still freezing or am i better now you just needed us to do now that we're on stage you're not freezing anymore yeah yeah that's what we needed right amazing amazing great so uh nitsan until uh i'll let you take take from here do you want to introduce yourselves tell us like who you are where are you working um yeah so i'm nitiana everyone nice to meet you i'm really excited to be here with you today i'm a product manager in the crm group i'm responsible for invoices price quotes and contacts uh and yeah as i said really excited to be here today and hey i'm tao and thanks for taking the time to join us it's very much appreciated so i'm a product manager with premium services company and i'm mainly responsible for everything that related to uh billing and financial management infrastructure for partners uh and we're really really excited to be here today so nissan let's start yeah amazing amazing go on cool so uh we're going to go over some um a main common pins that we discovered in the past year around client billing uh we will also go over the value and explain about the new feature and after that we're going to to do a quick demo and walk you through the fl through the feature end to end and then uh we will be really really happy to hear your feedback your thoughts about it and hear any comments that you might have in mind and so feel free to ask any questions on chat okay so let's start so as tell said we interviewed in the past year many partners maybe even some of you in the chat i saw some familiar names and faces and we've heard about common partner spains around building clients and so we think it's important to understand this because this is the background to why we designed this new feature and understanding this will help us understand the benefits and the added value that we're going to show you soon so um let's say you're a partner and you want to and you want to upgrade your client site and you want to buy them a wix premium plan then usually we have two common ways the first way is to get your clients credit card details and purchase the week's premium plan with their the client's credit card details and the second way is to use your own details and then bill your clients let's say you choose the first one and you want to get your clients credit details and buy the week's premium plan then we have two panes there the first one is getting this payment information uh it's sensitive information that might be transferred now via phone email sms whatsapp however you're trying to get this information from your client and we've heard from partners that first of all clients feel that it might be insecure to pass this kind of sensitive information over this kind of communication channels uh and not as professional as they would like to to be this process in front of their clients and the second thing that happens if your client is going to pay themselves for the week's premium plan is that your clients are going to get billed by multiple merchants of records and so let's say the client goes into their bank records their credit card details they're going to see both you the partner as you're probably going to build them right for website design website building and maybe even maintenance or hosting services but not only will they see you also weeks and for some partners first of all um they they find that it might confuse their clients to see weeks also in their credit card details they might not be aware of leaks and second there are some partners that prefer to be the face of everything they do not want tweaks involved in the process or the clients to know they prefer that everything is under the hood of their services so it's quite a hassle and if you choose the second way you're saying okay so we'll not use my client's credit card details i'll just pay for it and i'll build my client then it's not as simple again we have two other pains there if you're using your credit card then it means that for renewals when we the week's payment is going to get renewed and uh we charge again we're going to charge your credit card and your not your clients um and we found out that partners also spend valuable amount of energy and time chasing clients and asking them to pay um and in this situation it's kind of like you the partner is kind of like the third wheel right because you're paying weeks and then your client pays you and this whole process is kind of like cumbersome not really efficient um and so these two ways are not let's say the best uh ways to to handle this and this is why we came up with this new solution um i want to see that i actually want to see if you guys have this type of problem now is that an issue that you see today that you have to sometimes pay from your own credit card or sometimes the clients is asking okay what's wix what's yours uh because it feels like actually a really common problem and i'm glad that we're solving this now uh but let me hear from you guys here leave it in the comments i'm going to read it down below but keep going inside keep going yeah do tell us we'd love to hear yeah please share with them i will so please meet our new feature uh client billing with wik subscriptions uh so before we dive in uh we want to describe this new feature in few words to try to convey the value so basically uh we have created one place uh where you can issue recurring invoices for the services you provide to your clients uh you can choose to add a premium plan to to your clients invoice and you can also add your own services on top of the week's subscription price and choose your own name uh for this uh service uh it's important to mention that this premium plan will be automatically uh get attached to your client's website