When it comes to starting a business or obtaining a title for your property, do you need an attorney?
Having an attorney is essential when starting a new business. As an initial matter, an attorney will be able to help you incorporate your business, advising you on the most beneficial corporate structure for your specific needs. For example, an attorney will be able to advise you on the pros and cons of establishing your business as a limited liability company (LLC) versus establishing it as a limited liability partnership (LLP) or some other corporate entity. (See more on different types of entities here.)An attorney can also draft contracts, agreements and other business forms that you will need to use on a regular basis. If your business is a bakery, for example, an attorney will be able to draft vendor agreements to help you secure your baking supplies. If you are running a tech startup, an attorney can create non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that you will use whenever you hire new employees, engage consultants, or enter into other types of business relationships. If you have your own dog-walking business, a lawyer can draft a release form for your clients to sign in order to protect you from liability if something goes wrong. As for procuring title to property, there are certainly lawyers who specialize in all aspects of real estate transactions. A real estate attorney would definitely be able to help you procure the title to your property.Having an attorney take care of much of this work on the front end will help you avoid problems and headaches down the road. LawTrades is a cost-effective and one-stop platform to find the right attorney to help you with all aspects of starting your business. Take a look and feel free to message me w/ any questions or feedback.

What is your investment strategy?
I am considering four types of investments (one is actually insurance) here. I earn around 1 Lac per month.CryptosI research on them and buy undervalued tokens. I would cap my investment to a maximum of 2.5–3 Lac here. I have already invested 1.6 which currently values at around 6 Lac. I expect them to rise to 20+ Lac by 2018 end.StocksI have analyzed over 300 stocks fundamentally. I have classified them into three categories. Portfolio Grade stocks (those who have given good returns in last 10 years and are fundamentally good companies) in which I would be investing continually and would not sell them until I see serious management/business issues.Momentum Grade stocks (those that can give good returns in the quarter), I would stay invested in them for a period of 3 months at least. These stocks usually would be 50% of short term investments.Potential Multibaggers that I consider less risky. 35% of the capital reserved for short term investments would go into it. I may hold them for at least one year unless there occurs some serious business concerns.Risky multibaggers/Turn around Stocks. Yes, because I want to face some loss to verify my researches. They may also give gain. Remaining capital for short term investments would go into this.I would re-balancing last three categories every quarter.I have also made a list of few penny stocks (usually less than Rs. 10). I will allot a small amount to them and leave them to grow. It is highly risky but I already consider that money as lost.Mutual FundsI do a SIP of Rs. 18000 per month. It is diversified into three categories.Rs. 6000 in small cap, Rs. 6000 in ELSS and Rs. 6000 in Large Cap/Diversified equity funds. Also, in case of market falls considerably, I would be investing lump sum amounts in consistently performing equity funds. I have not set any amount for it. It would depend upon availability of free cash. Once these lump sum investments signNow 5–10 Lac, I would reduce the burden of SIPs, break a few funds, may take a small loan or withdraw from PF and would consider buying a home. I think I could meet this target in 10 years.I will buy a term insurance cover of 2 Crores.Lastly, I would be investing a lot of time in books. I aim to read 50+ non fiction books every year. I started late this year (in May) and have completed 30. I mostly read on economics, politics, human evolution, biographies/autobiographies, theology and technology.EditSomeone in the comments asked me about income. He told me it would be too much and seems impossible. First of all, its an investment strategy. May be I would not be able to invest so much. Secondly, the answer was written with a view that wealth building is possible even if your monthly income is low. It is all about your spending habits.I earn around 110K(thousand) per month. I divide it like this:10K - Rent and Electricity Bill3K - Ration and Vegetables (Advantage of living in shared apartment)1.5K - Maid for cooking and cleaning0.5K - Internet0K - For commute Since my company provides Uber for Business for free./0.3K - Mobile Bill per month1.0K - Food/Snacks in office3K - other household expenses on average basisThis leaves me with around 90K per month for investment. I divide it as:18K SIP (Mutual Fund SIP part achieved)10K Personal Loan EMI (I took it when I was captivated by consumerism, it will reduce as I will end the loan once for all) and Credit Card bills10K Cryptos(which would reduce down the line because I invested in a few ICOs, recently electroneum gave me a profit of around $1000. I guess I would not have to put any money further to it. Still, I am considering. Crypto part achieved.)40K each month to savings account.12K Variable (Utilized for traveling or other purposes)Now, lets analyze various investments.Cryptos - I think I have already explained about it.Stocks - Every quarter I would have around 160K in hand. Let’s say I put 100K in Portfolio Grade Stocks every second quarter. And once I have put 50K in momentum grade stocks, 35K in