When should one choose to use Electronic Signature and when shouldn't one?
As mentioned earlier, the most common use cases are to sign documents for the purpose of the document delivery by e-mail or fax. In most cases, it's preferred to have Electronic Signature. But if the eSignature is used for a non-document delivery purpose, then it is better to use a regular signature as shown in the following illustration.
The signature of the eSignatures are verified through the cryptographic signature algorithm, in combination with the public key and the private key which is known by the sender's account.
