How do i document type sign work order iowa

hey guys stock today I'm going to be shooting a little bit of video for you and we're actually down here we're doing a couple things we're testing the new excavator we're running some 4-inch dredges we're collecting some cons we actually sell some of our cons now on our website we have two different kinds so they're mainly testing cons so we're getting some more cons we're doing a bunch of different things but I want to take a minute and talk to you real quick before we get started on that because I'm going to jump around all this video because I wanted to show you real quickly another segment sort of on reading a creek and I have to admit that you know I've worked with commercial operations I've done prospecting in years and years and and this is a long learning process and it comes from trial and error spending hours and hours dredging so hopefully that can save you a little bit of time it depends really on the type of equipment you have as an example if you have a scuba setup you have a 4 inch or 5 inch dredge or 3 inch whatever and you're moving a lot of material then this really isn't a big issue for you but it does come into play but especially for smaller prospectors that have lighter weight one point one or two-person equipment where you have a two inch or two and a half or even a three you can't move as much volume and hardpack I'm going to show you a little trick and I want to show you when I look at when I look at a Creek what I often see so I'm going to pan back here a little bit you can see that this water in here is nice and still it's moderately deep it's probably about a foot deep we haven't had a lot of rain and you've got different areas of deeper there's a deeper pool right in here but then I want you to look at this strange little occurrence see these of ripples in here these are like a babbling brook sort of going across here well one thing that I've learned is that when you see that in an area that really hasn't been disturbed now sometimes you get people piling up rocks because they want to run a stream sluice but when that occurs on a stream can you guess what does that well I'm gonna tell you usually what that is is higher levels of bedrock so my bedrock is going to be high right around here and then right after that is going to drop off and it's going to be lower and that bedrock forces those cobbles and stones to be washed more and you'll see actually more like a extended cobble I'm going to walk up there and show you but you can see that this is sort of soft silty over in here so this is a low-pressure zone and I don't like to go where there's soft silky because in my opinion gold has dropped out before this silk if silt is sitting here if you got big silt pile yes there will be gold under it but not as great a concentration because the gold will have dropped out usually towards the front of this because it's the specific density Gold is so heavy that it's going to have the first chance it gets to drop out of the current it's going to drop if you do find gold in here especially on the upper levels it'll typically be like so first let's look at this let's continue with this thought you can see I'm actually a little bit deep here and about to go for a bath I'm about 20 inches 24 and then all of a sudden so I'm standing in 24 inch water now all of a sudden I'm coming up and the waters getting shower I can feel it's kind of harder than my feet a little bit but then I hit this area right in here all right so this area right in here it's real firm and hard and what it is there's rocks on here and I know that this area has not been dredged some of the corners have been dredged but typically this is not so typically what I'm going to see when I see this is I'm going to say hey more than likely this is a bedrock Ridge that's a little bit higher and you can see further up it drops back down a little bit you can see that that's that side of it right here let me show you another big drop-off here look at that pretty thing look at that beautiful little big old crack and you see it those are mana folders in there those are big boulders actually I don't even think that's bedrock but I know for a fact that bedrock is right below these things because I've actually been in here doing some dredging work in it and we've gotten some pretty good gold out of here you can see the other big boulder in here those things are about I mean that's the size of a Volkswagen but again you can sort of see what happens see this ripple effect so I know that this is this is higher bedrock here right below is a drop-off so you can clear this out easily with a smaller dredge and get good gold out of here and then just behind that where the bedrock drip drops off if you can move enough hardpack it'll you'll you'll find those walls just like that you'll find that wall but you'll find that wall on the back side of it usually and then there's where we find a lot of our chunker's we find a lot of bigger gold right on that drop-off so you can see nice calm water back in there it gets deeper but you can see the level of the ground actually izes right here it actually rises in here I'm trying to give you a little perspective on it if I can was tough but I've got a higher ground here which usually means that that's that higher bedrock that I'm always looking for that's an easy score right there and you really don't have to worry about inside then or outside then you do you got to follow the pastry you got to follow the goal line on it but I'll typically define gold all through there so that's a good little tip