potential multibaggers and 15K in risky multibaggers(which I have already done). This money would be rebalanced so no further investment or only a small amount is drawn for further investments to it.Penny stocks. Let’s say I have identified 6 penny stocks and average cost per stock is Rs. 10. Consider I have bought 1000 stocks of each. Total one time investment is around 60,000. (I have already procured half of it)Mutual funds - I think i am clear about SIP part. Now the 160K I have at disposal for two quarters in a year. 100K goes as lump sum amount.Since, I leave 60K every quarter in my account I can easily pay one time in year the premium for term insurance which amount to around 32K.Let’s consider these investments for three years considering no increase in my salary. I am taking this time duration since I may not marry in these 3 years.I have invested 2.5–3 Lac in cryptos. (I guess no further investments)Around 6 Lac in portfolio grade stocks. (Will keep buying)Around 6 Lac in mutual funds as lump sum. (I guess I would invest for two more years)Around 6.5 Lac in mutual funds as SIP.Still, I would have 6 Lac cash in hand. (A part of this money may be further utilized for investments, unforeseen expenses that may come)Since, it depends upon market and other things. These figures are only an approximation. A few may be more. A few may be less. But, I guess except for the crypto all would be greater because personal loan(5.5K/Month) will die soon. Also, if I get a hike of 10%(around 11K). I would increase SIP by 5K. Rest amount would be adjusted to inflation and for procuring more comforts in life.I guess I have answered the person’s doubts clearly and he would be satisfied.Edit:For people who want to know about my stocks portfolio can find it here:Stocks Portfolio by Arjit Agarwal on Experiments, Experiences and EccentricitiesEdit 2:A few people mentioned their concerns regarding raids on exchanges by IT Department. Although, I cannot say in its exactness. But, if you have seen the movie Special 26, you should not get worried unless you have been engaged in evading taxes. In fact, I see it as a positive sign because Government may regulate exchanges and you don’t have to worry about run away of exchanges. The Government is not bad. We have a tendency to have negative feelings about our bosses, our government and sometimes our parents and teachers too. This is human nature as I have seen my colleagues criticizing our manager who was actually very good in his work and a very fine person. Also, Indian news channels present news in a very exaggerated form. Exaggeration hides truth and causes chaos. Income Tax Notices does not mean that your wealth is confiscated. It simply means there is some discrepancy in the taxes one has paid and one should have paid. It is more of a request notice from government to pay taxes or explain non-payment of taxes.Edit 3:Every month I would be participating in one ICO (Intital Coin Offering). All my ICOs for now have performed well and have given more than 10x returns.

What change have you seen in a 5-year span of the Modi government in your locality?
I live in Giridih, Jharkhand and in my perspective following changes are conspicuous in my locality.Mr. Modi has completed four year of his tenure in may 2018 and definetly a lot of work has been done. I list out few of them, which have been instrumental in bringing the change.Roads connecting the district headquarter to the villages have been converted into two lane from single lane beforehand. Now they are well maintained. Proper attention has been paid to aesthetics parts as well. Ample number of signboards have been put, Which places the looks upfront. Streets in the village have also been made.Other development works can be well noticed. Ponds have been revamped. Those villages where electricity connection was not there, that has been done now. Though it remains a harsh truth that availability of electricity is scarce.PM UJJAWALA YOJNA has been a huge success in rural area. People had to collect fuel from forests but now it has been almost replaced by LPG cylinders. Quite an impactful policy yet refilling of cylinders pose monetary challenges before the lower middle class families.Toilets have been one of the biggest revolution in rural area. Whole locality has been declared open defecation free and it has brought a lot of good will to the people residing over there. Credit goes to SWACHH BHARAT MISSION.State of PDS has not improved neither do corruption. Way of functioning of government officials has not changed.Digital India scheme has paid dividends. Youths from rural area are now well informed about day to day happenings. Credit goes to a smart phone in their hands: Youtube, facebook and whatsapp. This thing was not there before 2015. Advent of jio has further helped the cause.State of education has not improved a little even. It is as it was. Schools and colleges are in abysmal health.State of hospitals and clinic is also not tending to improve.People are well aware regarding education and they are willing to send their children to school and even for higher studies now. In rural area, drop out rate after class ten was almost 90% which has been now reduced to around 75%.PM has been able to impart a sense of self dependency amongst the people. Mudra Yojna has credited loans to a number of people who have been now able to set up their small firm and run their life smoothly. People have been connected to banking system. Getting the benefit of services has turned untiring now. There is no denial of this.Overall Modi government has been on the right path but yet he has to do a lot of things. Knowing the diversity of the country It is not an easy task and it will take time but things are surely on right track. His intenations have been good and He deserves another term in 2019.

