What do you like best?

I'll admit, airSlate SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to airSlate SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that airSlate SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to airSlate SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!

Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and airSlate SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.

Selman agreement signing that's something that you need to have done if you have got a settlement agreement and you need to get that done by a solicitor they will normally charge you an amount that's in the agreement itself in fact they won't charge you and they'll charge your employer so for example we would send an invoice to our employer directly and you wouldn't be involved in that process we also have a guarantee whereby we guarantee not to charge you anything at all so we're never going to ask you to stop them in that amount if it's particularly complex we might ask your employer to pay a bit more but there's a little bit more to signing these things than just literally putting pen to paper we go through it with you explain all the small print there's a tax indemnity clause in there which you might have noticed if you've got one already which looks a bit scary and it looks like you're liable to pay tax even though it should all be tax-free now don't worry about that normally that never gets activated at all that's just put in by custom and practice there's often a reference clause which is missing from these things so we'd normally advise you to get a reference drafted an agreed reference put in there and just so that in the future when you gain your next job you know it tells you it tells you a new employee or your dates of employment and your job title wouldn't go into any more detail than that normally because that's a bit of a can of worms so your old employer could say all sorts so just restrict them to a standard reference that's a safer bet and then there's a few other things to look out for in there and non disparaging remarks clause that should be mutual so it should be reciprocal go both ways and a few other things so certainly what we would do in any good solicitor would kind of go through these things carefully with you and also look at the amount you're getting work out if that's a good deal you may well be just really happy with it but it's good to know and you know UK's funny too so if you do get in touch we'll give you a free consultation and let you know a couple of these things you know without any obligation or anything like that to proceed with us so give us a shot if you're any doubt thanks a lot bye