once your client will pay uh the invoice uh and and in the same invoice uh you can also add your own services and uh a respective prices um instead you wanted to see who is asking this and who has this type of pain point there you go pretty much wow wow so we were you guys here so make sure to be your voice here so keep sending keep sending the messages so yes it does so uh with this feature uh wix uh actually handles uh charging your clients on behalf of you having the payment and uh the payout process to you it's done automatically so no longer uh sensitive payment information transmitted over the phone and no longer need uh uh to use your own credit card in order to pay for week subscription and no longer uh need to spend valuable uh a time chasing for renewals so before we dive in and demo the whole thing we wanted to highlight a few of the added values of this feature so the first one i think it's the obvious one and most important one um we're going to auto charge for the premium plan and so once you send this recurring invoice with a premium plan to your client and we'll show you in a minute how everything goes um once your client pays for this first recurring invoice we're going to auto charge them for every billing cycle um and so when wix renew a week's premium plan renew time has arrived guess what you're no longer need to um ask your client to pay you or anything else and your credit card is no longer involved in the process well it's involved only in the sense that you're getting paid um but that's a positive one i guess yeah cool so uh if you'd like and you don't have to uh you can add your own service fee on top of the cost of the premium plain light item you add it to the invoice to cover costs and compensate you for your services and these fees would go directly to you let's get to the next one uh so we wanted to let you uh be the owner of the financial relationship with your clients and let them to see you in the front of this invoice instead of wix so it means that your business name would be uh in the front and you will be there will be able to uh to manage it directly with your clients so your clients are not exposing to wix and don't see any wix branding on the invoice itself it's only your branding on top of the invoice i'll keep adding some comments here by the way so this is one super cool feedback that we just got keep them coming guys keep them coming um cool so i guess demo time i do before we stick to the demo anything to mention question something before we start yes let's see what's going on here because there's a lot of actually really good ones so sabrina something is actually new welcome sabrina to the partners family she just said this is a big game changer so guys well done on that there's a lot more like maya also saying i think it's maya because from the surname it feels like it's nordic she's saying uh that shows like you know my clients who helped get a lot of help from this i'm trying to read through because it's coming fast like when the chat is going no worries no worries school goes really good i want to see this in practice can we show this live yeah yeah sure so i am sharing my screen yeah so what you dream boom there you are okay so we're currently in the partners dashboard of my agency me me antal it's the best part their team agency you probably are familiar with this dashboard we're going to jump in straight away to the client billing section this is where all the magic happens you guys probably know this section but just a quick overview you can see here an overview of all your financial data you can issue price quotes um by the way another cool feature that's coming soon is proposals but this is i guess for another webinar we have one-time invoices reoccurring invoices that we're going to dive in now because this feature is a part of a recurring invoice since we have billing cycles and so here you can see my 14 templates some of them are sent some of them are active and cancelled and to issue this i click here new recurring invoice um here i see two options the first option is our new feature uh it's a your services and a premium plan attached you can also use the second option which we already had which is only your services um so you're issuing the recurring invoices no premium plan attached and it's on a recurring basis but let's go now and try the new feature so i'm i i've picked this um i'm here i can pick the billing cycle um now something important things i do something important uh for this billing cycle to know is that um once you pick here let's say monthly the week's premium plans prices on the second step are going to be monthly and if we pick early it's going to be the yearly prices so whatever you pick here is going to impact the prices of the plans that you'll see on the next step so let's now pick monthly and i get to the second step i get to see my invoice for the ones of you already are used to issuing one-time invoices requiring invoices it just looks like a regular invoice apart from the fact that this invoice now is the template this invoice is what's going to be sent over and over again every billing cycle we can see here my business details i can change the duty if i'd like and i can pick a client we're going to pick me for the sake of this demo but you can also add your clients and see all your contacts let's choose another shipping address in case i'm going to ship something but i guess that as a partner it might be a less common practice to have both addresses we just wanted to show you that you have this option and after i picked a client next step is to pick a site now usually when we create recurring invoices regular invoices we don't need to pick any site but now