to use an e-signature on a computer program that I would recommend is Adobe Acrobat Reader this is the 2015 version and I don't think that any of the previous versions can do what this one could do so what I have here is an application homeowners insurance application design I've already pre-installed this Acrobat Reader so I'm going to go ahead and open it up and show you how to do an e-signature ok opens it up just like that and if it's your first time installing it it's going to ask you a couple questions you just click through those ok applicants signature I want to type my signature in here actually I don't want to type it I want to actually write it in so I'm going to go to tools fill in sign ok now what it just did is it loaded up this one page alone you can see even though there was like four pages I can't go past that one page so now here I click the sign button go - because I had done that before it's going to say add signature so I'm going to click that and you'll see that there are three options type draw an image so you could type your name but that's unacceptable to us because anybody can type a name a unique signature is what we need so I'm going to do a drawing and here's my signature get sloppy now and you can take time and really and really get into it and there you have it you can put it anywhere you want to on the screen click now it's done you can make it smaller larger you can actually drag and drag this as well to make it smaller and larger and click off the side now I've got this ABC over here for the date and click that click once and it went to the right place a lot of times it doesn't I usually assume that I go right here and then it appears closer to the bottom but so you can click around until you get that one right today's 11:17 good all right so now I'm ready to go on to the next page we're going to click on to you back to document all right scroll down here's another one right here so let's go tools go inside okay and up at my name right there click good all right now another option I want to let you know about sign was the image and I already have already have an image I've got two actually one I've got as a PNG and as you can see it is it is clear there's there's no white in the background and then there is another one and it is white in the background but cool thing about this acrobat reader is that when I select the one with the with the full background the white apply you'll see that it is clear so I could use that there instead of instead of that one signature move it around good so when I've done through when I've gone through all these signed everywhere that I needed to go go back to document I'm going to click the Save button right here I'm just going to say save as and I get to choose where I want it to save save there I'm going to call it sign app or whatever save X out of here let's see if it worked kind of signed up here scroll down did you see my signed this is my signature good
