Preview. but you need to set some settings to make it better.select Thumbnails from the View menu.select Single Page from the View menu.drag the lower right corner of the PDF window to the right so the page fills the screen. or click the GREEN button on the top left side of the window. it will grow to the as big as it can.you can try to use TWO pages which is also in the View menu but this feels weird to read (to me anyway) compared to single page.use the Page up / down keys on the keyboard to page into the magazine or book or whatever is in you PDF. you can also click on the tiny thumbnails on the left side to navigate. the keys Command + or Command - will zoom in/out of the page.finally, check out the Contact Sheet mode found in the View menu. zooming works here too.
