airSlate SignNow makes all the difference in the world if you use Nintex Drawloop/Salesforce

What do you like best?

I'll admit, airSlate SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to airSlate SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that airSlate SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to airSlate SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!

What do you like best?

Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and airSlate SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.

Fax signatory payment

hello my name is facile Khan I'm a banking in a payment consultant I want to tell you the difference between a third party payment processor and a payment processor what's the difference let's say I'm a merchant I sell shoes I go to a payment processor the payment processor takes my application and they issue me a merchant account I'm working with a merchant bank and they are acquiring me as a merchant and I get my acquiring a merchant account and that enables me to accept cards and how do I accept cards I don't have any mechanism of accepting cards that's where the payment processor comes in and what they do is they've got all the technology it's all linked to all the Visa MasterCard the bank etc and they provide me with the necessary tools for me to accept cards when I went to an underwriting process that means someone took a risk on me for as a merchant to do that and that's the bank or the providers that they work with and when the when I sell a pair of shoes and a customer gets their bill it is my name let's say my name is vessel Honshu and say Faizal Khan's shoes on the statement so the merchant on record the record being the statement is my name it's not my processors name it's not well processes processes name it's not the bank's name it is my name it'll say vessel Han shoes that's where the card was charged so that is where a typical merchant processor comes in and a merchant processor can only any a typical acquiring bank can only work in the you know in these zones that you're in I did a video should we upper here that explains this concept of wide you know the acquiring bank and the merchant processor typically work in the same geographic zone where the merchant is now what is a third-party payment processor a third-party payment processor someone like me who is a merchant and what do I sell I sell everything well the bank says what do you mean you sell everything I said I sell everything I saw shoes I sell books I said lamps I sell so fast he says oh but how do you do that well here's what I'm going to do when fassl sells shoes the merchant on record will not be facile it will be the third party payment processor how does that work I am technically selling my shoes to the third-party payment processor that's one transaction and the third-party payment processor is sending it to the end customer so when the end customer sees a receipt it says the name of the third-party payment processor so the merchant on record is not me the actual merchant but third-party payment processor the advantage the third-party payment processor can source goods and services from anywhere in the world they could source from China India Pakistan Brazil you know Venezuela South Africa it doesn't matter as long as that third-party payment processor is willing to take the risk on the merchant for delivery of that product or service which they are liable for de meaning the third-party payment processor is liable for they can work from anywhere they suddenly don't have the restriction provided by Visa and MasterCard on the zones why because they are already approved as a merchant in the zone that they are but the sourcing that they're doing is from world-over they become an aggregator they are able to be based let's say in Florida there could be an Orlando Florida company they could be working with the processor out of Atlanta that's where the nuts in of the acquiring bank is and they could be sourcing it from all the countries I had mentioned and their customers could be US customers or Canadian customers or Russian or UK or France Germany or Singapore customers the cards are charged by the American Bank in Atlanta the merchants are all over the place the merchant on record will be that Orlando Florida company the third-party payment processor so the difference will be a third-party payment process of three PPP as we call them and a payment processor or a actual acquiring payment processor is that the merchant on record differs in the third party payment processor the third party payment processor is the merchant on record and they may have a technical way of saying you know the card was charged with the third party payment processor you know - facile Honshu so you would know exactly what you're doing and so forth in the other case it will simply say facile honchos because I am the merchant that's the difference between the two and I hope I was able to explain what a third-party payment processor is versus a regular merchant acquirer processor anyways if you have any questions or comments there's a contact form in the description below please fill it out and I'll be happy to answer to you this is Fassett on signing off till next time