for you I hope that helps out okay so here's another good example of what I was just talking about you see that sort of calm water deeper water back over here and here's that sort of ripple effect that ripple effect typically is preceded by a four is right and back up or sometimes is an actual higher bedrock I will prove that to you because this area's been worked this is bedrock right here it's a big ol chunk of bedrock sticking up right there that's exactly what this is that is bedrock and if you have a small sniping dredge a two-inch which is what our equipment uses typically runs best on a two-inch this is great stuff to work get a screwdriver clean these cracks no one very very seldom people take the time to work these kind of cracks we worked over here and found good gold I'll show you some more pretty stuff to work again if you're sniping with the dredge we actually found some good gold so you can see here's the in here's the inside Bend gravel bar so I would follow that and come down in this side of this bedrock typically we'll have a good goal I wouldn't necessarily want to go too far over that way because I'm gonna find a lot of good stuff more on this side but look at that pretty good there and that's just some beautiful snuff stuff this night now all this stuff has been work but I'm telling you what every time you can come back here and work this up over and over and over again but this is a good place for like one of our minis or a gold hog and we've actually been back here and what we'll do is we'll actually set up over here on this Bank over here and let them put the unit's here and then we'll just go over here and snipe right in here right along this side over here but that's a real good if you have a land-based dredge he's going here the problem with the floating dredge is you've got so much bedrock in here it's a hard place to get water and get yourself to float you hey guys real quick we just finished our third run as you can tell from my scuba face Oh mask things into me but anyways I wanted to show you this outside bang this is really cool we're finding some good gold on the outside Bend into that cobble pile we talked about the helical flow for a little while back but I want to show you this is really cool you can see over the years and I always talk about or you'll hear me talk about George Washington dirt and when I talk about George Washington dirt you know you think a lot of people think oh last week there was a flood or last year where there was a flood I'm talking about dirt and working trying to find gold that's 200 years old and this will give you some an idea of of what's underneath that soil I'm going to show you this it's really cool but so here's an outside bank that's being eroded you can see this that water is hitting way up there around that curve as it's coming around here I'm going to carefully go over here good place to get buried and I want to show you this those snakes pop out but I want to show you this this is just too cool you can see this it's almost it's really it might be a clay layer I don't think it's bedrock but then up underneath it you can see all that old ancient river gravel it's all built up under there that is just too cool maybe that is just really really cool so that's the sediment from thousands of hundreds or thousands of thousands of years ago up in there you can see that so there's your there's your soil that's moved up on top your trees have grown there's a clay level right in here and then there's some hardpack right down in here I'm trying to figure out what these are real quick they are pieces of roof sticking up that's pieces of roots sticking out that is just too cool I really need to get the hell out of here because it's not the place I want to be you can see this level there's your tree up here here's the erosion there's your red clay which is soil here Georgia then it comes down then you hit this gray and that gray is a clay then you come down and then beneath it you're going to have rocks river rocks that have been in there for all time it's just too cool I'm gonna back out of here so you can sort of get a perspective of where that is but you can see I mean even some of these trees have eroded out up in here on this corner pretty neat alright so now I'm back out not bringing politics into my into my video but I'm just going to use presidents let's say and I'm not picking any presidents whatever but I'm going to use this sort of as a train of thought and thinking I really want you to get your perspective as far as the age of gold and I think a lot of people when they talk about where to look for gold and they they talk about what we had a flood last month and I'm going to go look I don't like to think in terms of months I don't even like to term think in terms of years and I'm going to sort of explain what I'm talking about when I talk about sort of the dead president theory and my dead president theory is is you can look for gold and typically it depends if you're running a big river and you're looking for flood gold then you've got to go and you're going to be digging in stuff that's maybe months weeks or months old so you're going to be looking for that gold and finding a gold but I'm talking about something different I'm talking more so about creeks I talk about older areas and creeks and find an old old gold what I call dead president gold so let me show you it's hard for me to get a perspective on this because I really don't have a wide lens but I want you to see this tree right here okay this tree this tree right here when it was a baby was sitting in Nice soil