today that we talked about last week on on how to file disputes on your credit and I had a lot of requests for that on how to actually the process and actually follow this mute on your credit so if well let's say the dispute doesn't work and the creditor comes back invalidates the dispute and says no no no no no you didn't pay on time and here's what happened because sometimes 50% of the time that can happen after you follow this view on your credit report let's say that you had a credit card that they report was 30 days past due and you file a dispute on that and you want to say no I did make the payment on time and they come back and they tell the credit bureaus because you gotta remember it's it's due the creditor and you and the mediator is the bureau's Experian TransUnion Equifax they're reporting the data from the creditor so when the creditor comes back after you file the dispute you know and they're saying no you you missed the payment that's why you're that's why we put a 30-day you know mark on your credit so what what this shows today about is to teach you there's certain letters of the law this document cost me $2,000 to write this you're gonna get it for free today okay you can use this you can download it and send this to the to the credit you know credit bureaus on your behalf I'm not gonna I don't want to charge I want you guys to use it and it was typed up by an attorney where it's gonna supersede what the creditor saying and make them prove to show how they're validating their information okay they and they never really never can really combat this every time I've used this letter they could never come back and say because they only have 30 days to respond right and after you send this letter out to people that I'm giving this to you guys for free I'm not charging for because I want you guys to help with build up your credit because you need credit to buy a house you need credit to do everything okay and so that's my gift everyone out there is to use this this Fair Credit Reporting Act letter and you have to send us certified to the bureau's so you've seen this letter right here that pointing to this letter was written by a Texas credit attorney can be used nationwide and you can send it out to Experian TransUnion and Equifax to truly get stuff deleted off your credit in the event that creditor comes back and tries to challenge you on your spute okay and this is gonna make them really work now right the first time they just put your butt okay and you didn't pay your bill on time that's how they respond and that you did so this letter is going to make them dig through all their files and their archives because according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act they have to prove and show how they're validating that whatever it is that you're disputing and submit that documentation by the Fair Credit Reporting Act law to those repositories okay they have to send that to experience they have to send that to the transient they have to send that to Equifax and if they do not do that within 30 days then it has to come off your credit report all right and though these are the addresses here to Experian to TransUnion and Equifax so you're gonna take you're gonna download this letter you type your name in there right and you need to send it certified to the bureau's okay you can't upload this online it has to be sent to certified to the credit bureaus all right Anna has to be sent to the creditor all right so you're gonna send it to the credit bureaus you're gonna send it to the creditor all right you download it here from from YouTube and you can it's a word document and you fill it with your information and you send that off okay it's a fillable Word document anyway basically again the reason why you're doing this is because if you put something in dispute and then contested it which again 50% of the time they will you're gonna know how what to do next and this is what to do next okay because if they have contested it then it's not it's going to be out of dispute is still reporting on your credit and damaging your credit score so you have to send this letter off to the bureau's and to the creditor so then that way you can try and get it permanently deleted because you really needed to lead it off your credit if it's a whatever bankruptcy charge off late payments derogatory inquiries whatever so this is the process and this letter guys like I said it cost me $2,000 you guys taking free do whatever you want to do with it to help boost up your credit and get it clean
