How do i document type sign company bonus letter tennessee

hi all my minis lisa here with me me in tennessee and welcome back to my channel guys in today's video we're going to be talking all things pre-op process before bariatric surgery so if that sounds good to you just keep watching [Music] before we get started please go ahead and hit that subscribe button and turn the notifications on so you don't miss out on any of my upcoming videos if you are new to my channel my name is lisa and i am a gastric bypass weight loss surgery patient i have actually been documenting my entire weight loss journey here on youtube for just a little over five years so if you would like to sort of start out and binge watch my videos i'll go ahead right here in the corner in the i cards for you and post my very first video and you can start right there once someone decides to have bariatric surgery it typically will start researching and are hungry for as much information as they can possibly find one question i often get is what is the pre-op stage all about the pre-op stage will be different for everyone as it depends on several factors if you are self-pay meaning you're going to pay for your surgery out of pocket your pre-op stage will look totally different than someone who is going through insurance personally i was approved through my medical insurance provider so since that is what i'm familiar with that's what we'll discuss today even with insurance approval the pre-op process can vary because different insurance providers will have different requirements you have to meet it can also vary depending on your bariatric group as well they will have different rules and meal plans that they prefer you follow typically you will have a medically supervised diet that you will have to follow for a certain period of time for me personally it was six months and my insurance required i go through the medically supervised diet with my general practitioner i was not allowed to use my bariatric group for the medically supervised diet i had to see my doctor once per month around the same time per month and i had a form provided by my insurance company that my doctor had to complete for me by recording my weight and other vitals each month what does the medically supervised diet look like you might ask for me i had to follow a low calorie diet and had to show that i could follow a diet by losing weight over the six month period some people have different requirements and some are stricter than others my doctor didn't give me a specific diet to follow he just basically had me start by lowering my calories and we made some adjustments along the way based on my progress for example we started out with 1500 calories a day but when we recognized that my body was not responding to that we dropped my calorie goal to only 1200 per day for me personally 1200 calories per day was the magic number and the weight started to drop i was very fortunate that i lost the amount of weight required during the medically supervised diet and with my sleep apnea diagnosis i was approved for surgery through my medical insurance provider how long does the pre-op process last you might ask for me personally the process took about nine months from my first doctor's appointment to the day of surgery what are some of the insurance requirements i'll go over some of the requirements that i had as they seem pretty typical however they can vary of course depending on your insurance provider we've already discussed the six-month or whatever month you're required to do medically supervised diet i also had to gather a lot of medical documentation to show my history of obesity and comorbidities i had to be able to document that i had attempted many many times over the years to lose weight on my own and that that failed for me i had to have some medical testing and blood work performed i had to have a sleep apnea test i had to have a pneumonia vaccine i had to have a flu vaccine now you may be required to have a covet vaccine i also had to provide my insurance company with a referral letter from my general practitioner this might vary for you i've heard of some folks saying they had to write their own letter i've even heard of other folks say they had to provide a letter from their support person this can vary among insurance providers most people have to have a psychological evaluation i know i did for my particular insurance they were looking to make sure that i had a support system behind me which we already know is very important and that i did not have any chronic eating disorders in addition to that i had to make sure that i was choosing a bariatric surgeon that was part of a bariatric center of excellence insurance wants to be sure you are choosing a skilled surgeon and have a bariatric team behind you to guide you along the way as this will give you a better chance of being successful for the long term if you're curious how you find out what your insurance requirements are going to be first of all i would check your insurance company's website that's how i found the information for me personally if you don't see it there you can always reach out to them or the bariatric route that you are going to go with may be familiar with your particular insurance groups requirements because they may have had some patients prior to you that use the same insurance another thing that i will mention is that if you're thinking about having say duodenal switch your particular insurance may not cover that particular surgery so you may end up having to have gastric bypass instead or they may see something in your medical testing that they feel like might be a little bit more risky for you if you were having say the duodenal switch versus gastric sleeve or gastric bypass so they might approve you for a different procedure than what you were hoping to have once you have completed all of the requirements successfully at the end of the process your bariatric group will submit everything to insurance on your behalf and then the clock starts ticking you might become anxious on waiting for approval i know i did once you are approved then you might start feeling scared and questioning your decision all of these thoughts and emotions are common you are making a huge decision which will impact the rest of your life be sure it's the right one for you another question that you might have is what are the bariatric groups requirements typically they sort of mesh but sometimes they may differ just a little bit first they will evaluate your insurance requirements and help guide you through that process they might have some requirements in addition to insurance a lot of bariatric groups have seminars and they may require you to attend one of these in the very beginning that's sort of one of the first things you might have to do in the process your bariatric group may ask you to go ahead and start a vitamin and supplement regimen in the beginning your bariatric group may require you to have some blood draws that way they can evaluate where you are currently in regards to your vitamin