Setting up signatures is a bit difficult. Canned responses do not exist. There may be some font issues if you are writing e-mails in non-alphabetic languages.The coolest thing is that their basic plan is free forever up to 15 e-mail addresses. Incorporating a company in India is slightly difficult than you may think. Its better you hire a CS, CA or a Lawyer to do it for you. Nonetheless, here is the process:(1) Obtain DIN (Director Identification Number) from Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs of all the proposed Directors in your Company. (2) Obtain DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) from any of the authorities recognised by Registrar of Companies of all the Directors.  (3) Apply in a prescribed format to the Registrar of Companies for the approval of name of your company. Yes, you can book 40 tickets for single journey, but you need to book it as soon as possible, because only 50 odd days are left to begin journey and confirm berth availability is a major factor.Prepare a name list of 40 passengers with age and gender. Write a application to Reservation Officer of nearest station or Divisional office, seeking reservation for 40 passengers in a train (mention name & number) on particular day from station A to B to attend marriage event. Similarly write another application for return journey too. Attach copy of your personal (family head/applicant) id card and address proof with passenger list and marriage invitation card (it acts as proof of reason) to both applications and personally submit it to the officer in charge (be kind to invite him/her). You will be informed instantly or next day about availability. If berths are available (or additional coach can be attached based on overall demand status), you will get a approval signature on application. Later, submit duly filled normal reservation forms for all 40 person (you might need 5–7 forms for one way journey, as each form has space for 6 adults and 2 minors below 12 years) at reservation counter on station with approved application (original or copy, as they demand) and total travel fare to get tickets to attend your marriage event by train.Another way is possible if you have atleast 3 individual IRCTC account (among family).
