My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

hello everyone this is aaron the customer success manager of gas engineers software today in this tutorial i will be talking to you about how to create an estimate or quote and an invoice firstly i'm going to show you how to create these from the mobile app creating a quota an estimate can be followed in these steps from the main menu tap on the new estimate quote or invoice and select quote or estimate selecting an existing job from the list or create a new one by tapping add new job if you are adding a new job you will need to add the information on the job screen before proceeding on this screen you can add line items by tapping the plus symbol in the top right hand of the screen once you are happy with your quote or estimate you can approve it and email it to your customer if you have created a quote or estimate you can convert it into an invoice by opening the record via the existing records menu and then tap in on the convert to invoice this will pull all the information over to the invoice speeding up the process if you wish to create the invoice from scratch follow the same steps as we did for quote and estimate but instead click invoice let's move on to the web portal on the web portal once logged in click the create new tab at the bottom of this page click estimate or quote and then select whether it is a new job or an existing job once again if it's a new job you'll need to add some basic job details before proceeding once you're on the estimate or quote page you can add some line items by clicking on the empty line when you're happy with your quota estimate you can approve and email this to your customer to make an invoice from this quote or estimate open the record and click convert to invoice this will pull all the information over speeding up the process if you're creating the invoice from scratch once logged into the web portal click create new and at the bottom of the page click invoice instead of quote or estimate and this is the basics on how to create an estimate quote or invoice if you'd like more information then please contact our support team or you can book a demo with one of our fantastic customer success team members until next time thank you
