What surprised you about the Indian government's budget presented by Nirmala Sitharaman?
What surprised you about the Indian government's budget presented by Nirmala Sitharaman?Completly awestruck by the way, Nirmala Sithraman started by her maiden budget by telling Purananooru.Purananooru is a Tamil work made by Pisiranthayar. She said a verse from it and asked meaning for it from DMK lads. Since they don’t know meaning they smiled and Madam Nirmala Sithraman explains it.Now this is where Anti-DMK kannis get happy. They are so happy that DMK didn’t answer. But wait, what’s the truth? Our Nirmala Mam has practised it 4 times and mugged it up so that she can present it before her budget. Fact is, without memorizing nobody knows the meaning. You go to a random tamil guy ask them the meaning, they will simply look at you like anything because they are Tamils, not Tamil scholars.Fine, second part. 1% cess on fuels. Madam knows where to hit the middle class. In their stomach and day to day usage. Already, the petrol price touched 89–90 last year and this year since BJP is so poor to afford for the poor, they kept their hands in middle class stomach. An average middle class man spends 2–3 k for petrol and now it will hurt him more because the extra 1 cess is per one liter. We are already paying 100% as tax on petrol and now extra 1% cess. BJP fanboy says “I’m ready to pay if it is for the poor”. You pay why should we? We are already paying enough taxes to the government in the name of income tax, professional tax, road tax, entertainment tax. Please introduce tax for pooping more than 3 times a day too because since you hit us in the stomach, this will also help the poor.So these taxes are not enough?I put petrol for rupees 200 and it lasts for 2 days. I use it to go to my office, class and all those stuff. “Please use government buses” - BJP fanboys. Do you know how the buses are here? Do you know how much crowded it gets? Why should I bear more pain? An average middle class man gets hit a lot by these people because of their budget. Already we are paying 100’s of taxes and we don’t know what the government does because the roads are still shit. It is full of potholes and we can’t even drive. We pay road tax when we buy a vechicle and the we pay road tax in petrol and finally the roads are like hell. It is difficult to get a job and we get a job and finally you take professional tax and income tax.It is hard to buy jewels these days for marriage and for a normal middle class to get 20 or 30 soveriegns of gold for their daughter’s marriage will now be a dream because additional tax on Gold too. Already the gold is extremely high and now this. When will the government focus on middle class? So the rich will get richer and the poor will become poorer.Irony is that it was you people who came to power saying that Congress is keeping hands in people’s activites and now you are doing this. Remember how you protested? What is this hypocrisy?.(Image source : Google)Fine, after all we middle class can only talk. You can easily make us anti-national.This is a failed budget and this will create massive impacts and many jobs will be surely lost because of this.I think they will keep hands on RBI and borrow money from them !Edit 1 :Answer to Why did no one talk about the massive layoffs happening in the Indian manufacturing industries during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections? by Navin Niish (நவீன் நீஷ்) Navin Niish (நவீன் நீஷ்)'s answer to Why did no one talk about the massive layoffs happening in the Indian manufacturing industries during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections?Inflation, Cheap internet pricesWait what? Can you eat internet? keep facebook as side dish?Inflation is there and prices are rising - is it under control? Which medium multirole fighter aircraft should India opt for in order to replace the existing MIG-21's?