since we're going to attach a premium plan to this invoice we need to know on which site we want to activate this premium plan and which site we need to upgrade so in this site picker you can search on your site if you have probably uh agency you're going to see here a long list of sites but this is again just for the sake of this demo kind of short in case your list is long you can search and you can see two types of sites in this speaker you can see sites that are attached to your client the client that you chose a second ago so i can see that sherlock holmes site is attached to nitan which i want to build and i can see that this is here and i can also see sites that are not assigned yet to any client something cool to know is that if you pick a not yet assigned site and send this recurring invoice and get paid we will automatically behind the scenes we'll assign the site to this client so you know you have this site related to this client um let's say i pick sherlock holmes and now it's attached to this invoice i can choose a title let's say web design and maintenance and uh tell wanna yeah thanks anytime so okay uh so let's go ahead and click on add a premium plan uh so we are uh getting the same wakes pricing uh that you're all familiar with uh you can either choose website plans or business plans um here at the left bottom uh you can click on and see a week's pricing and compare them if needed and so let's start as for instance let's choose the problem and click next which one you'd like the pro never mind the pro one let's do this yeah okay yeah so in this step you can either choose to add a service fee on top of the uh the premium plan you just picked and let's say i want to add i don't know 20 bucks um and once i'll click apply uh the total line item will change as well uh and will include both the chosen premium plan and the service fee itself and so let's add it to the the line item to the invoice cool uh here you can uh give any name or description that you want you can give more explanations to your client on top of that of the invoice but it's not something that is mandatory uh if you do want to charge your client for maintenance or social media for example you can always add a new uh line item with your own services as well so let's add one for example nissan thank you um so uh we um and more important information uh to uh is is that we have in this invoice you can decide if you want to add a discount on the total invoice for the recurring and you can also add in the the notes and legal terms fields uh any information that you need uh yeah thank you for demonstrating we're excited this is amazing actually people are getting really excited here they're starting to throw in the questions keep them coming in the comments i'll make sure to put them in the banner here and your comments feedback anything you have i'm loving this okay so i can do all of this now so what happens next yeah so let's uh let's click on preview uh the invoice uh and just check if everything is set to before we send any to our client um i think we can yeah uh here you'll get a default uh content uh that is given by us by wix uh of what we're going to be sent to your client but you can of course suggest it and uh and any content that you and you you can add any content that you'd like um and let's send the invoice to our client which is you nissan this is me so in a minute i'm going to be your client for the day once it's ending i'll just mention that you can also define in your settings your invoices settings um any defaults like if you want the default due date to be always 30 days or 15 days you can or change the logo all the template the invoice template can be changed there okay so there's a question that came up that might be really important which is can you add tax to it yeah you can uh you i we didn't demonstrate it now but clicking on we can jump in for a sec let's say monthly and let's just add a line item but it can also be for the premium plan you can add a tax here perfect you can add up to two taxes per line item that is a scope okay let's see if i got this email now let's refresh this okay so i get this new invoice okay i sent a few already to check this it's a secret so this is what you see a few before [Music] you can see your business logo here the text that we've just sent and i click view invoice this is your client again not me i'm reminding and then your client can see the invoice that we've just sent they can see the payment type it's important information because they need to be aware they're going to be automatically charged every cycle like a subscription they can see it's going to be on a monthly basis that it's ongoing until cancelled and all the details now important thing to notice is that as you can see the client is not aware of your markup so the client sees website link for nissan it's 52.66 and for them they're not aware that part of it goes to you part of it goes two weeks this we do all behind the scenes your clients can either decide if you want to share to to show weeks uh in the front but as you can see it's not yeah sorry and no no that's great you can print like your clients can print can download it and most importantly they can pay the invoice for that um this is what your client going to experience and this is really important for us to show you because we know that many partners are not necessarily you know what's happened after they send the invoice and many even test it so here it's a good opportunity for us to show you um this is the checkout it's the week's payment checkout um you can your client has the number expiration date name everything needed and they click here and the button says explicitly pay and allow auto