We use sign now for our real estate contracts and I can’t begin to tell you how many hours it saves us on every contract. Without airSlate SignNow, we would have to chase people down, worry about having them print out, scan, and then remember to send us back their signed documents. airSlate SignNow removes all of that headache because everything is done electronically. I'll admit, airSlate SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to airSlate SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that airSlate SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to airSlate SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!

Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and airSlate SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.

hi everyone kevin here today i want to show you how you can create your very own electronic signature that you could use to insert into documents let's say for instance you have to sign a document well today you could print out that document then you could sign it then you could scan it in again and then you could send it off but that's a lot of work it wastes paper and you need to have a printer i don't even have a printer today i'm going to show you how you could create an electronic signature two different ways one of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone and then we'll bring that onto our pc so it'll be digital all the way the second technique we're gonna sign our name take a high quality photo of it and then we'll bring that into the pc so i'll show you those two different ways now before we jump into it just a quick note on an electronic signature versus what's called a digital signature an electronic signature truly is just an image of your signature and nothing else a digital signature on the other hand is an encrypted file that has a unique code that's difficult to duplicate that's called a digital signature we're not going to cover that today we're purely just doing an image of your signature all right well why don't we jump on the pc and i'll show you how you can do it here i am on my pc and i have microsoft word open and i have a kevin cookie company franchise agreement that i need to sign as i scroll down the agreement here i see the signature fields and ideally i'd be able to put my signature right in here now an obvious way to do that is i could print out the document i could then sign the document and then i could scan it in again the only downside of that approach is it's going to lose a lot of quality once i get it back onto the computer instead i could insert my electronic signature in here and i won't lose any quality with that so how do we do that well first off we're going to open up our phone you could have an iphone or an android phone and we're gonna sign our signature i'm using an iphone and we're gonna use the onenote app to sign our name and then bring that to our pc if you've never used onenote before onenote is by far my favorite note-taking app i use it to organize all of my notes for my youtube channel not only can you use it for notes you could also use it for signing or scribbling on your phone and it'll automatically sync with your pc so it has quite a bit of power to get the onenote app it's entirely free on an...

How to sign a PDF document?

Signing PDF documents is easy with airSlate SignNow. Simply upload a PDF and add a My Signature field. After clicking on the field you’ll have to click on the document where you want that field to be placed (keep in mind you can drag and drop it later). Once it’s placed you need to click Add New Signature and choose to either type your signature, draw your signature, or upload a signature , and then press Sign. Immediately you’ll see the field populate with your brand new eSignature. If you aren’t satisfied with it, erase and recreate it.

How do I eSign a document before sending it?

airSlate SignNow allows document authors to eSign before sending it and even add signature fields for recipients if needed. Just upload your file, open it and create respective signature fields: My Signature to self sign a document and Signature Field to collect signatures. For self signing, you’ll need to generate your own eSignature. To do so, just apply the My Signature element and follow the instructions and either type, draw, or upload your signature. Once you like what you’ve generated, click Sign. After that, assign signature fields to recipients, add their emails, send it out and wait. Once everyone has signed, airSlate SignNow will automatically send each party an executed PDF copy.
