welcome to e sign Jeannie the number one easiest and most collaborative East signature software we are going to look at how to create and sign a document today first make an account if you do not already have one click login on the top right here we see the home page interface from here you can create new documents see what has already been sent and signed and create new document templates look on the left side of the screen where we see create new here you can upload a document from your computer by either clicking and dragging it into the screen or searching for it on your computer make sure the document tab is what is highlighted we will learn about reusable templates later the difference between reusable templates and documents as the name suggests means a reusable template copies can be sent for signing to different people over and over again whereas the document can be sent one time to a specific person or people a sign genie does allow documents to be converted to the reusable templates if you have your documents stored on the internet instead of on your hard drive you can click the icons below to connect your Dropbox or Google share accounts I am going to use the drag and drop method [Music] once your document is uploaded it will load directly on to the screen first let's name our document in the upper left corner next add your signer on the right if you add your signer first when you drag and drop the fields into your document then those fields will be assigned to the highlighted person's name instead of assigning each individual fields to a person you can add a signer and their rules edit capability with revision control is a unique feature to e-sign genie and is covered in other videos once you have added a signer use the options on the left side to add electronic fields to your paper form [Music] [Music] in the top right you can also add members to your address book using their email address if they are not already in your system click add new and follow the prompts for that person's email address once the fields are already filled in you can click on each field for more options seen on the right for example some fields may be mandatory while others are not in the checkbox option you can make the recipient able to click one or multiple boxes if you add a field you did not mean to add click the little red X on the right side of the field now let's say you have a document where your business fills out part of it and your client fills out another part of it you go back on the right side and add another member to the document once that person's name is highlighted on the right add the fields that you want that person to...