Look at the above picture. The Gripen E is not under one flag, It’s parts are imported from OEMs based in:USA(Substantially High)GermanyBritainCzech RepublicCanadaSouth AfricaSo all major IPRs are hold by these foreign OEMs which signifies the following:India has to negotiate with following OEMs outside sweden for ToT.It’s not possible to negotiate with all of them for ToT and manufacturing line also all these OEMs will agree for ToT is not a cent percent probability either, which signifies that the so called “Advance Manufacturing Facility” in India will be a Final assembly line just like Rafale , something we have been doing for past 6 decades or so.The Biggest Fool we are being made of is that Gripen-E isn’t even ready yet, Gripen-E had it’s maiden flight last month. I was astonished by excitement created by Indians on prototype flying, had it been Tejas, defence blogs, journalist had been filling pages to prove it’s piece of $hit. But that’s not case for Gripen, Shows typical “Gora skin Superior syndrome” mentality prevalent in India society, nevertheless back to topic. This proves two things:Gripen-E is neither battle Proven, criteria which we indians often try to impose on indigenous weapons to prove them inferior.Nor is it ready. It’s still a prototype.Gripen is in similar condition to Eurofighter typhoon in MMRCA deal.F-16 on the contrary defies all these logics, though it has it’s fare share of complexities as stated below:If some recent news is to be trusted then F-16 or Gripen both have got some more challenge from IAF:“Recent media reports say that a Senior Test Pilots of Indian Air Force hit out at Modi government on India flirting with ideas to procure either F-16 and Gripen-E of which both had failed under MMRCA technical trials hints at discord in Indian Air Force regarding the purchase of Single-engine fighter jet tender. Unnamed Senior Test Pilot of Indian Air Force who was part of Original MMRCA technical trials where both F-16IN and Gripen NG failed miserable called F-16 as Obsolete in terms of technology and growth potential of the air frame already has signNowed its peak a decade back and current offer of ” Block 70 ” is just glorified Block 50/52 Air frame with Block 60 Techs. Test Pilot also confirmed that Lockheed Martin technical deficiencies highlighted by Indian Air Force in detail after MMRCA technical trials are still not been addressed yet by the OEM and Limited technical trials which IAF plans to carry out to check same technical performance shortfalls recorded in last trials will again expose this deficiency in technical parameters. The pilot also lambasted Saab’s Gripen-E and added that Gripen-E is still uncompleted aircraft and carries many prototype equipment which is still under testing stages and it will take some time before aircraft will gain full operational status while airframe limitations of the aircraft will still presists to overcome failures recorded under MMRCA technical trials. Many Defence Analysts have criticised Government for flirting with ideas to build F-16s in India when the world over F-16s are been retired due to technological limitations. Analysts have hit out at the government since any order for F-16s could purely be to create a business opportunity for certain government friendly Industrial giants in India who are making a foray in defence sector to fulfil PM Modi’s ” Make In India ” in the Defence sector. Another section of Defence Analysts has also criticized Government for ignoring Homegrown fighter aircraft like LCA-Tejas MKII and 5th Generation AMCA Projects which are still in drawing board due to lack of commitment and support shown by the present government. Purchase of F-16 or Gripen can have serious implication for India’s Tejas MKII which analysts believe could be scrapped in favor of additional orders for this jet in future.”(footnote: http://idrw.org/iaf-test-pilots-... .)Even if I suppose this report is fake still there are many questions that questions this deal itself.Further,Lets start one by one from all recent interviews and articles from LM representative and Westerrn Defense analysts:“India traditionally drives a hard bargain for technology transfers or demand expansive offsets that the US will unlikely concede such as state-of-the-art engine, AESA, and other technologies. Rather than drive a traditional Indian bargain on these items for the sake of tightly controlled and restricted licenses, by getting their foot in the door with the F-16IN program, India can indigenously develop many marketable add-ons, upgrades, and system integration that do not compete with offerings US firms.”(http://www.indiandefensenews.in/...)Now i don’t think atleast without AESA radar the deal is going to get signed if “Make in India” is truly be considered.