>> GSA has provided templates for Price Proposals for MAS Offerors, to utilize when preparing your offer. These templates can be located on the Available Offerings and Requirements page on GSA.gov. These templates are available to download here under Templates to Download Complete and Upload in eOffer. I will now provide an overview of our Products Price Proposal Template. When you open the Price Proposal Template, the first tab to open up with be the Read Me First. This tab includes instructions for completing the template, as well as some commonly used acronyms in the template, and a sample of the IFF Calculation for both GSA discounts and for vendors offering a dealer markup. We have provided a tab for Products with Discounts. And this includes the DUNS number, Vendor Name, Contract Number or Offer Number depending on the offering, the SIN, Manufacturer Name, Manufacture Part Number, Dealer Part if applicable, so on and so forth. We have provided drop-downs for the Unit of Issue. And we've provided standardized formulas for the MFC Price. The GSA -- the Discount Price Offer to GSA excluding IFF, and including IFF. And these formulas have been provided in the first 100 rows, but you are able to drag those down farther if you need more. We've also provided drop-downs for the Country of Origin. And these last five columns, these are for our ITC -- CDM SIN only. So, those should only be completed if you're offering with them. We've also provided a tab for products with markup. So, similar to products with discounts, which provided slightly revised language for Commercial List Price and GSA Markup. Similar drop-downs have been provided for Unit of Issue and Country of Origin. So, the Read Me First, we have provided an overview. In addition, there is a tab for Pricing Terms. And this tab includes information that was previously included in the Summary of Offer Document. So, Commercial Price-List Titles and Effective Dates, Freight Terms, and again, we've provided drop-downs here for your convenience. Normal Delivery Times, after Receipt of Offer. Prompt Payment Terms on what you're offering. Again, we've provided drop-downs for those. Warranty Information, Return Policy/Restocking Policy, Minimum Order Requirement, Offering Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card above the micro-purchase threshold. Again, we've provided a drop-down there, as well as the EPA Proposed Mechanism. In addition, we have a tab for our products with discount for our OS4 Program. And the difference there is the calculations for the -- including IFF, including the CAF for that program. And lastly, the ISO Code Key. That is provided. These are all the listings of the Country of Origin Codes and that's where those drop-downs are populated from. So, we provided all of that for you, as well as the Standard Unit of Issue drop-downs.
