Change Evangelists: Transformation is not a singular process anymore… it is a phenomenon that is continuous and evolving. HR will be at the bedrock of this transformation and drive it as evangelists of this change through the organization in an agile manner - as and when a change is called for, the wave must emerge through all the people practices of the organization to enable the organization to turn with the tide. Strategic Business Partners: Being business partners in the real sense – speaking the language of business, understanding what the customer expects and building people practices & culture to cater to that need is what is expected in the HR. It can no longer be limited to recruitment, training, transactional processing… it has to evolve to actively be involved in business decisions. People are the power houses of any organization and they make or mar a brand… partnering with people to align them to business goals is imperative.

The situation is similar to when you agree with Terms&Conditions on any website or service you signup with your email / other personal identity information. You can provide an email of any person to sign-up with or use a temporary email, but you will not do it if your intent is serious and you want to actually use the service / product you sign up with, right? So, these kind of actions describe your intent.The same applies when you sign a document. But if you use a dedicated app to sign / send doc for signing, your signature is encrypted inside this app as well the document itself - this applies for most of the esign apps. The esignature inside such apps protects the electronic document and guarantees its integrity, as well as other data inside the app. But of course, these app can not protect the data for being print screened or if some makes a photo of it, etc. Such documents are invalid anyway.So, my point here, your signature required in these job applications is more a sign of your intent than actual identification, of course if they don’t require other the methods other guys mentioned in previous answers (like timestamp, passcodes etc). If a dedicated esign app is used, everything that happens with the app and what goes to other parties is encrypted using different ways.Cheers!

Well, what any normal teenagers would do…write a political manifesto.So they take one of those mini white boards lying around the classroom and begin writing their manifesto. First, they were gonna make all of them wear a patch on their shirt which said “Terry Plains”. Second, they were gonna confiscate their lockers and school issued computers. And lastly, they were gonna round them all up on the school buses and “deport” them to the former middle schools which they attended in Terry Plains.I was always a bit of an edgelord myself, so I suppose I could understand the joke. But my son and his idiot friends were dumb enough to write this manifesto and to not erase it!The physics teacher (who according to my son was an “SJW”) ended up finding the manifesto. Horrified, she immediately turned it over to the Dean of Students at Terrytown High School.The problem with my son is that similarly to me, he can let a joke carry him away. So he and his idiot friends actually began recruiting people to his non-existent political party. His school uses an online based server called Google Drive which allows students to share documents amongst themselves, and my son made a document which had the list of over 100 people who decided to join his political party as a joke.Now I can only imagine how awkward of a conversation it was for my son when he had to explain to his Dean of Students that he wasn’t actually a fascist, and that he didn’t actually intend to deport the Terry Plains kids because they were municipally inferior—or something like that?Am I proud of it?