“India operate the biggest fleet of Russian/Soviet fighters in the world, and is a major operator (one of the biggest after France) of French fighters. No one, presently, have the capability and motive to network these planes together into a combat cloud. To do so, they have to have the combination of critical mass (units operating or on order), experience operating / supporting them, technological base, and incentive / motive to do so. Chinese or Russians are not going to network US or European planes. French will do US/European, but not Russian or Chinese gear. US can integrate European (including French), but will not work on Russian or Chinese kit. Countries that do operate or intend to buy large fleets of European, American and Russian aircraft like Saudi Arabia, UAE or Iran do not have the technical capability of India in software and communications, the familiarity and logistical support of having operated aircraft from Europe, Russia/USSR, and USA when the F-16 deal goes through.Israel in theory have the technical capability, but not the critical mass or the motive to do so without an export customer. For Israeli arms makers, amortizing the cost over one customer (except India) is difficult when India can do much of the work themselves.Beyond this is integration of aircraft, there is the problem of mating platforms into resources from space to air to sea and undersea. i.e. air defense systems, command and control networks, land or sea based SAMs and ECM resources, etc. which hardly anyone is interested in working with the hodgepodge of older gear that India has in abundance and is familiar with.”Now SU-30 is to be the mainstay of IAF for atleast 2 decades or so. So, if uncle sam is not interested in networking the F-16 with russian a/c or even weapons that might be turn off for The lion of Make in india.“The wording of the deal which was signed at the Paris Air Show is very clear—it states only the “intent to partner together to meet India’s Make-in-India requirement through the establishment of an F-16 production line in India”. The most obvious takeaway from this is that the deal is not a firm agreement to manufacture the F-16 in India, but only a letter of intent to assemble the plane in India if and when the Indian Air Force (IAF) chooses that platform. The downside of this, for India, is that by some estimates, less than 40% of the F-16 is actually Lockheed technology. The remaining 60% is proprietary technology owned by hundreds of sub-systems manufacturers spread across the globe. This means that about 60% of the F-16 technology remains unavailable to India unless its signs deals with each of the hundreds and possibly thousands of sub-component manufacturers, some of whom are based in countries like Turkey that are less than enthusiastic about India. The F-16 engine, for example, belongs to another US company: General Electric. Its core crystal-blade technology is off limits to even the closest US allies. Also, given the slow growth of new engines globally and considering that India’s stated aim is to become a competitor, it hardly suits GE’s business interests to transfer such technology to India.”If all above three points are considered than this deal doesn’t sound much different than Indo-Russia SU-30 deal. Then for a similar deal it makes no sense to strain the decades long Indo-Russian relationship. Here comes the LM representatives kicker:”FP: Do they have to be engineers? Lockheed: No, I mean people who have been trained through an ITI or equivalent technical training institution with a diploma. That’s a large amount of the workforce and it’s pretty similar in the US also. Then you need entry level engineers, designers, supply chain managers, software engineers, hardware engineers, supply chain integrators, business people - the whole spectrum. You also need skilled technicians and engineers for testing the systems, the worthiness of the aircraft itself. You start with technician level and then you have people at all of these levels. You would need systems engineers and industrial engineers who understand process flow and production line - so various kinds of engineers at every level and business managers who can understand both the flow of equipment and flow of money. This is like bringing up a whole new industry. Working with a company like TATA and TASL means they already have a lot of the processes understood which is a big benefit.”(F-16: What It Takes To Build This Fighter Plane In India)Only ITI and production facility based engineers, an production facility which being from the leading manufacturer will be atleast 50% if not less automated, raises questions:How many jobs for a automated facility like this? even if you say it will have the entire production facility and not just final assembly. What about R&D? as nothing mentioned about researchers, PHDWhy change of plans by LM about making India” the only manufacturer” to transferring only texas line to India and making india “one of the many manufacturer” needs to be addressed? Is this done to keep Pakistan safe or better word “to keep the Pakistani market safe.”INFERENCE:1.Whosoever wins, it’s not going to help much about the ongoing