hi there and thanks for listening this is Casey Goan and if you're sending anything like this out to your customers every month or maybe an email with an invoice I've got a great little strategy for you to help you promote not just your products and services but also your business and just after this introduction I'm going to show you how you can do it for your business we've grown our business now from $3 million to $9.6 million in the past two years working with Casey $ 6 to7 million to$ 15 million raise $15 million Venture Capital hi there and thanks for listening this is Casey go and if you are sending something to your customers every month it could be an invoice it could be now whether that's via uh mail or whe that's via email digitally it doesn't really matter you're still something sending something to your customers every month and there's a great opportunity within that message that you're sending to your customers or to your databas is an opportunity to promote either your products your services your career opportunities or any special events that you got coming up for your business so I'm going to show you some examples and you got to download on this page and if you're not on the page there's a link below this video that you can go to and get the downloads of what I'm going to be talking about so let me have a look at this one first and I'll show you exactly what it is here's uh a bill that's coming from A&Z basically it's my credit card bill so this would be the typical letter that they would send me with the obviously the statement and what they've also included in this envelope is a marketing piece where they're promoting other products and services that they have within a zed now this particular letter that I'm showing you and obviously they also include an easy and make it easy to field customers so they they've also enclosed a reply paid envelope to send back the information that they've sent me if I wanted to go ahead with that PR particular promotion now a andz they've done that and they've got uh one thing that's included in there I've also receive letters and I'm sure you have to whether you have three maybe two three or maybe even four different offers for different types of things within the business why can't you do that in your business if you're already sending something to your customers why can't you put something else into the envelope or into the email to promote what it is that you do whether it's your products your services whether it could be career opportunities whether it could be franchise opportunities whether it could be anything why you to promote it's a great opportunity isn't it so hopefully you can do something like that in your business I'll give you some more examples Lin golf let's have a look at their receipt that they sent to my father who purchased from them now they're an online golf retailer so let's have a look at what they sent out it's brilliant firstly look on their receipt or their packaging slip as they would call it they promote their other products number two they also provide an offer on the next purchase and number three they ask for a testimonial it's a fantastic opportunity that they have seized on their receipt or packaging slip to promote other things in their business great idea next let's have a look at the body shop they've actually taken the time to market for new staff members by offering career opportunities with a website that they can go to to check out the career opportunities number two they've also promoting direct sales Consulting opportunities customers who are in love with that particular business they are Prett disposed to becoming a great staff member because their value is are aligned and if they've had a great experience with the shop and they really believe in the products that body shop have it's a natural person to bring into the team so that's another great example there next let's look at mea they promote their membership and also they promote their wedding gift registry great examples once again of taking an invoice or receipt and taking the opportunity to promote their products and services so the question is now what can you do in your business with the things that you're already doing that you just need to take advantage of to promote your other products services or maybe your careers or maybe anything else in your business take this opportunity now to sit down write down the things you're typically already sending out to your customers and how can you maximize that how can you optimize that to help you at anywhere from1 to $10 million to your business in the next 1 to 3 years thank you for listening this is Casey Golan and we'll talk again soon