levels and they may want you to go ahead and start taking some vitamins and supplements and if you are found to have any deficiencies they need to go ahead and get those taken care of before surgery i know for me personally i had an iron deficiency and i want to save vitamin d as well i had to go ahead and start taking some extra supplements and get my levels up before surgery your bariatric group may want you to attend some nutrition classes i mean it's obvious if we're obese that we need some help in that area so they want to go ahead and get us started and get us learning on how to read ingredients lists know what's good for us know what's bad for us talk about macros where our carbs should go how many calories we should be eating we already talked about some of the medical testing that may be required like blood work we talked about sleep apnea test maybe a psychological evaluation if you're someone who has some other sorts of medical issues you may be required to have some additional testing i know some folks are required to have an endoscopy some people have to have ekgs there are other things that may come along for you personally based on your medical history for me personally i had to attend appointments with an exercise physiologist they first evaluated my metabolic rate and then they also had to evaluate me physically to know what sorts of exercises were going to be best for me i know a lot of us might have back issues for me it was knee issues so they need to figure out what exercises are going to work best for us based on those sorts of things as well a lot of bariatric groups will have support group meetings they may meet once every couple of weeks once a month all depends on your group but they may require you to attend at least one of these before surgery a couple of weeks before surgery your bariatric group may ask you to do what we typically call in the bariatric community a pre-op diet they want you to lose as much weight as possible right before surgery that way your liver is healthy before surgery it might also be called a liver drinking diet the reason our surgeons want our liver to be as healthy as possible before surgery is because they actually have to lift your liver up out of the way when they are performing the surgery for me personally i did not have to do a pre-op diet because i had gotten my bmi down to 35 but that was something that my bariatric teen allowed yours might not allow that if you're not doing a liquid diet you might do a very very low calorie diet another question i've gotten in the past is what is a food funeral did i have one do i recommend one guys this process is as much emotional as it is physical a food funeral is another slang term that is often used in the weight loss community food funerals are used as a way to say goodbye to your most beloved foods because there is a fear you might not ever be able to have these again it is common to mourn the change in your relationship with food unfortunately this can derail your progress instead of a food funeral i recommend you have a last supper instead enjoy your favorite food as you might not be able to have it for a while my last supper was my favorite meal of spaghetti and wine and all the other trimmings my favorite favorite meal of all time of course my favorite nose pasta right it's the highest carb thing we can eat just a after surgery you will be going through some food phases first it's going to be liquids and depending on your surgeon you may do clear liquids and then full liquids you may do a puree diet in a soft foods diet or you may just skip into a soft foods diet it all depends on your surgery group but once you get through the different phases and you get through the weight loss portion of your weight loss surgery journey just know there will come a time again guys when you can have your favorite foods again now we have to be careful with them especially in the beginning because certain things may make you sick especially anything that is high in carbs sugar and fat we have to be careful with that early on but there will come a time later when you might be able to incorporate a little bit of this back into your diet for special occasions and in moderation guys this is not a diet weight loss surgery is a lifestyle change take this time before surgery to learn new habits and change your relationship with food start learning about nutrition how to read nutrition labels and ingredients lists start experimenting with new recipes and if you don't already know how to cook teach yourself guys this is also a time to start experimenting with exercise and learning different ways to get your body moving we need to get this habit developed in our brain i wish i had worked on that before surgery during that six-month process this is something that is going to be so important especially when you move out of that honeymoon period into maintenance to help keep your weight maintained once you meet your goals read books about life after weight loss surgery check out some cookbooks for gastric bypass weight loss surgery patients or gastric sleeve or weight loss in general i'll link some of my favorites in the description box below for you guys remember this is a time of learning i cannot stress this to you enough i am telling you this from my heart because these are things i did not do that i am now regretting i can remember how anxious i was and how i just wanted to hurry up and get through that process and get to surgery date but guys in hindsight i wish i had taken the time to do the things i just listed out for you i feel like if i had done all of those things and had made healthy habits early on that i might not be dealing with regain right now the biggest tip i can give you is be patient keep reminding yourself that with each passing day you are closer than you were yesterday it's not the easy way out it's just simply a different way out i hope you enjoyed this video be sure to let us know in the comments what your last supper meal will be or was if you're a post-op from bariatric surgery thank you so much guys for watching my video i hope to see you all again

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

The best lawyer in the world will tell you exactly how to do it. This is why a good, reputable lawyer should always be your first choice. The following is how a good lawyer will help you: Help you understand the legal aspects of your situation. Help you understand what a legal professional should not do. Help you find a lawyer who will treat you with respect and dignity. Help you understand the consequences of your actions, which may include fines, jail time, and the loss of your liberty, all without your consent. The more experienced and knowledgeable a lawyer is, the more helpful he becomes. When a lawyer understands the legal aspects of your situation, you will realize that you will be better off. What a Lawyer Has That You Don't A lawyer doesn't just take your money and run. He also does more than that for you and takes your legal rights seriously. A lawyer does a lot more than that.