indigenous projects, probability may be it can curtail them.SAAB has only one strong point for TOT GaAn AESA radar, unfortunately that point too is diluted after DRDO has came up with the theory of same and IISC Bangalore starting it’s own GaAN manufacturing furnance. The only way it helps is India gets a private aerospace assembly line.2.The so called propaganda of ToT telling that it should be so signNow that it can be used to create India’s own fighter, or say India’s own LM/SAAB, forget it, no sane OEM will create a competitor of it’s own, So better get A$$ out of couch and start spending on R&D, there are no shortcuts.3.It’s always not just the technical aspects but the political advantage you gain with such mega deals, Gripen has nothing to offer on this aspect tooCOCLUSIONS:A> Logic prevails: F-16 winsB> Friendship prevails: Gripen winsMY CONCLUSION: You can spend 18 damn Bn $ on a foreign fighter, your pen stops writting when allocating funds to LCA. I would personally favour LCA Mk-2 over both considering each and every above mentioned aspect anyday. Thanks for A2A.EDIT 1(TO Gaurav Verma ):According to your logic if he have to favour Adani or Ambani he would have aked them to invest in their company instead of Kaveri.I don’t understand why people in India hate Bussinesmens, the word Baniya is used as derogatory remark like we are doing some crime by earning profits. If this mentality doesn’t change and Indian govt contined trying models of commumist states in our democracy we will get results like Venezuel not China.I never told i hate businesses or businessman. I have serious reservation against just Adani . I will explain:Look at the below given picture:You know what this is?This is DPP-2016 CHAPTER-7: The Strategic Partnership ModelThe following are the criterias for an SP:1.Financial capability.2.Technology capability for Heavy Engineering manufacturing.Adani group is in a great deal of Debt already.Adani group doesn’t have any experience in Heavy Engineeering manufacturing let alone defense.KSSL, Mahindra Aerospace, L&T defence, TATA(Also Dyanamatic technologies) are in either Aerospace/heavy engineering manufacturing or both businesses for more than a decade now also Ambani have been operating RDEL since 1997.When there is a student working hard for years for a upcoming exam and suddenly a friend of examiner is selected for next round w/o giving exam, how will you feel? Then how will you quantify the fact that a SP was allowed fairly even defying all the given points in SP?Choice is yours!

What will be a very simple and easy translation of Bhagvad Gita chapter 2 Shlok 47?
I have a slightly different interpretation of this verse, in my limited experience and understanding. Rather than attempting a straight translation, I would like to articulate my thought process. Here it is:a. Something does not add up here...Prima facie, Sri Krishna seems to be saying that work must be done with no expectation of results. This flies in the face of common-sense, doesn't it? We all act out of some expectation - motivation is always a result of either desire or fear. For instance, If Gandhi had no expectation of India's freedom, would he have found the conviction and the determination to lead the life he did? Seems unlikely. Humans need an end point, a closure, a goal to work towards. Something tells us this can't be all. b. A clue to something deeperIn my opinion, the key to this verse lies in the word 'phala-hetu' in the second line. I owe this insight to Rajiv Malhotra who says, "Indian logic is retrospective. The effect comes first; then, subsequently, the cause is inferred and stated. This is called 'phala-hetu' which means 'effect and cause'" (Source: Being Different, Rajiv Malhotra, Page 120). This leads us to the next conclusion...c. Karma is interconnected and web-like, not linearThe concept of 'phala-hetu' is the opposite of the Newtonian / Western view of 'Cause and Effect'. In inverting the phrase to 'Effect and their causes', the Indian worldview recognizes that every action, every event and every result has multiple influences. To take a literal example, suppose I plant some seeds and nurture a tree to life. Did the tree grow just by my Karma? No, it depended on the minerals in the soil, the earthworms, the ground water, the sunlight. The seeds themselves were a result of a bunch of Karma, coming as they did from the fruits of an earlier tree, sown by an earlier gardener. Every effect is a result of a web of inter-related karmas, done by multiple karmis at various points in time, none of which are the only cause to the effect. d.The concept of adhikaraNow, when a succulent fruit grows on the tree, if I exclaim, "I am the only one who has the ownership (adhikara) of this fruit, because I grew it", it is an inaccurate statement. It is a sign of my 'ahamkara', my inability to see the contribution of the whole. This is not to say that I cannot desire it or enjoy it. This merely means that I am not the sole