What are telltale signs that you're working at a "sinking ship" company?
I have been hired to to turn around around over 200 sinking ships and have presented possible solutions to many more that declined help or guidance from anyone. There are early early signs or indicators of a ship that no one sees as sinking. Similar to the tale of the King with no Clothes, I call this the....Ship with No Holes. The most interesting sinking ships were those that above the surface line all appeared to be the fastest moving and prestine vessels on the water . Below the surface and to anyone with above average business skills there were obvious gaping holes in the superstructure of the company that if not fixed quickly would rip it a part quickly. I remember a company in the PC board business. This was when there were hundreds of domestic PC manufacturers and there was so much demand and little manufacturing capacity that there were many very successful ,at least on paper , sub contractors filling capacity. The company was run by a husband and wife team team that made all the decisions. They were unwilling to pay even close to industry standards for talent and if somehow someone of talent emerged internally they quickly discovered they had no autonomy to lead and no ability to influence the endless poor decisions of the founders. They would all eventually depart leaving the company with founders , pretty much a non existent executive level below , then a layer of inexperienced VPs with good intensions but lacking the expertise to make an impact .Even if they could they would have been over ruled by the founders on most good decisions because they contradicted the personal agendas of the founders .When leadership puts its own personal welfare in front of that of the company it is obvious to all, destroys morale and knocks a few more holes in the hull of the ship for all to see. At this particular company the founders had bought a vintage Rolls Royce they would ship ahead to any city they were traveling. During a tour of their plant I noticed the car in a crate and inquired about it. Upon hearing the answer I added a few more holes in the hull. The number of companies I watched sink that could have been succesful are in the 100s and all follow similar story lines. So how do you know if you are on a sinking ship ?1) if you even have to consider the question you are most likely on a sinking ship2) if the leadership of the company is spending more time defending or denying obstacles, consequences of poor decisions, competitive threats, losing products etc. as opposed to constantly reinforcing your vision, the strength of your business model, how you're going to win in the market and the plan to meet all challenges then you are probably on a sinking ship. 3) If the CEO begins to isolate and stops listening to or never has had the talent around him then you are probably on a sinking ship. 4) If much of your better talent is leaving that is the definition of a sinking ship. 5). If funding opportunities stop chasing you and the board and leadership seem to be hiding the fact they are in a panic chasing funding, well you get the idea Those are just some of the indicators. What is most important is what do you do about it?Do you dust off your resume?Run as fast as you can?Believe it or not helping to save a sinking ship is one of the best career options. The trick is being heard and gaining the resources required be a part of a successful new regime ...and obviously having a strategy and tactical model that the team knows will succeedIf you can see a path to success and know it in your gut to be true and if you can identify a handful of talented people of similar belief scattered about the company your next steps are1) test the water with CEO or confidants to the CEO to guage possible embracement 2)get your recovery plan on paperIf the ship is going to sink and you are going to be out of a job anyway then you might as well take a shot. Minimally it separates you from the problem and aligns you with a possible solution when interviewing for future jobs 3)make confidential overtures to board members only after attempts with CEO have failed. You can always begin the dialogue on a different topic and shoot out some feelers 4)confidentially and quietly look for funding partners to buy or rescue the company. There is risk involved and you will need some proffessional guidance to navigate the course but the rewards can be worth it.