payments because from this moment on your client will be charged automatically um okay we won't go through the payment process now but we're going to show you how it looks after they've paid correct so thanks nissan for paying the invoice just in time no one checks me guys i'm really responsible i hide my reminder everything is okay cool so this is basically our management area of all the recurring invoices and here you'll be able to get your client information the billing cycle and the amount with the split nissan if you can show it so what goes wix and what goes directly to you and you can also have the monitoring area that you will see all the invoices status either they are sent active draft or canceled as for the actions you'll be able to view the payments and cancel the invoice and it's important to mention that actions can be done only uh from your end and not from your clients um [Music] i think that this is it um if there's something i forgot to mention in the checkout and might be useful um that your client of course doesn't need to be a wix user or anything to pay this invoice um it's a just a regular check out yeah okay i think we can go back to the slides to sum it up yes and i have questions for you at the end we're waiting for them yeah um hey do can you uh get us back the slides amazing magically you're back thanks okay a few things we thought are good to know for this feature uh the first one the magic the site is automatically upgraded once the first invoice is paid so once your client pays we attach this premium plan to the site it's upgraded you can see it's premium second thing you'll need to connect wix payments to use this feature this feature currently is wix payments exclusive so for the ones who already have weak statements connected to the dashboard nothing new you can just go and issue such an invoice if you don't you can go through an onboarding a quick onboarding process um and just uh connect wix payments to your dashboard and the third one is that the access uh to this feature is from the partners dashboard only this is actually a feature that really made specifically just for partners so it's not part of the site level sometimes we do features like invoices that are also in the site level for your clients but this feature is just uh here to help you build your clients so it's only from the partners dashboard uh and lastly this is currently open only to the united states we didn't mention it here in the writing but uh important to know as well yeah and we we are working on to expanding it of course yeah as soon as possible great that's great and i mean super looking forward to that i think people got excited it's really good to see this i think this is a game changer because not only can really put everything in one bucket and really solve that problem that i can see was a big pain point but also you know you can't throw in like your own additional services you know get rid of paying for your from your own credit card i think that was like another pain and there are two questions that came in that i want to kind of highlight here one of them is regarding like the currency so right now everything you were showing was in us dollars uh can you change that for example euro or australian dollars definitely you just go to settings invoices and quotes on the general tab we have a currency field um you can change it to australian dollars and everything will be in this currency yeah amazing amazing i love that another question that came in and i'm sorry i missed the names in the questions here but they will just pop in here are you planning to add more times of week subscriptions like ascend yes uh definitely that's a quite a great question uh so of course we are constantly working on improving this uh new feature and planning to add more types of weak subscriptions such as ascend domains business email and more so you will be able to add more types to your recurring invoice together with a premium plan that's for sure love it love it let's see if there are more questions feel free to keep coming and sending them here in the comments i know there's scottish heritage so of course his his irish pride would probably get the best of them in a conversation with the two of us right but we have to tell which is the best whiskey the scottish or the irish whiskey oh scottish whiskey hands down of course i'm talking to you as you're sitting there in ireland i believe right yeah right i mean i i'm based in ireland so i'd love both i love both uh i i have to tell like the scottish whiskey is amazing so ian uh without further ado i wanna you know give you the stage and the mic to take uh on the presentation and walk us through you know how do you successfully charge and use the pricing models uh with your agency so i'll be in the behind the scenes here and jumping in from time to time guys keep sending the questions in the comments i'll try and pop them here like to kind of like you know interrupt ian in the middle of the talks here to ask him the questions so it's all yours no thank you i do so guys i'm ian k mcgregor i am uh with a partner with ikm creative out of dc we're a branding and design firm and uh i am here to talk about our agency's success through pricing packages and extended engagements and how that may apply to your agency business and or your freelance work so just a real quick overview of our company uh we we formed in january of 2021 so just a year ago and in that time we've grown to a team of seven we've launched and rebranded over 50 companies and we've amassed a modest set of awards to include our most recent clutch award for work with b2b enterprise technology companies so just a real quick look at the clients we