and was growing up right in a nice little soil spot there had to be for sale where it was so originally sitting so that means that this Creek was actually way over here so this creep is probably about ten feet over here let's say right about here and the creek was actually running back over here and these are gravel all these are built up sediment bars typically over the years you're going to have your rosin process and you can see these how steep these walls are in here okay but what I really want you to sort of grasp it is I want you to look at that right there I mean that's probably what a 30 30 40 maybe 50 year old tree right there because it's a hardwood and look at that root ball that root ball is completely washed away that tree is hanging over and up under this root ball it's washed away almost four feet and you can see this huge these are roots to the tree actually so I mean this wall was out here you know what 10 20 30 years ago and this has all been eroded out here so you really have to start to think about a lot of age when you start to look at this area and the same thing about your levels of soil a lot of times when I'm out dredging with people I always talk to him about and if I'm not down there myself I was talking about are you in hard pack so if you're in hard pack you've got that real layer of material it's got those rocks just jammed in there and you cannot pull them out it's been there for years and years and years but what you have to under and is a six inches deep maybe a few years old and as you go down level by level by level you know you may be a generation for every few inches so you're going down and going down going down well if you get three feet down and you hit bedrock you may be 200 years ago and so it's that George Washington sort of dead president is I like to call it that sort of dead president gold where I'm not looking when I'm looking for good larger goals I'm not looking for weeks months four years or even decades so what I'm looking for is I'm looking for hundreds of years old even thousands of years old possibly if I'm in a if I'm in a new Creek if I'm way down if I go three or four feet down through hard pack and hit bedrock I may be several hundreds of years old I could possibly even be close to a thousand years old so you got to imagine that and you got to treat that stuff preciously you got to really take your time and clean that once you get down to that bedrock so if you're going to an area like this you're going to be focused on more of that early generation goal where what happened over the past couple of weeks past couple of months maybe the past couple of years I'm going to be working this gravel bar I'm gonna be shoveling in running a high bank or etc if once you start to dredge maybe you want to go a little bit deeper you got to think way back as an example these rocks anyone have a guess I don't but these this this rock right here at one Rock which is probably I'm almost thinking it's not bedrock with a rock I don't know several thousands three four five thousand years old I have no idea when that thing got here but that thing is huge and the funny thing is is down the other end of this property there's a little bit of a lower point and that's where this old huge river used to flow through and Brian drill tests at that whole area back there and they found good gold but that's where the old ancient river used to run through but same thing here they used to be areas where an old river used to run through here and at one spot on the property if you ever come up here and run some of the dirt up here they're digging ancient riverbed dirt that's 35 feet deep so they're not hitting that bedrock down to 35 feet or or they're actually going through false layers of bedrock and going down below that so 40 feet deep they're finding an ancient riverbed down there and that's the rocks and you'll see these huge round quartz rocks that's the stuff they're running right there it's nice material so anyways I just once you get that concept of weeks months decades dead presidents how many dead presidents you know are you going to go back through and even going beyond that set of hundred years are you possibly even maybe getting to the thousand year mark sometimes you do so just open your mind a little bit when you look at this and take the time and read these walls that are behind me too and you'll be amazed when you get six you see the history of these things you can see the different layers and how many years I mean how many years was this all taken down you can see the different layers inside this stuff so open up your mind think about older dirt older dirt all the dirt you find typically the bigger the gold is going to be okay so now I'm going to talk about the next tip that I'm going to do for you and that's inside versus outside bends so typically majority of people are going to say well you need to be focus on inside bends I agree in most cases but please don't ignore the outside Bend so I've got this river coming down here's my inside Bend and right behind it I've got a little bit of a g avel bar right behind it so typically you would work want to work at this point and maybe the point behind it but here's an interesting feature about this Bend I've got this hook that I call it so I call these commas where I've got a real sharp kkoma hook and you can see from the erosion of this tree in here this tree is about to fall on me the tree has already settled down into the water and you can see the wall behind it where it's been eroded away so Nature has come in here and just whenever it floods it just