I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

[Music] hi guys welcome to my channel today i'll be taking us on how to create an invoice tracker using an excel so this is my blank excel sheet so and i want to create and invoice tracker so i'll come in here and type in my serial number type in my date [Music] type in my customer name [Music] type in my invoice number [Music] my total amount [Music] amount speed [Music] and outstanding amounts [Music] okay so after typing in this what i will do now is to add insert a table to my tracker so i will highlight where i want to insert my table i've highlighted it i'll go to insert and click on table this will pop up and i'll tick on my table as header then i click on ok so this is my table i can delete this [Music] i can delete that because i don't want that so this is where it will stop so i have to format my table to where i want the table to get to so there is an arrow here so i use it to drag down my table so this is my table now so i've created this table so the next thing to do now is to format my table so that i'll be able to calculate everything that is in it so i want to format it by adding [Music] a formula to it so my formula is total amount for me to get an outstanding amount is the total amount less the amount paid so that will give me my outstanding amount so here i also want to format it by adding formula to give me my total so i'm adding my formula to this okay so my formula is there now then i want to copy it to extend it to others so this is my formula now here so for me to get this tracker going i'll have to a form into my ribbon so this form will enable me to type into the form and automatically it will generate on the excel sheet so for me to do this i have to go to my file click on my file click on options then it will bring out this click on my customized ribbon i will have these popular commands come here and click on it then i click on all commands and search for my phone it is arranged alphabetically okay so this is my form you click on the form you click here add i will add it because i already have it here so let's see what will happen this is it it will show you command needs to be added to custom group so so so it's because i've already had it so then you click on ok automatically you have the form so let's see what the form can enable us to this is my form here so i click on it you can see so i click on it you can see automatically all these things that i created here are already on the forms so i'll type in what i want so i have serial number and then date so let's use today's date okay my customer name angel my invoice number we use three thousand the total amount is twenty thousand then so enter you can see it has populated this my tracker so another thing i can do is once india makes another payment what i can do is i'll go back to my phone when i go back to my phone i click on criteria once i click on criteria i come here i impute the date for the invoice 01 2022 okay so i come here and import my tracker and i say fine nest okay so here if angel has paid 10 000 i will input ten thousand you can see the balance now is ten thousand so that is how you can use your phone or how you can create a tracker and you can use your phone to populate it so thank you for watching subscribe to my channel if you have not subscribed but if you have subscribed thank you for subscribing to my channel also make sure you hit on the bell icon so as not to miss on all my videos thank you