How good is the Defense Minister Manohar Parikar and how will he strengthen India’s defense department and handle border issues
I have stayed in Goa for more than 10 years. ( our Defence Minister comes from this state ).So I believe, I can try answering this question with some degree of confidence. Mr. Parrikar became the CM of Goa for the first time in the year 2000. As everyone would know, Goa is a popular tourist place and has always welcomed Indian and International tourists and tourism is a major source of Goa's economy. Mr.Parrikar, took up the tasks of providing good facilities and improved roads, safety and various other measures on war footing and the changes were very easily recognizable. The first term of Mr.Parrikar was all about good governance ( I do not remember people complaining about corruption) . So naturally one would ask why did the party lose again .Goans are well educated and have very good knowledge of the policies and you always find them discussing issues that bother every single citizen. But, politics or rather margin of victory is always very narrow. So the main political parties have to depend on independents ( who are usually very powerful and demand plum portfolios) to form the government. As a CM , one could easily see Parrikar moving around without security or the security convoy. A few lucky ones have spotted him, walking alone in the streets of Panaji without any PA or a guard. He was the most approachable CM .In the first term, he introduced the Cyberage Scheme for all the students studying in 10th and 12th standard. Students got a good PC for just 500 rupees!!!. Buying a PC was very difficult during that time and only an intelligent, far-sighted , tech savvy politician could introduce the scheme for the welfare of students. The most interesting feature of this scheme was the transparency . It was not restricted to students in a government school or a student belonging to a particular community. I missed out on this scheme as I was studying in a school run by central government and it did not come under the purview of the state government. Goan students in for a PC bonanza Mr.Parrikar is credited with making Goa the permanent venue of International Film Festival in India. I still remember the first time it was organized in 2004. The whole state had a festive look. One could see international stars in the beaches, promoting their films . Almost every beach had screening of famous movies and it was a great success . This meant, Goa could boost its tourism at a international level. When big celebrities fly down to Goa, it does catch the attention of people all over the globe. The number of tourists visiting Goa has always been on the rise ever since then. South Goa is a Bastion of congress and north goa traditionally votes for BJP. Panaji the capital of Goa is the place from where Mr.Parrikar was elected as a MLA and as it was the capital city, Parrikar was more focussed on developing Panaji as a modern city in the first term. ( Mainly for the Film Festival)In his first term, The government saw an unfortunate series of events that led to the president's rule. Mr.Parrikar known for his unquestionable honesty and integrity , sacked an independent MLA from his ministry as the independent MLA was known for his mafia and corrupt practices. As mentioned earlier, independent MLAs hold the key to the formation of government. A few corrupt MLAs in the government too resigned supporting the corrupt MLA and it led to the president's rule being imposed in the state.Parrikar wants edu min sacked - Times of India Also people from South Goa, were disappointed and felt that Manohar Parrikar did not take the similar interest in developing Margao which is the main city from South Goa. A few self-centered politicians bought in religious sentiments to this and in the subsequent elections , BJP lost to Congress ( the independent MLA ensured he got a plum portfolio and sadly he was a king maker this time too).Mr.Parrikar , continued as the opposition leader was known for his constructive criticism. He played the perfect role of an opposition leader and one could clearly see that he was solely focussed on the development of the state.Even the most loyal supporters of Congress have respect towards Parrikar in Goa. Probably this shows the respect he commands in the state. In 2012, BJP in Goa, won the elections with a thumping majority. For the first time, independents had no say in the government formation. All the corrupt MLAs were defeated or were thrown out of the power. This defeat of Congress sent shivers down the spines of the MLAs who allegedly were involved in illegal mining which supposedly spoiled a lot of flora and fauna . As mentioned by others, Manohar Parrikar was the first leader to openly support Modi as the PM candidate, and it was in Goa, Modi was announced as the chief of General elections. Quite naturally, Modi shared a good rapport with Mr.Parrikar. Coming to his personal life, he is a very simple person. A truly honest politician who lives in a small flat in Panaji. He is often found riding pillion on a motorcycle of a local karyakarta (partymen)My friend happens to be Mr.Parrikar's nephew. Mr.Parrikar had barred my friend from attending any party/political events as he had not scored distinction in the first semester of engineering. ( Unbelievable isnt it?) . My friend's father (i.e. Mr.Parrikar's brother) owns a grocery shop and the family known for their simplicity and honesty. (Imagine relatives of other politicians ..They happen to be the beneficiaries of illegal money and what not) ..As others have mentioned, he still flies economy class, does not waste tax payers money for his comfort .If people of India truly support, he is definitely the next PM candidate ..Jai Hind...

Is there corruption in the Indian Army, and to what extent?