support some of these you might recognize some you might not uh but over the course of the last year we have gone from supporting our standard enterprise technology folks uh to supporting many more startups and many more smaller businesses and as a result we have really had to reconsider our pricing model and how it would scale from enterprise to small business and so for us everything we do almost everything we do starts with a website and so whether you're an enterprise coming to us to help us with your corporate site or you're a startup that's coming to us saying hey we need to have a site built now because we need to take our product to market it always begins with the site so the first place we started to look at how we would scale this business was to find a new web alternative a platform alternative so we were building on adobe experience manager drupal or press all the standards but smaller businesses and startups could not afford the development costs for those platforms and they did not have the staff of in-house developers to support it after the engagement so on top of that they still need a security guaranteed up time that is kind of what led us to wix so in thinking about how we were able to build sites in wix um speed to market all the things that that wix is good at how did that scale from our from our enterprise to our to our small business and we were sort of able to mathematically figure out that it's about one tenth of the cost so if we were building a twenty thousand dollar site for an enterprise based client we were spending the same uh we were we were building two thousand dollar site for our wix-based customer and or our small business customer and now this is not necessarily a total one-to-one but it's a pretty good approximate approximation the thing we found though is that as we got further and further into our wix partnership that we were no longer just talking to our enterprise customer and to our startup customer or even the small business customer it actually got much more granular than that because some people were coming to us looking for a single page that's not something we'd ever seen before so we decided very early on that we had to set uh standards for the most granular of pricing so a single page site uh pricing for three to five uh page packages and up and then also pricing for every single add-on that uh that we would be that we would be adding to the engagement and what this did is it helped us avoid any problems around hidden costs with our customers and it also gave them some predictability to know how much things would increase as uh as their site grew it also provided some credibility because we were ready with pricing when the customer asked okay um as we move further into our our witch partnership we are moving away from that sort of enterprise referral model in the way we sell to a more direct sales approach so that really had us thinking about our pricing strategy and now there are main five main products pricing strategies out there and the one we gravitated to and the one that felt most intuitive to us was value-based pricing the idea that your customer will believe that what you're selling is worth it and the way we do that is that we are always speaking from experience and never as a salesman every one of our calls is meant to make the folks on the other end feel like that we are their true partner in approaching their project and or their company or their business we never compromise the truth for the sale meaning we never say we can do something we can't whether that's by way of some technology and or by schedule we never never do it we also never go too low to win um i'm sure we've all everybody out there has under bid to win a sale before but we decided that we need to really stick with our pricing because we found that we always felt undervalued we if we didn't get we thought we should have for the project but also the customer has the potential to actually get a lower quality product because we just didn't put our heart into it so for us we never go to win and we also the number one thing is we're okay if the customer walks away from the first conversation as long as we provided enough information to them to educate them uh around the process of building a website or building a brand whatever it might be we found that that it was better for us that we that we walked away from it without without needing to secure the sale because we saw them coming back months later uh half a year later even uh from those initial conversations that's amazing and i just want to kind of add to that because uh it's really important especially at the point where we are now that you know we a lot of people are jumping in to go online quickly and they want to get a solution fast and sometimes they kind of like they expect they probably don't know even like you know how much would something cost them uh to be online and then they'll come to you and then they'll see the figures and be like okay let me think about it let me maybe ask other people get references from you know different clients i think what you mentioned here is extremely important and i kind of want to reinforce that because we see that happening a lot uh recently everyone going online and you know letting them take the time come back to you later you know think about it uh sometimes you want to you know discuss with people who have you know built their solutions online as well to see what makes sense so i love that point i think it's really worth it it's really good mentioning it excellent i'm glad that resonates with you because it's it's definitely something that has been again it's sort of an intuitive position for us totally right i'll let you