hello everyone andy blue here again this time i'm going to walk you through how to invite a signer as a notary so what we'll do is log in first and you'll come to the dashboard and on the dashboard we have an invite signer button we also have it in the journal section so click invite signer fill in the details of this signer name email and then if you have a meeting date and time you can enter that here okay pm and then set the time zone mountain time we'll say here is a feature that we have for pro hybrid plan members uh what you can do here is pre-tag some [Music] uh common documents that come up you know commonly and we can select those here for free members we have this upload document upload client document section here so if you have the client document already you can enter it here if not you can skip this section and uh go ahead and invite signer but let's add the template here issuance okay send invite okay invite sent now you'll see here um in the journal section of your uh account you'll see the meeting time here set you also have the client's email address here you can click there to copy that if you need to send an email also we have click to copy the invite link so for whatever reason it gets lost in the email or the the signers confused you can send them a direct link to the invite so they can get started you click that here and send it to them directly you'll have all the details here before the session starts this is a default and you can change this later you have a start time and all this so um yeah once the signer follows this link fills all the details all the kba questions are answered and all the identification is analyzed and they've entered all their details and they're ready to go to the meeting then it will show up here go to medium when they are ready and you'll also receive an email that is going to say they're ready to go to the meeting so that's the process of invite a signer as always guys if you have any more questions go to the facebook group or any of the support channels we'll be happy to help you walk you through this and we'll see on the next video guys