Rampant corruption. Yes soldiers die for their country. But doesn’t mean that all of them are honest and dedicated. In today’s triservices, I did say more than 60% soldiers of all ranks are corrupt. Right from a Sepoy to a General Officer. And don’t even ask about defence civilians. They treat officers in uniform like shit. Mainly because the top brass is hand in glove with them in taking commissions from contractors and feeding them free ki daaru and Mess ka khaana. You see, everyone in today’s fauj is out to sell you. An NCO will try to make a fool out of a young inexperienced officer by quoting absolutely wrong rules regarding numerous boards to be held or documents to be signed. I was once detailed for quarterly check of fuel store in my unit. They thought what will a lady officer and that too a captain sahab know about fuel. They were in for a surprise. My name never appeared in such a sensitive board again. Again name detailed for a condemnation board. I refused to sign till all the items are displayed in front of me. Again name changed from the board. Not to forget the lower ranks never had any items to display barring broken plastic buckets and gardening instruments and few broken tea cups. The carpet and sofa to be condemned or not were nowhere in sight. You can very well imagine where they were. I am giving these examples to tell you that the corruption in defence is everywhere. From the smallest of the stock taking board to the highest echelons. Coming to MES. I had to write an RTI to get two CFLs changed in my house. I was sick of paying for them form my pocket for two years of my tenure. They kept on telling me that they didn’t have CFLs in stock for two years! I had called up and politely requested all the faujis in MES but to no avail. As soon as they received the RTI, there was a call from highest officer in the station who called me for an interview. He was counselling me as if I had committed a crime. Needless to say I gave him a good verbal thrashing and showed him the photographs of my house and threatened to send them to people sitting at the top. And only The was basic work carried out in my house. Basic work. Which should be a routine. The MES was not doing me a favour. I had to fight for it.Had to straighten out the Quartermaster because my share of tea leaves and coffee powder was being sent to his home. When I asked the NCO that I have not received any tea or coffee in 3 months, he told me that supply depot only isn’t procuring. Called up the supply depot in front of him. They obviously said that they have been procuring it regularly. Threatened the NCO. The truth came out. And my ration came smoothly for the rest of the tenure.I have full written proof of all the wrong doings and corruption and the harassment that I have faced. I am a third generation fauji. And I will never allow my children to join forces. Never ever.I feel that life of a civilian is better. You pay the money and get the work done. Rather than fighting for everything what is rightfully yours and loosing peace of mind.I have faced this difficulty probably because I come from that division of fauj that doesn’t get any sahayak or vehicles. Yes. There are services in the army that do not have any manpower support and are over worked. After almost two decades of fighting what is rightfully mine, I have decided to give up.I am too qualified to put up with this non sense. I did rather much earn a bit less but live peacefully and with dignity in a civilian life where I know that everyone is paying for what they are enjoying. ( I mean the corporate world and not the civilian employed by the state or central Govt which again is the same story as defence).

Why did Modi Government demonetise the high currency notes of Rs 500 and 1000, when black money hoarders can so easily convert t
When government landed with this demonitisation people becoming smarter. The cunning and cruel Mind will giving you lot of ideas.People buying gold after listening news of demonitisation. Only a shop in andhrapradesh recorded sales of ₹300 crores In 4 days. Thinking where people had all these money. As there is already a rule that you should submit pan card on buying gold but no one submitted that and After this demonitisation income tax officers has started their raids on gold shops and seized them.and even the people who bought the gold are also given notices after this demonitisationSo people left this option and become some more smarter and using Jan dhan accounts to deposit their black money. and government observes a huge cash is depositing in to Jan dhan accounts. will they leave them noSo people coming with some more options they consulting brokers and getting their work done. but they charging high amount of commission say 35%. So people are thinking something is better than nothing . and consulting brokers. what government did you may aware of Indias biggest block buster movie baahubali income tax officers called to the producers and acted like brokers and assured them to change their black money they believed them and went to the place where they said, a sudden shock for them income tax officers seized 60 crores of cash. not only producers all the bigshots felt in move made by officers .People again don't left their hope exchanging their 500 and 1000s in temple and they are changing their cash in to smaller denominatons of 100 s and 50 s that is the place only where you can get a lot of change. but if in case of large amount the temples also can't provide you the change so it's only restricted to small amounts. And people booking train tickets of higher cost and later on cancelling it. So they amount can be given back to them in lower denominations. what government did they maked a rule train tickets which has been cancelled and amount is more than 10,000 the amount will be directly refunding to their accounts so you should give an account for that.Cruel Mind doesn't stop thinking of ideas came up with a new one.giving money to the needy and they should return money to them after 6 months no interest,no agreement, just go and take the money. If you don't return the money he can't do anything in legal way. But he may threaten him and get back his money. So came up with an new idea paying advance salaries to the staff so they can get rid of their black money. The demonitisation helped local government a lot and government provided an option they can pay their dues and advances to the government with the old notes and this option is given only to the individuals and hufs not to the corporates. So people goes and pays land tax dues and advances electricity dues and advances. They don't know that government will extract this record too and send them notices. So we can observe people are using several ways and government giving them a stroke in every way possiblySo no one can stop the development of india now.Good days are ahead

Is Suresh Prabhu one of the worst Railway Minister that India ever had since he is not corrupt like his predecessors?