adhikari of the fruit. I must acknowledge the various Karmas and Karmis that helped me achieve the fruits I desired. e. But you are not irrelevantI still needed to do my bit. My contribution to the Karmic web is not irrelevant. The effect would be compromised to the extent that I withhold my Karma. I had to sow the seeds and water the sapling every day. This act came from my desire and my motivation, which is the only thing over which I have complete Adhikara. f. My inaction does not protect me from the effect of KarmaThe Karmic web has infinite momentum, and it will keep spinning effects whether or not I act. My inaction would not stop Karma, it would just lead to a different Phala. Even if I do not water the tree, there will be a consequence, in this case, the pre-mature death of the tree. I will have to reap the consequence of it - the waste of money in procuring the seeds, the disappointment etc. Knowing that the Karmic web will keep spinning, it is naive to think that there will be no consequence if I do not act. There will be a different consequence, and I as part of the web will be obliged to experience it. So it is not advisable for me to be attached to in-action. g. Relevance to the Context. Arjuna thinks by not acting, he would avert the killing of his loved ones. But given the momentum of the Karmic web, the war would occur, and they all would die one way or the other. He need not take complete ownership one way or the other because everyone - Yudhishtira, Karna, Duryodhana, Bishma, Shakuni, Krishna himself and virtually everyone else- were Karmis that led to this war.He must not be naive, therefore, and act. His inaction prevents nothing. His guilt is misplaced if he takes all of it upon himself. h. Attempting a translation of the verse from this perspectiveKnowing that the wheel of Karma will keep spinning and producing effects, do your bit, Arjuna. Don't refrain from action. When the fruits come, do not claim sole adhikara of it; since you were not the only cause of them. Acknowledge all who contributed to it. You have adhikara over your actions alone, Arjuna. That is your own decision, choose it wisely.

The only way it helps is India gets a private aerospace assembly line.2.The so called propaganda of ToT telling that it should be so signNow that it can be used to create India’s own fighter, or say India’s own LM/SAAB, forget it, no sane OEM will create a competitor of it’s own, So better get A$$ out of couch and start spending on R&D, there are no shortcuts.COCLUSIONS:A> Logic prevails: More LCA and Rafales winsB> Friendship prevails:F-16/ Gripen winsMY CONCLUSION: You can spend 18 damn Bn $ on a foreign fighter, your pen stops writting when allocating funds to LCA. I would personally favour LCA Mk-2 over both considering each and every above mentioned aspect anyday.

What are the most effective ways to increase work in procurement teams?
If you’re looking to boost morale and transaction throughput, then making the team feel like they’re contributing to the company and what they do matters works best. Awards, even if they’re just recognition, are great.Keep track of team statistics so their accomplishments are visible to everyone especially management. If you’re looking for the team to play a bigger part and take on more work, then speaking with department managers about what the team can offer and being part of more meetings about supply chain issues for all departments is key.

Which single engine fighter jet would be the best option for the IAF in the forthcoming 114 fighter jet deal in 2020?
First a word on why India should acquire a single engine aircraft in the first place. India's immediate need is replacement of single engine Migs which are set to be shelved in droves in 2022. Our earlier plan of having an indigenous single engine jet in Tejas Mark-1A as a replacement seems to have got delayed. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Chief has clearly stated last week that Tejas Mark-1A can be ready only by 2023. That means till the next government completes its term (2019–24), we will be having only 20 Initial Operational Clearance Tejas Mark 1 and 20 Final Operational Clearance Tejas Mark 1. Tejas Mark 1 is certainly an achievement for nascent aerospace sector in the country. But it lacks an AESA, integrated ECMs, Meteor missile, and in addition carries about 1000 kg of dead weight which dampens its combat radius to only 500km. Indian Air Force is supportive but not particularly enthused about it. Mark 1A will be the real deal.Secondly this alibi is given that a single engine fighter like Gripen would kill the market for Tejas aircraft. I am not ready to buy that proposition either. Markets for say Gripen and F-16 on the one hand, and markets for Tejas aircraft on the other hand do not overlap. We will like to price Tejas slightly lower than Gripen or F-16 so that it should be lucrative to countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and African countries. The current