they were your boss they were the person paying you money what your job title was so what were you doing at that job barista means that you were making coffee server means that you were serving food at a restaurant you can usually search for sales associate means you are selling something a lot of options will come up for you to choose and then you can choose what type of employment you were and then it will tell you if you are full-time or part-time so you just need to choose whatever it was that works for you your gross salary is how much money you are making so you can put however much money per hour you are making again commission means you are paid extra if you sold more of something which I don't think most of you work commission based so probably say no and then when was your first day of work are you currently employed probably not if you're applying for unemployment so your gross earnings is how much money you made this week so if you're not working it's going to be zero the number of hours might be zero so your reason for separation probably is going to be lack of work because of coronavirus so I would choose this one and then you need to say the last day that you worked and then these questions you're gonna have to decide for yourself so does your job plan to have you come back or not and then I think a lot of these might be no or if you just don't know saying no okay and then job duties you're gonna have to write what did you do so maybe you make coffee so food I don't know clean I don't think you need to be very descriptive here I think for most of these you're going to just say no these mean like did they give you any extra money before you left all of these probably you're gonna say no these are for jobs like if you get retirement money or that type of thing and then workers comp again I think most of you are gonna say no ok all right and if you have more than one job then you can keep adding but you have to have at least one here isn't this so much fun ok and this is the last thing you have to do so if you've made it to this point and you have all the information in you can say yes I want to file this claim and it will be submitted to the government I will tell you that this does not save all your information so make sure you get through all of it at once or you can say no I don't want to file this claim but obviously you should say
