what's going on everybody it's poke beard here and in today's video we are going to talk about eBay I have noticed that there is a lot of people that do not know how to contact somebody at eBay like actually talk to an actual person on the phone and it's very very simple you do not need a desktop all you need is your phone and it literally takes 30 seconds sometimes it does get busy and there will be a wait but you are talking to an actual real person so we will so a lot of people you know you go to the desktop website and you hit help and contact and you think it would just have a number there but it doesn't uh so you go scroll down to the bottom and it has contact us there used to be a box here to the right and it would say have us call you um they do not have that on the desktop anymore I have no idea why so yeah if you do it on the desktop you're going to have to go through all this just you can click whatever ever doesn't matter what you need really CU they'll they'll figure it out so all you can really do on the desk type is chat with our automated assistant which kind of sucks I don't recommend it so and then too if you just Google contact eBay it gives you a number don't call that number it's garbage it's all automated crap so what you're going to do is all right I'm going to throw the phone up now it's very very simple do the same thing Google contact eBay on Google on your phone and then you you to scroll all the way to the bottom and then it'll have the contact us but when it does it this time you know instead of like just the automated thing you can scroll down and it actually has a thing that says have us call you so it's very very simple I don't know why they got rid of it on the desktop and then yeah you just do that every time you know just Google contact eBay click that scroll down to the bottom you don't need to click what it's about just a random thing do the call and then uh yeah it'll usually be like wait time a minute or two it's usually really really fast every once in a while it's busy but really quick and uh yeah and then uh yeah it'll be a real person actually talking to you and you can always ask for a manager do whatever you need to do and uh if you can't understand the person which does happen sometimes s just hang up call back again you'll get a completely different person so yeah I just wanted to make this real quick I am shocked at how many people are having trouble with this CU I even looked up other videos and it's crazy people are saying it doesn't work doesn't work doesn't work and I haven't really seen anybody do it on the phone so yeah it's pretty pretty easy so if you have any problems or any just questions at all there it's no joke 30 seconds to a minute and you're almost talking to somebody so and I do not know why they put this number here this 9253 do not call that it's just it's just garbage I I don't have no idea why they would do that I don't know why they make it as difficult as possible to call people cuz you would think on the actual desktop there would be an option for a call you know to put your there used to be a thing where you could put your phone number in and they would call you but that's gone now so it's just all on your phone so yeah I guess it is easier if you know just on the phone but yeah and I am going to make a video the next video I'm going to make about eBay is going to be how to get rid of negative feedback guaranteed I have a perfect track record I can guarantee you I can get rid of your feedback no problem so if you are interested in that subscribe and hit that notification Bell I also have tons of giveaways going on Pokemon card giveaways and stuff like that games and Community posts and tons of other things information news and all that so but all right have a great day see you