rips away that ground and just destroys this years and years right in here typically where I want you to look let me back up a little bit but I'm going to show you some good spots to look so I've got I got this sort of outside then forming here and then boom I got this sharp hook right here I'm not going to necessarily go deep in that sharp hook but I'm going to come out a little bit maybe about six feet I want to find the cobbles that are there so that's I'm gonna look for the same thing here this is extremely deep that hole is about eight feet I've actually scuba dived in there back in here that we got some real pretty gold in there but so what I'm going to do is I'm going to come over here when I see this you see this little hook corner in there so the river is coming down rivers coming down and then all of a sudden the wolf you get this hook and you get this erosion point sometimes y'all timber is piled up in here but I don't want to go up in that corner because if you'll notice there's a bunch of silt up there so I'm gonna come back off this silt and what I'm going to look for is I'm going to walk in and with my feet I want to feel for these cobbles now all of a sudden you can see the difference so I've got light SIL toes back over in here and then all of a sudden boom there's my pain there's my pay area right in here so that's what I'm looking for I'm looking for a lot of force that's calm or over there but the goal line is streaking down here and it's getting it's coming into this whoosh area in here let's call it a whoosh a little vortex in here so I got a little vortex in here and I got a deposit point where my cobbles are dropping out and where my combos drop out I'll typically find heavier gold so if you have a machine that can move this and you can actually you only have to have a big machine I've gone in just a foot or two with a two inch and found nice minus twenty and even bigger gold just see I found a bunch of big flat flakes in these things I don't know one you can see all of a sudden it gets real deep in here I mean back over and here around this corner it gets like eight feet deep and you don't you never want to go into here and dredge and you don't want to be in line with this tree when you dredge and you know a gram of gold is not worth your life that thing will come down eventually so if you have a buddy you can't stand that's walk you dredge put him under the tree but there's that picturesque little thing here so I've got this kama hook here whoosh this is a good place all in here right before that comma you're going to get gold drop out and then you've got a nice straight shot gold line at that high ridge good bedrock in here good places these are all good places but um if you go by some of the traditional thinking which is always everyone always talks about I would be told to work this that inside Bend that's where I would told to be work I'd be told to work that inside been you know what I'm never going over there on this one I'll never work that I'll never go over there and I'll never work that I see a bunch of light silk over here I don't see a pronounced gravel bar so everyone's gonna be going over here and I'm gonna be back over here and I'm gonna find a bunch of gold over there so they're different it's not just a normal band remember this is not a normal situation where I've just got a river just sneaking around gently this is that whole situation you hey guys so we just did one of our first runs in this new spot that I'm I've evaluated this Creek and I'm sort of looking at it saying this is going to be a good spot we hit bedrock wasn't too far down and sure enough we found a really good goal keep in mind these are we combine the two cons for the machine I took about half the cons and pan them down this is pretty kneel down here hopefully be able to get this somehow for you like I said I hate one-handed panning look at that goal just keep waiting hold on I'm going to blow through this stuff but you can see it I really want to show you the time stuff I really want to show you these finds in here these are all about this is just out of the mouths that's just out of the mattes I've got 100s I've got to hundreds tons of 50s but there is a wooden probably one of the bigger pick one of the bigger nuggets Pickers I've found out here - look at all that Bowl that's amazing stuff look at that 45 minute roundabout I want to show you the big guy up here I'm proud of him look at that nugget leave that nut right there anything pretty look at all that wire gold man there's a ton of wire goal in here look at guy you can't get it to focus that's pretty only makes that makes that sound going around but look at this look at all the fines up in here these are out of the mats again tons of 50s and 100's I mean there's two hundreds in here you probably can't see that's amazing that's a great room

I use airSlate SignNow to gain media release from talent before filming interviews with them. It helps to ensure that we secure permission to use their image and likeness before we even start filming. It allows us to circumnavigate the paper process by digitally exchanging the release, allowing clients more ease in signing and returning the form (removes friction).

Removes friction from the form fill process. Effortless sharing via email. Templates help to repeat the process regularly.

airSlate SignNow is great for signing basic forms. I have never tried to use it for this, but I would imagine that it would be more difficult to use for more complex forms with multiple pages.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."
