How can I make my audience remember my brand without investing much?
25 Ideas for free advertising and increasing your brand awarenessThere are enough promotion channels that do not cost anything.Think of all the possibilities to increase your name recognition through social media. But there are also many ways you may never have thought of.That's why I give you 25 possibilities to put your company for free in the spotlight.A list with possibilities to increase your brand awareness for free#1 WebsiteAlthough it is possible to make a website for free, I do not recommend it. Free websites do not have their own domain name (web address) and that is not professional. And often others show advertising on your site. You should not want to. With WordPress you can have a site online in just a few hours.#2 Search engine OptimizationIf you make sure that your website is well found in Google, that generates free visitors. A good place to learn more about search engine optimization is backlinko.com#3 Blogging on your own websiteIf you regularly post an article, Google can send interested people to your blog if people search for information about that subject. You can then reuse the blog in many ways: you combine different blogs into an e-book. You can use that e-book as a giveaway to collect e-mail addresses for your e-mail marketing. You can share blogs in your newsletter. You can post blogs on your social media channels . You can read the lyrics and make a podcast of them or you film if you explain the information. Then you have a video for your youtube channel.#3 Guest BlogYou do not have to do blogging on your own site. Other bloggers and major online magazines have many readers and they need new articles every day.If you can write nicely, you can get started as a guest blogger on websites that get a lot more visitors than your own website.#4 Writing articles for article sitesThe article sites are very well found in Google. Much better than your own site. Make use of this by placing an article about your field from time to time. You can link to interesting articles on your own site and you can post a profile with links to your website.#5 Social mediaStart with LinkedIn and one or two other social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest or Instagram for example) and invite people to follow you.Every social media channel can be grown and used to show customers how you can help them.#6 Editorial attentionAttention in newspapers, magazines and trade journals is free. If you learn how to write and send a press release , media attention can bring you free customers.it is the best way to quickly increase your brand awareness and your social proof.#7 Radio interviewsEspecially regional radio is jumping for topics. Give them some fun for a radio interview . You can use a press release for that.#8 Writing an article Doyou solve a social problem with your company? Then you have a strong opinion about some political decisions and laws and regulations.Perhaps you have even come up with a good solution for a social problem. Then you can write an opinion piece in trade journals, the local newspapers and the national newspapers.#9 WritingColumns in newspapers, magazines and trade magazines are usually written by entrepreneurs or people like you and me.If you have a smooth pen, you can send some sample columns to the editors. If they want to place your pieces, you often have their own stage in a newspaper or magazine every week and they often pay you sometime.#10 Youtube as a search engineDid you know that Youtube is the second largest search engine? Number one is Google, but many people prefer to watch an instruction video than to read an article. Those people search for information on Youtube. So make videos on your own Youtube channel to be found.#11 Pinterest as a search engineUsers of Pinterest also increasingly use this platform as a search engine. Useful if you also show your products on Pinterest .#12 SlideshareAnother free online library where people search for information is Slideshare . It is mainly used to share slides of presentations, but you can also upload PDFs and share videos and webinars.Slideshare is linked to LinkedIn and has more than 70 million visitors per month worldwide.#13 PodcastA podcast is a kind of radio broadcast that you can listen back to. As some people prefer to watch a movie, there are also people who prefer to listen.Sometimes a podcast is a good alternative for blogging or a Youtube channel. You can find podcasts in I-tunes etc..for example . You can start a podcast yourself and share information or interview interesting people. Of course you can also try to see if you can join another's podcast as a guest.#14 PresentationsEverywhere people come together to listen to presentations, associations, open coffee's, the library, the Chamber of Commerce. If you can convey your information correctly, you will find a free audience there. If you are really good at presentations, you can even ask for money. To get better#15 WorkshopsA baker can organize a cupcakes workshop to introduce customers to the products. You can give free workshops, but often people want to pay for it.Developing a workshop seems complicated, but that is because most people want to stuff too much information in a workshop. Make sure that you teach people one small part of your field during such a workshop.Give less information than you thought up beforehand and do a few exercises instead so that people get actively involved with the learning material.#16 CourseThere are platforms where you can share your courses and workshops with a much larger audience than you yourself have. Skillshare and Udemy are a few examples of this.#17 ExhibitionsYou can visit some exhibitions in your field free of charge. You can meet customers and colleagues there. If you want a stand yourself, you usually have to pay for it.#18 Network meetingsMany business meetings can be visited free of charge. If you do business to business, you can find customers here. But the importance of networking is mainly making knowledge. There are also networks in which your customers look for each other.