keep going okay absolutely so how you know in considering uh again that we're heading toward more of a direct sales approach we had to think think about how we were making this more than a website for the customers we are now working for the smaller businesses uh versus the enterprise how do we make this more than just this website engagement and what do i mean by that well for us um additional services outside of the outside of a website would be branded in graphic design copywriting a whole bunch of other things but for everybody on this call we have tools that are available to us in order to bundle and or market to our customers outside of that website email marketing social media advertising seo and so on uh but there really are just two approaches to this bigger engagement right there is the extended engagement by way of packages and upsells and then there is the post engagement relationship through a retainer or a la carte services so as it relates to packages the way in which we go about this there's two ways the first would be to bundle services the idea that we're bundling um one two three and four services for a discount uh that provides a value to the customer but also secures a much bigger uh engagement for us so obviously bigger profit okay and then the second way that we that we use to um to upsell folks into new business is to actually show them so again we're a branding firm so we are working offline with logo development and of course with web design so we take those items that we're building for folks and we extrapolate those into very real world circums in real world scenarios where we see that their brand could be proliferated through the universe of of any number of environments so you can see with the brand boards we've done very inexpensive to do this and we've up sold all of these customers that you're seeing here with the brand board simply by showing them where they could go next this is really good i kind of want to kind of just make sure we reiterate on lettuce volume because it's again show don't tell right especially if they're not necessarily like tech savvy or if they're not thinking beyond like simple website or a simple solution you show them like the everything you can offer but you put them like in that situation i think when you do like the 3d marks and all of that it gives them the sense of like hey that could be my brand here like could be here so this is incredible and i love that really good point and i wanted to thank you for bringing it up because i do want to mention this a lot of designers don't want to do spec work and i'm not talking about spec work and i want to make sure that that goes that's very clear talking about simply showing in a very inexpensive way how it could move forward um spec work we definitely do not get into it i don't certainly don't um uh don't suggest doing it if you're if you're building your your your business around design so just want to clarify that for you yeah good point so in thinking about the uh excuse me and thinking about how the engagement moves forward after the development of your website there are really two models there there's the retainer and the all card services model so retainer if you've never if you've never used one before is typically a monthly agreement with that your customer pays you monthly for a certain amount of time at a fixed price for a certain period so six months a year whatever it might be and the pros to this are that your customer has priority access to your services and for a lower cost on that particular volume of work the downside for the small business folks is that this is a huge commitment right and so any any additional charges for them monthly seem like another credit card to them so it's a huge commitment to ask the small business to do this and another thing too is that these aren't big technology companies uh that can take a risk on paying any number of vendors and you know to do any number of services this is a bootstrapping business owner that really needs to develop trust in their vendors before paying them a retainer or something like that so that cuts us over to our cart services and what do we mean here we mean setting up an agreement with your customer that you they would be able to bring you in uh on a project-by-project basis for whatever services you charge after the engagement after the initial website engagement and the pros to this are that there's no out-of-pocket commitment there's no out-of-pocket commitment for your customer and for you uh this allows you some time to be to develop some trust as a as a vendor for future projects that may lead back to a retainer agreement at some point and uh but the con here is that for the customers that there's no priority access to your services and your your prices while not fixed may change over time so this is really a matter of strategy how about how you approach uh the customer around this arrangement post website engagement and lastly uh to quote around quoting and invoicing quotes and invoices may seem like a very administrative uh piece of what we do but this is actually a bit of a strategy as it relates to getting the sale to the finish line and it all relates to that back to the customer and what's best for that specific customer on the price quote side moving directly to a price quote allows you to show a variety of pricing for packages tiered pricing uh prices for additional services essentially what it does is it shows all the transparency in your pricing methodology but the big thing it does is it reduces the buy now pressure on your customer the downside though is that that adds time to the entire process which removes all urgency for them to purchase right because