proposal using our program is simply log into the sales rep area and you'll see the here at the top we're going to click on proposals and create proposal to do just a proposal from an existing template we can click choose an existing template we can put in our size that we want it will narrow down the units that we need we click create proposal from template as soon as it loads we're going to come in and the first thing we're going to see the status of the job is open we're going to type in our customer's address and it will pull up our customer if the installation address is different from the customer address we would type that here and then we're simply going to scroll to the bottom and click save now once our proposal has saved you'll see now we have a hard copy here we can obviously choose this we can come in and we can add uh the Ahri numbers that are associated with these particular units they will load from Ahri we can add any kind of special parts or common parts that we want to add to the job we can even change our margin some some dealers will allow the margin not to be seen this particular dealer or demo will allow it to be seen we can add actions to the job um we'll clean up after after the job is complete we'll wear floor Savers explain system operation so anything that we're going to do do on the job when we click active it will add it to the job there's a long list of things you can add any kind of um credits rebates or discounts that we want to add we can uh take money off the job we can also come in and uh include any uh upgrades to the job so the customer can see upgrades and then we're simply going to click save again at the bottom once we've clicked saved we can click on the hard copy here and it will pull up the system with the selling price the uh cost per month we can look at the brochure that goes along with the unit any descriptions that we have um you can look at uh terms and conditions and then the even at the bottom we have uh uh the upgrades that we included in the system we can email this to the customer if they're in a open status in other words are they looking at uh trying to make a decision as long as they're in an open status and we email it they're going to get it four times and their automatic followup is uh today 3 days from now two weeks from now and four weeks from now and when the customer gets the proposal they can come in and say we want to choose the best model they can type their name they can sign their name and then click I accept the terms and then what will happen is it will turn this proposal into an agreement it will remove all of the items at the top that they didn't choose and they'll get this one right here will be the only one on their proposal so now as you can see here is the proposal that they uh agreed to and even at the bottom has their signature so that concludes our short video on how to do a proposal using the proposal system
