what's going on guys it's shawn aka redbeard and i'm here in sioux falls at my brother's house i got this big old silver maple here in his backyard and one of these leaders fell off and landed on the deck here a little while ago 17 000 insurance claim and so we've been talking about doing a removal here for a while and so i just wanted to show you guys how easy it is to get accurate tree pricing data on any tree in any market using the margin multiplier okay so you guys are going to enjoy this video stay tuned all right guys so big old silver maple here in the backyard uh there's about four co-dominant stems coming out of it leans over the neighbor's yard over the backyard sheds in the backyard house here deck so there's a lot of liabilities here i'm going to show you guys how easy it is to price out any tree job using the margin multiplier so i'm just going to jump on my phone here i'm going to start a screen record and i'm going to log into the margin multiplier so um once you get logged in it you'll plug in all of your operating expenses so that way you get accurate tree pricing data for your company for your business for your market and and then you'll plug in all of your data and the length of your season so on the first page plug in all of your operating expenses on the dashboard you'll plug in the number of working days per uh hours per day you work number of days per week you work and the number of months per year you work and it'll give you working days per year so this will auto calculate your payroll it'll auto calculate your base cost and your daily base price so um then you'll be able to factor in a sales commission and then you'll go over here to the liability adjust page and this is where you'll adjust liability for the fence for the shed for a septic for a pool maybe the house maybe there's a garden maybe there's a power line you might have to add in some liability for that and then the removal uh we'll we'll sign this a value of a 10 because this is a high volume removal and we'll assign it 10 for disposal because it's high volume and then we'll add in a thousand bucks for a wood chipper on site and it's gonna give me all sorts of numbers here and this is basically a pricing window but what's really great is a brand new feature you go to the last tab here now i'm gonna be able to display my price to my customers so my my customer can see the price i can use the slider to select a down payment value it'll auto calculate the down payment and then i can use the slider to select my performance window so that will tell the customer how long it's going to take for me to get to them so if you're selling on a 30-day window and your price is too high you can just move that job out another 60 days and sell it on a 90-day performance window and then you have a reason to do a price drop with your customers so that way you can get more jobs locked in so tons and tons of training and resources inside of project warp speed all you got to do is swing over to treesavages.com sign up to win some free tree gear or check out our shop tree savages.shop i appreciate you guys for checking this video out margin multiplier ready to help you make more money in your tree business i'm shawn redbeard appreciate you guys see you later peace [Music] you
