to pdf.org your free all-in-one online based PDF generator allow me to uh demonstrate how the invoice generator works so to generate an invoice simply click on the invoice generator link and once on the invoice generator page um you will notice that it's uh highly customizable for example you can add a heading background color uh heading font color Main font color you can change all that uh you can upload a logo I'm going to demonstrate how that works so that you can see how nice the actual PDF looks with a logo and all that uh you can even change the heading text for example um your invoice is in another language and a language other than English uh you can uh change this text to U whatever text you'd like it to be you can even remove the text entirely if you'd like uh the invoice number you can leave it as is or you can add your own invoice number you can add a date a due date you can even change the date format uh for example I'm going to try to keep this quick for you so I'm not going to enter in any real information here as for the state it's not necessary so uh if you're in another country just ignore the state the doesn't matter um add the name of the product subscription or service that you're billing your customer for I'm just going to put down my product quantity uh price if you'd like to offer your customer discount you can enter in a percentage uh value for example you can take off 2% if you like if you'd like to add more products um services or subscriptions just click on the new row and uh if you'd like to add another row just repeat that step and if you'd like to remove a roll just click on the delete button um currency I have it on US dollar tax if you like to charge the customer uh tax amount paid if they paid you anything already you can enter that in that um dollar amount a note you can add a note or whatever and um note that when um you click on any of these buttons um a lot of these settings will be saved automatically uh this is so that uh certain static values remain there the next time you use the invoice generator for example the logo will remain there uh The Heading text the font color um and a lot of that uh date format uh your address um that information will remain there for the next time you use uh the invoice generator once done you can either uh download the PDF or you can preview the PDF I'm just going to click on the preview so you can see how nice it looks as you can see it's a very nice looking professional looking invoice that you can send off to your customers and in addition to that you can even uh print the invoice for example if you're uh mailing an item to your customer and you'd like to add an invoice to the in the Box uh simply click on the print button and you can print a a nice uh invoice for them so that's basically that um I hope uh you enjoyed to pdf.org and I hope you get a lot of uh use out of it so uh thanks for watching