YES .Suresh Prabhu is the worst Railway Minister so far . There is not only one reason behind this . He has brought so many changes to the Indian Railways which we Indians were not habituated of . It was like our long lost habit was snatched away from us.Here are the changes he did to the railways:signNow any part of India in just 12 hoursPrabhu announced four new categories of trains, one for unreserved passengers and three for reserved ones, which will be operational in the next couple of months. He has also announced bullet trains to reduce the travel time of the passengers considerably. Prabhu said his dream is to travel from one part of the country to another in 12 hours. Here's what in storeHumsafar Express: A fully AC train with optional service for mealsTejas: It will showcase the future of train travel in India with operating speeds of 130 kmphUday Express: Overnight double-decker train, which will run on busiest of routes. It will have 40% more passenger capacityAntyodaya Express: A superfast train for those travelling on long routes and will be fully unreservedConnect while you travelHigh-speed WiFi is already in place at key stations. Prabhu has a target of 400 stations by 2018.Choose your foodTrain passengers will soon be able to order burgers and pizzas of their choice on the Indian Railways website and have them delivered right to their coaches. For last-minute purchases, vendor boys will be waiting on platforms with ready-to-serve burgers, pizzas and Indian thalis.Leading quick service restaurants (QSR) such as Domino's Pizza, Burger King, Subway, KFC and Pizza Hut are opening up stores at railway stations.Passengers will also soon get to decide if they want to eat railway food, and not pay for it. They will have the option to drop meals while booking tickets in Rajdhanis and Shatabdis. You are coveredRailways launched a scheme allowing a person to get an insurance cover of up to Rs 10 lakh on booking a train ticket online by paying less than one rupee. A person booking a train ticket through the IRCTC website will be able to opt for travel insurance cover for a premium of 92 paise only . IRCTC will be setting up these lounges at 49 locations, which will have facilities such as Wifi, buffet services, wash and change, concierge services for pre-departure and post-arrival assistance to passengers of all classes of travel.Book a retiring roomSuresh Prabhu has announced that passengers can now book retiring rooms on an hourly basis instead of the usual 12 or 24-hour slots. This facility will permit passengers to book retiring rooms for a minimum of three hours and a maximum of 48 hours.Increased number of coachesYou don't have to fret over limited Rajdhani, Shatabdi seats. The Railways have increased the number of coaches in these trains so that more people can be accomodated.Go mobileMobile tickets are valid for all trains now. Not just that, online booking services will now be available in several regional languages as well. Automatic ticket vending machines have also been installed.BedrollsMost of us have struggled for bedrolls while travelling, a facility which was earlier available only for those travelling in AC compartments. The audit will be done by third party and action to be taken based on passenger feedbackNever miss your stopYou need no longer be afraid of missing the station of your destination because you overslept. There will be a wake-up call facility on many trains.Don't like something? Tweet itA responsive 24x7 complaint resolution mechanism employed through the use of social media is up and running. Tweet a problem or complaint and you shall get a prompt reply from the Indian railways. If all the above changes harass you or make you feel uncomfortable while travelling in Railways or if you have any problem with these changes , then he surely is the worst one.For me , he is the best till dateSource : 12 reasons why 59% of India thinks Suresh Prabhu is doing a good job with Railways[1]Footnotes[1] https://www.google.co.in/amp/m.e...
