good morning everyone how you doing today it is sunday and that means i need to look in this virtual mirror and talk about our week yes our week together at the one rental at a time youtube channel business book whatever you want to call it and what a good week this has been a very good week i love the fact that we've adopted this thing we call the positive impact score because it really allows me to kind of document what i'm doing and more importantly what you my audience are doing in wow we got two deals done this week if you follow the channel if you follow what i do in my positive impact score you know that the highest impact on that sheet and we will look at it momentarily is when you close a deal this channel mission is to help people do good or great deals i help people with the course link below i encourage you with the book to show you what's possible i answer questions on saturdays everything i do here is to help you get a deal done and this week two of you closed the deal so yay all right let me show you what we're talking about again i love this positive impact score i'm so grad we put it together because again it is something we do together you'll see my actual goal sheet in a minute but i'm going to look at this first every time so again what we have tracking are one two three four six things six things that really impact this score you will see they scale from just a measly one all the way up to a hundred thousand and again the hundred thousand is is when you do a deal so first and foremost for the week we had thirty eight thousand three hundred and fourteen youtube views so thank you very much that gets a score of one so that just equals hey 38 314 then we track book sales right that book right there behind me because again i realized that hey you can follow me on youtube but if you really want to get to know who i am who olivia is you want to hear about a 15-year journey you need to buy the book right you can buy the book on amazon or audible and you can now see i'm baselining the numbers over here in column e uh you know baseline for amazon we did 124 books last week that's uh that's almost 20 it's 19 books a day 18 books a day something like that and then over on audible we did uh 60 books so hence the 184. so again the reason that gets a score of 10 is because it takes action right you need to go to amazon or audible you need to spend a little money and you know that gets a score of 10. next up for me is how you pay me back right watching me on youtube is kind of me doing something for you getting the book reading the story again i did the labor you're taking the time to read it but a book review if you go back and write a review on amazon a five-star review on amazon or audible either one is fine i will count them both you're going to show me that you really enjoyed the book it was you you got something from it it was it was it was worth my time to write it and they mean a lot to me as you've seen i talk about book reviews all the time and book reviews here get a score of 100. every review gets 100 points so last week we had nine nine of you took the time to write a a review and again amazon or audible so we had so the baseline for amazon next week is 423 and the baseline for audible is 140. so hopefully more of you will think the book is well done you got something from it and if you did and you want course counts the same if you just sign up for the free course it counts as a thousand if you sign up for the free course and the uh course about money it's two thousand right and again if you do all three it's three thousand i'm not differentiating one from the other the free course is something i'm going to be adding to over time it now is named uh protecting growing and strengthening the middle class i'll be adding content to that probably every couple of weeks the 99 course is my newest course which people are talking about we actually did five course sales this week so almost one a day again it really talks about the opportunity cost of money it encourages conversations uh earlier this week we talked with jen who talked about you know the importance of budgeting back when she was 12 years old and working with her dad and understanding discretionary money and just how that's helped her through life so if you want to start the money conversation with your kids buy the course if you baseline there nine signed up for the free course 12 are continuing to buy and invest in the real estate course and five have bought the new course it's pretty interesting nobody signed up on saturday i don't know if teachable was down or something but there were no signups on saturday we i'm pretty used to getting it you know a couple a day but yesterday nobody signed up so i don't know what happened sign up today let's get going then next up again taking the course doing the work the next thing that gets 10 000 points is if you join the facebook group now this one's focused only on real estate this has been the longest running one so if you've signed up for the real estate how to get started one rental at a time one of the extras i have given you that doesn't cost you a thing is you can join the private facebook group one rental at a time works and we actually had 16 people sign up last week and now the baseline's 4 33 so we can just keep tracking it together you'll see next week it'll be a different number and a different number but again if and if you've bought the real estate course like for example if you were the 12 people above you can access the facebook group and again of course getting deals done so let's look at my old spreadsheet together so again here's the spreadsheet hey jimbo uh we're tracking we went up uh oh 200 000 points from last week again a lot of that was course sign ups facebook and book sales actually yeah and of course the uh extra deal done i am doing the 75-day uh hard challenge and i successfully completed day 15 so we're done seven days last week one sec let me bring up jimbo hey buddy want to say hi to everybody hey buddy this is my puppy he's a good boy okay i love you all right so again really excited about the score my goal for this next couple weeks is get over 500 000. you know how to help me get there views books book reviews course facebook group deals simple as for what i was tracking on social media you can see i've given up i don't track podcast listens i don't track subscribers anymore i don't track followers on instagram i'm only tracking youtube views because that's step one of the positive impact score down to the business the hub uh we did look at one deal online this week and i do have one empty office i did not know that until i validated it this week didn't spend any money on marketing my investment from here is finally getting spent there was a mix up between the uh content creator so that money should go out or that mailer should go out this week we finally closed one of two refi's this week we took a 20 unit building and refined it we brought the rate down from six to four and a quarter something like that and yeah we saved a bunch of money this is actually more like 1800 now let's call it 1700 round numbers so that was really cool got another one on tap we're finally going to get the payoff on monday so next week will be another one yes so that would be cool we got two flips three flips actually in escrow to sell we got two to buy we'll wait till those close didn't spend anything probably not going to spend anything more because again i spent a thousand bucks last week which is kind of abnormal for me i don't as you can see i don't spend a lot of money on just stuff but uh hank aaron passed away and he was one of the guys i collected as a kid and baseball card so i bought a about two rather expensive baseball cards just just to have them just just to remember when i was a kid no unique events last week got to do some stuff and then as far as content for you right 41 original videos i have added a private money section i'm actually going to add a video today i've already prepared it jimbo and i were up at 2 15 right jimbo you had me up early so i one of the things i did is i created another video i'm going to load that in the course if you if you're a course member and again it's still 199. i'm going to keep it at that price until i'm done you might as well check it out it may not load till tomorrow because it's a multi-step process but the video is created or the powerpoint is created the video will be created today so it will be there i have three guest lecturers already signed up actually four jason's already done april jonathan and anna have all agreed they all said they'd get it done by the end of the month so i'm going to ping them tomorrow and see what's