mooted HAL price of 462 crore per unit notwithstanding, the price will rationalise as IAF order for 123 aircrafts (40 Mark1 + 83 Mark 1A) progresses. Some orders from other countries are had and the project will achieve economies of scale. Moreover greater proportion of indigenisation like Uttam AESA, Astra BVR missile, RWR, ECMs which DRDO has almost developed will further reduce the cost. If we don't price it lower, I have no reason to believe that Third World countries would prefer HAL product than long established companies like SAAB and Lockheed.Thirdly gains from making Gripen or F-16 in India can be ploughed into progressively making Tejas a rival to them.Fourthly, India has just ordered medium weight 36 Rafales. Other medium weight fighters like about 50 Mirages and over 100 Jaguars, over 60 Mig-29 UPG are going to be around till 2030–35. By that time, indigenous Tejas Mark II or Medium Weight Fighter (MWF) would have arrived, and I have every reason to believe that it is going to be a greater success story with LCA experience now acquired. Still more India can order another 36 Rafales in 2024–25 or 3 squadrons of a fifth generation fighter as it deems fit at that time.Fifthly - the economics of 114 fighters. Everyone will love to have 114 more Rafales, but does India's current defence budget allows such a humongous extravagance. Especially when near about similar capabilities (Meteors, IRIS-T, Radar, ECM) can be had by acquiring a single engine fighter at a signNowly lower price. And single engine fighters have become lot more safer than what they used to be, say 20 years ago.Now coming to which single engine fighter India should have - Gripen E or F-21 ? It depends what Indian Air Force's priorities are. Gripen has good ECMs, Meteor is integrated with it, can take-off short runways and India can bargain to equip it with a GaN modules radar instead of earlier radar by Selex, Italy. Its IRST has a range of about 70km. More importantly, I'm inclined to believe SAAB can offer greater transfer of technology and assistance in AMCA than Lockheed. Gripen E also has lower operational and maintenance cost.Lockheed, on its part, has sweetened the deal by proposing F-21 fighter to India. APG-83 Scalable Agile Beam Radar is certainly better than the one on Gripen E. Spares will all originate in USA. At stake is also a trustworthy relationship with the only super power in the world. The deal may link to procurement of F-35 in the longer run (in 2025 when it would have overcome all its problems). There is simply going to be no match to F-35 in the next two decades (why Israel is looking to be preferring F-15I over more F-35, that makes me suspicious also). Anyway, by 2020 when India has to place an order, more things will come under light. I don't borrow the line that USA would hinder spares, in the new world order, USA needs India as much as India needs USA, probably more. F-21 manufacture in India is surely going to bring a windfall in terms of employment. There are 4500 F-16s that have been sold till now. If Lockheed moves the assembly line from Fort Worth to Bangalore as it proposes, some maintenance work would always keep coming. And remember, F-16 is the aerodynamically most sound design that has originated in USA, better than F-15. Don't expect great technology transfers from USA immediately, in the longer run as two countries further bond over international issues and there is greater interoperability between the two armed forces, probably yes. Finally the choice wears to simply one point - Is Saab going to help India build an AMCA engine without any qualms ? Can SAAB do that when GE F-414 powers its own Gripen E ? Are we ready to stake 15 billion dollars just for GaN AESA tech ? Otherwise, I'll pick F-21. Forget about the resistance you are facing from netizens of India. They will fall in line, once India signs the deal. Moreover foreign policy of the country cannot be held hostage to tastes of a handful of kiddiewinks.I don't see problem in India getting Link-16, sensors and other sensitive technology after the country having signed Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement (LEMOA), Communications Compatibility and Security Agreement (Comcasa), and set to ink third foundational agreement Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement for Geo-spatial Cooperation (BECA) with USA. If we are neither to have F-21 nor to have F-35, some combat UAVs will automatically be denied by USA, then what did we sign these agreements for ? Just for Chinooks and Apaches ? Where are we going to fly them alongside US Army ? Regarding 60 percent technology being coming from small time manufacturers other than Lockheed, some even in Turkey, that looks a bit motivated to me to prevent India from acquiring F-16 at any cost. So would be with other jets like Eurofighter Typhoon and Gripen E.Lastly, I also expect defence deals with USA to be more transparent. The sale of Apaches and Chinooks is a ready example.