it's a you're you're having a conversation you're providing a quote they're reviewing the quote perhaps you're then revising the quote and finally we get to the sale and in all that time some customers may walk away somewhere in that process so you have to really consider moving forward with a price quote versus an invoice on the invoicing side an invoice removes all the barriers to that engagement right they can pay directly from that invoice which means that they have a one-to-one relationship with what they're seeing on screen uh for a price how to pay for it and a button they can click to pay for it right now so obviously that removes all time to purchase and all barriers to that engagement uh the other thing is that wix is actually doing all kinds of uh pretty innovative things with their invoicing tool specifically the subscription invoicing option we talked we heard about today from the product team and that has cleared up a lot of conversation around invoicing which is making the invoicing option a much faster approach considerations here though is that it might make the customer feel rushed and you might actually be missing out on a much bigger engagement with the customer by rushing to invoice versus uh versus a price quote that's that's actually a really good point there you and again i kind of want to add to the to what you're mentioning here is i think the question you added there summarize it perfectly what's best for your customer what's best for the customer you're currently dealing with right because some of them will definitely be more inclined towards this like let me solve it myself i'll pay i'll get my job done where you may want to engage strategically for some others so really partner with them to help them solve bigger problems and think long term uh and i love that there's actually a comment here from wix trainer if you want to give your name we can throw it there as well but he just said well done yeah we're managing weeks with a great attitude all the best oh wow well thank you very much i appreciate that awesome all right keep going okay so just just wrapping up now with some food for thought maybe consider or reconsider how you're scaling your pricing for your services not just even for services though for services and maybe by industry and possibly even visibility depending on what the core of your business is uh determine a pricing strategy and establish consistency with your pricing this will definitely lend to your credibility uh as you do this uh build a larger engagement through trust and by showing customers where they can go with their brand and then try extending your engagement uh through an ongoing relationship post website uh engagement through a retainer or all cart services make sure to throw it here on our magic screen okay is there any way to set up your client who already has a premium plan on recruiting payments for future payments this is kind of tricky now um we don't have this as a feature we we considering having kind of like ability to help partners migrate active premium plans and recurring invoices to this feature what you'll need to do now is kind of a workaround if you'd like um you can cancel the premium plan and then create one with this invoice and get your client on we know uh the partner who did it and showed us uh last week um not ideal but a workaround yeah what we are working on a solution for this that's for sure yeah okay fair enough uh i hope that's a feedback more than a question and i think this is good for the three of you who presented today uh maya just said great meeting with lots of inspiration i use a lot of practice but also got a lot of new sites this is extremely good if if you're finding value in content like this keep sharing letting us know because we want to do more of this we want to you know double i don't know even like 10x the number of times we talk to you and share news hopefully going to be doing that here take premiums from seconds here guys i'll make sure to post the question here um so this is the question from hq any thought on adding multiple plans to one price quote i'm not sure if if hk sqb price good or invoice or disk for price what i will say as i mentioned before very briefly um another time in week's partners team um led by lily green some of you might know her are working on a brand new feature of proposals that's um coming soon this feature will let you edit different templates and add multiple plans to a proposal they could later on convert to invoice so for price quote this feature specifically won't be available because we're planning on something bigger um and if if the question is for a recurring invoice then yeah we're planning to add ascend domains installments and then more plants so you can add multiple for one super i hope that ends up i think i'm kind of freezing again which is fine there's a sign here you can still hear me there's another question any chance we can add we can send receipt for the payments um so it's another thing we're working on currently is to do this on your behalf just automatically for every statement to send thanks for your payments um until we do this and it's live what you can do is automation you can define an automation on your partner's dashboard once invoice is paid send an email to to the customer and you can you have this template that says thanks for your payment and you can have this automation in the meantime but we are working to do this uh for all invoices yes fantastic i think i froze again right smile that's good because at least i froze with a smile i'm sorry can you guys hear me okay if you can hear me okay yeah yeah yeah we're good we are are used to podcasts so that may be a podcast with a