#19 E-bookWrite an e-book for free distribution to (potential) customers, colleagues and competitors. Or ask a blogger to review it on his website. It confirms your expert status. Use the last pages in your e-book for a good biography and a business offer for the readers.#20 E-mail signatureBy default you can place an e- mail signature under each e- mail you send . Is there already a link to your website? And your phone number? Your tagline? And a link to your last blog?#21 Word-of-mouthStill the most important form of free advertising. Make sure you deliver good work so that customers recommend you to others. Ask for it.For example, put your email signature: "We get new customers mainly through satisfied customers. Are you satisfied? Then tell us. "#22 Email marketingBuild an e-mail list as quickly as possible and regularly send the people on your list a newsletter with interesting information. Occasionally you can also send an offer via email.Automate the sending and collection of e-mail addresses with Mailchimp , which is free up to 2,000 e-mail addresses.#23 Organize a webinarA webinar is a combination of the words 'web' and 'seminar'. It is an event on the internet where only an online audience is present. You can create a simple question and answer webinar, where you answer questions from your customers and / or followers. You can give Webinars for free with the Periscope app.No investment in expensive equipment or software is required, but an I-phone or I-pad is required. Periscope is not yet available for Android. It can even be simpler: you can now also broadcast live with Facebook Live with Facebook. It is a free way to show what you understand.Additional advantage: Facebook wants users to upload more videos and therefore promotes your live broadcast. Many more people receive a report of a live broadcast than of a regular status update.#24 ForumsEach field has an online spot somewhere on the internet where you can ask and answer questions. A good place to show that you exist. Answer questions from others to show what you are worth.#25 Facebook groupsFacebook groups work the same as forums. You can meet people online, exchange information, ask questions and answer questions. If you answer the right questions, you make yourself visible. There are business groups or groups with a theme or subject. Use the search function in Facebook to find groups that suit your company.

What is Digital Signature? And Benefits of Digital Signature CertificatesA digital signature is basically a way to ensure that an electronic document (e-mail, spreadsheet, text file, etc.) is authentic. Authentic means that you know who created the document and you know that it has not been altered in any way since that person created it.Digital signatures rely on certain types of encryption to ensure authentication. Encryption is the process of taking all the data that one computer is sending to another and encoding it into a form that only the other computer will be able to decode. They are:Class I DSC – Individuals get it for validating the email identification of the users and in situations where risk is minimal and here the signature is stored in software.Class II DSC – Business organizations or individuals use this digital signature certificate to validate the information given by the subscriber in the application against the information available in a trusted consumer database and in other such situations where security risk is moderate. In this case a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature.Class III DSC – This digital certificate is directly issued by the signNowing authority and it is required that the person applying for DSC must be present at the signNowing authority’s premises and prove his/her identity in front of the authority and the security risk involved in this case is very high. In this case also a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature. The Necessity of Digital Signature CertificatesFor e-filing of the income tax returns by any individual, the Government of India has made it mandatory to affix digital signatures to the income tax returns documents. For affixing the digital signature one must have digital signature certificates issued by licensed certification authority. In addition, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has set the mandatory guidelines for the companies directing them to file all reports, applications and forms using a digital signature only and this again requires a digital signature certificate. For GST also a company must verify its GST application by affixing a digital signature using digital signature certificate in order to get registered for GST.These days many Government procedures, filling different applications, amendments and forms require digital signatures made by using digital signature certificates.Benefits of Digital Signature CertificatesSaves Money & Time: As there is no need of physical presence you can digitally sign your PDF files and other documents using DSC anywhere & anytime. You need not sign your paper documents and then scan them to send them across through internet if you follow the above given option. You can save the money which would otherwise be spent on printing and scanning the document. You can also go green by saving paper.Secured Data: The digitally signed documents are tamper proof as the digital signatures are secured with a private key and public key and they cannot be edited after digitally signing the document.Authentic: Digitally signed documents are authentic and the receiver can be completely sure about the sender’s identity and integrity. The receiver can easily execute the information in the document without worrying about the document being forged.Certificate (DSC) is essential for companies and organizations that take part or intend to take part in eTendering processes on various Government sites. Would you recommend to become a frontend, backend or fullstack software developer?