How many lawsuits has the Church of Scientology had to settle out of court?
I don’t know that anyone has the total. I maintained this list up until 2008, but you must add the cases described by Mr Ortega on his blog.“Some of the previous gag agreements:A Psychiatrist from the east coast who was an early critic of scientologyThe Allard Case:Gene Allard 300,000 1976Flynn Litigation [ BOSTON ] 1986 Flynn settled his in 3 stages. John Caban Pedro Lerma et al. ? All complainants in the Spanish Criminal casewere harassed incessantly and offered settlements to drop their original complaints, I was in telephone contact with one of the complainants, an American named John Caban, a jeweler, who also put Pedro Lerma (no direct relation that I know of) on the telephone one time. After all the other complainants had been harassed into accepting scientology's settlement offers.. John called me and related the amount of pressure he was under, and the fact he was the last man standing...he sounded apologetic, almost ashamed, that he could not continue..to stand alone, which brings up another point, no man can stand alone against organized fascist tactics, it takes your support to keep going. Every target of Scientology they wish to handle is subject to a campaign to isolate them, until they feel alone.. this tactic reduces the cash pay outs of scientology necessary to silence their enemies. So don't think that what you do, has no effect. Doing and saying NOTHING is what aids Scientology's campaign for SILENCE.David Miscavige bragged about this during the 2002 new years event, saying that even when the prosecution called its own witnesses "Scientology Worked" -Chris Clouteir: Upon my wishing to vacate staff, after being secluded for 6 months, awaiting my 5th consecutive comm ev, I was offered the 500.00 leaving staff $$$ to sign paperwork that stated I wouldn't sue the church. In fact, there had been an E-Meter at the Spahn Ranch where his "family" stayed. Suddenly, I no longer had any reason to use Sirhan Sirhan as my protagonist. Reality will transcend allegory every time. So, although I had announced that I was going to publish that article, I started investigating the Manson case instead. What makes you happy about India?
I was born in a poor family. My parents grew up having to go to the toilet in the forest as they couldn’t afford one. They ate boiled rice with salt and pickle. Food was cooked in an earthen pot on a fire made out of dried leaves, firewood and dried wood. And everyone would sleep on the ground. Most of the people would walk as they couldn’t afford the luxury of a cycle. Having slippers was a blessing. On an average people would walk 15 kms per day. When a bus carrying local passengers would pass by, it was a celebration, a great achievement to see one. Only the well-to-do middle class could afford to go in a bus.The life was surrounded by forests, trees, ponds, lakes, nature, rain and nature. And when it would rain - the smell of the wet earth would fill up my nostrils. This is what makes me happy about the real India. The simplicity, the honesty, the happiness that come from living a simple life. And if you ask me - the biggest and most beautiful thing that makes me happy is the values that the Indian culture teaches its people.Kissing or touching the parents feet for respect.Treating the mother and father in the same reverence as treating a godThe wife respecting the husband as if he deserved the treatment of a kingThe husband coming home to a family where his children gave him the respect of a true father whom they humbled themselves to.The culture and tradition where nothing would be done without permissionThis is not present in most other modern cultures.Even today when I tell people on Social Media that my wife presses my legs at night and until I sleep she doesn’t or that she doesn’t eat food until I eat or that she takes my permission before doing anything - they get horrified and start screaming that I am a male chauvinistic pig. While what they do not know is that my wife willingly requests me to allow her to do this, that she gains a sense of joy knowing that me - as her husband is in charge of the house or that she has someone to look up to as the man of the house. It is something someone from the West would never understand. No matter how much we would try to explain it to them. They live in a culture where this phenomenon of ‘Women’s Liberation’ or ‘Feminism’ is so ramped up and amped up - this seems to be the call of the day. For most of these individuals - their teenage children going on a date, back answering them, having their own room and privacy and asking for pocket money is considered a norm. And teenage pregnancy is becoming a reality they are prepared to live with.Over the years what has happened is this access to knowledge, wealth and success has made people so confident - the thin line between were being selfless enlightenment ends & righteous