and the one thing that we like to do is create each task inside of the folder and give it a due date even if it's sort of a self-imposed due date and so then what happens is it pops up here the issue that we've started to find lately is that even if it's only assigned to me or even if it's only assigned to jamie it tends to pop up on both of our calendars these are actually currently assigned to jamie um this is mine this is both of ours uh because we were both working on it this is actually jamie's mine but she may be able to see it i know this tends to pop up for her even though it's mine on and on and on okay and this is jamie's this is mine this is jamie's this is both of ours uh because i'm a watcher on it and i roots text so as you can see our list can get really really long you could hit show less you could hit show more and of course you do get an email and so you may be asking okay well i don't want to be able to see everybody in my organization's to-do list what do i do well there are lots of ways that you could probably fix that here's a fast one that i found today if you go here to filter click go to add filter and you're going to see this little list go to assignee is click just choose you and if you just wait a minute you saw that mine kind of popped usually i leave it here and the reason why is because i still want to see my overdue bin because this kind of reminds me of what's going on and this is actually done um but this is something we're going to be talking about with a client today during a meeting so now i'm seeing only stuff that i am on and so the other thing is if you go back here and let's...