Do not become a Fullstack DeveloperYou can start by being a Fullstack Developer and maybe freelance for some time, but do not seek for jobs that list Fullstack Dev jobs. Why? Because you’re essentially in a position where you do two jobs. you’re underpaid even though you do the job of two (or more) men, because they might want you to do the DevOps stuff as well, or even customer support.Being in a Fullstack Developer’s job means that the company most probably doesn’t know where to draw the line, and how many responsibilities is too much for an employee, or even how much you’re worth. And catching a fullstack job means that you’re encouraging companies to do that. There’s no such thing as a Fullstack Developer, except if you’re really paid for the job of 2+ men and you’re given twice the time for it.Frontend DevYou’re dealing with copying designs to implement them in real life. The designer makes a mockup in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch whatever, and you’re the one who actually has to implement it.But it’s not just that. You have to decide which and if you’re gonna use any frontend frameworks/libraries. What state management you’ll have, if any. How are you gonna make the API calls. How to improve performance, reduce security vulnerabilities and sensitive data exposure to the client’s browser. And of course to test the same page, in many browsers and many devices. The absolute hell in the whole situation based on my experience? CSS. You will deal a hell of a lot with CSS, and sometimes you may not …. love it. Or you may will. Depends on how much of a masochist you really are.Backend DevYour job is to implement all the application’s Use Cases in a way that will be maintainable and comfortable to use. If an application requires an Event Calendar, then you have to implement an API that basically covers all the Event Calendar’s use cases. Like:- Add event- Remove event- Edit eventetc.Depending on how big the team is, and if you have or not a Software Architect, it might also be your job to decide on the architecture of the backend application. And this gets kind of tricky, as the application has to be scalable, and flexible. You might have to deal with Data Science, as many jobs require Machine Learning these days, depending on if you fit the requirements. In general, Backend is all about functionality, and the ability of adapting to new demands. If you’re the kind of guy that wants a fully testable code (ehm ehm CSS ehm ehm) and you dont want to deal with designs, then this is where you fit.Try both if you want to have a general taste and to understand both sides. They’re both fun in their own ways, and as tricky. They’re both difficult in their own ways. Dont let anyone make you think that one is less difficult than the other, unless it’s done with a constructive criticism from an experienced man in both fields.

The 2 most important, IMHO, are do you needA “standing order” doc that can be easily signed anytime by anyone, such as an injury waiver at a karate school / trampoline park / etc- that sort of thing. The signor is not pre-defined. For that, we (SwiftCloud) may well be best, but there are dozens to compare, and important to consider is volume, HIPAA medical compliance, integration to marketing, etc.Specific doc / signor - such as a real estate sales contract. The parties are pre-defined, and automation can be added to flow from group 1 (say, “the seller(s)”) to group 2 (seller’s agent, for example) to group 3 (the buyer(s) consecutively or concurrently. The #1 reason to use e-signature is to save time + integration on the data i.e. so marketing is 100% automated for example, and reducing time-to-close which results in higher sales pull-through rates. Don’t get me wrong, saving money on paper, printer, ink, printer jams, etc. is important - but that’s a money saver, not a money maker. Marketing and sales will actually create new revenue for you, so to not use electronic signature is for most businesses, downright neglectful. Granted, I’m a bit biased, but happy to do a formal study to prove it with real numbers, should anyone be so inclined. And you are good to go!!

What are the best electronic signature (e-signature) services?
Sometimes we really don’t understand what we mean under “best”, even this question doesn’t elaborate what the best service means? Which criteria the author believes the service fits the best? price?best design? Reliability?Let’s better talk about “suitable” for this moment and current needs. As the previous answers mentioned, do you need the service to be available on all major platforms or a signature that will stand up in court?Do you need a free simple solution, a feature-rich service that charges on the amount of signatures/documents signed or on monthly basis?Do you need to work with your documents on the go with low or no internet connection (while travelling, in the airport or plane)? And you can ask yourself with tons of such questions to create a matrix of features-service to choose the one you need. Or you can use 3rd party platforms like Alternativeto to initially select the provider you are interested in.When we conducted a closed beta testing for signNow recently, one of the goals was to understand the main criterias SMB owners from US use to choose a solution or switch to another one.We interviewed more than 230 businesses and what’s interesting, while the top factor goes to Security&data privacy, price or for example, digital signature availability is not in Top-3 of choices. Speed of an app/solution and multiplatform availability (works in web browser as well as on Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows devices) are what values higher. So, if there is a need to sign/send documents on Mac, iphone/ipad, android, windows and web browser and to work with documents offline, signNow is alternative to go with. We are still in beta, implementing some major requests from our beta users, but will be launching this September. And, signNow is free while in beta.

For that, we (SwiftCloud [ https://swiftcloud.ai/ ]) may well be best, but there are dozens to compare, and important to consider is volume, HIPAA medical compliance, integration to marketing, etc. 2.