arrogance begins has vanished. And that is where people have forgotten their roots - who they truly are. Please do not get me wrong - it is not that I am not aware of the horrific crimes and injustice that women faced in ancient India (Sati System, Injustice on a Girl Child, Deaths due to Dowry or Child Marriage - that is another topic in itself). But there is a certain beauty in the authenticity of being simple and living simple village life. Neither am I trying to imply everyone is the West is bad and everyone is East is good. No.All I am trying to imply is - there is nothing that can compare to a simple village family life in India.Having lived a Dubai, UAE life where I have eaten a meal costing over $4,500 to impress a girl to spending $2,000 every month on just perfumes alone and living the expensive life that would befit a king, I think I am very happy and content with the purity that comes from my Indian values.Even today there is nothing more delicious than eating steaming boiled rice in water, with salt, pickle and dried fish, sitting on the floor and eating food with the family. No Air Conditioner. No Burger King Delivery with Coke & French Fries. No expensive sofa to lie down on and watch TV reruns. Just a family that lives a simple life, in silence and a sense of joy that no amount of money, no amount of education and no amount of modernization can provide. This is what makes me happy about my India - My RootsLoy MachedoUpdates / Edits as of 20th July 2017With the feedback and messages I received, I suppose there was a slight communication gap on my part which I wish to clarify. Here are the answers to the questions you have asked and the comments stated.POINT NUMBER 1: My wife is Thai. She is 25 years old and comes from a Village in Thailand. Her family is exceptionally rich and well off. In the Thai custom, the man gives money to the girl’s family. And if the girl is single, young, without children - the dowry is marked higher. And then if she is attractive, educated and smart, the dowry goes even higher. However, they didn’t ask for a single penny as a dowry. Here is a picture of her and me.POINT NUMBER 2:I am not one of those men who believe that a woman’s place is in the kitchen or she should have restrictions. My wife has been given the liberty and freedom to do whatever she pleases. However, she prefers to be a housewife.POINT NUMBER 3: I enjoying doing housework with my wife. We do it together once a week where I also help her in cooking, cleaning, mopping the house. However, I cannot do this everyday as I deal with over 200,000 connections world wide and my online business format is whereby I deal with premium clients charging them $1,500 per hour for my time. And along with that I also deal with global brands, CEO’s & Directors. So doing house-work is a low value assignment. I would rather employ servants in the house - but my wife is against this. So I respect her views.POINT NUMBER 4: I was a playboy before with over 450 relationships and 3 divorces. (if you factor in being a celebrity, rich and famous and yes a ‘Dubai’ lifestyle - it becomes a normal way of living). However, once I met her, I gave her my word that my playboy days were long gone. To ensure she feels totally safe - I have handed over all my emails, passwords, bank account access - everything in her name and she is free to access, use and do whatever she wishes without my permission. In getting married to her, I ensured I was going to make this relationship work.POINT NUMBER 5:I have absolutely no qualms in pressing my wife’s feet, kissing her feet, respecting her, venerating her or worshipping the ground on which she walks. She dedicated her life to me and I had made up my mind to dedicate my life to her. I am an Atheist and do not care about religious rituals and beliefs. However, what matters to me is that my wife feels cared for and loved. Even today I get women who are very keen and interested to meet me from around the world. I let my wife speak to them and deal with them the way she wishes. I only focus now on building a life for us and taking care of the future.POINT NUMBER 6:I spend the whole day at home with my wife - as I work from home. We both live in a forest in Koh Samui, Thailand. I take her every where I go and dedicate 2 hours everyday only for her where work is switched off (no cell phones, internet, work or study) and once a week is entirely dedicated to taking her out, being with her and doing what she loves.

How to make an electronic signature from a scan?
The only place I found information about this was in the State University's "Electronic Security (CEC) Course". It is not a prerequisite, so the only thing you need to do is read the entire class description and then just start working on getting the software, which is freely released, on your phone. If you are a student with an iPhone, just scroll to Chapter 3 and start doing stuff. There are a lot of cool apps for this.
