quantity spend time here and define what is acceptable not acceptable okay so the the best practice is to use boundaries samples okay for example you want a certain shade of blue but then you ask them to make a few more a little bit lighter and a few more a little bit darker and then you pick some of that you pick one of them that's lighter one of them is darker and you say anything in between is acceptable as long as they're all the exact same shade but the shade itself can be between the lightest one you accepted in the dark darkest wonder you accept it okay so this is boundaries samples okay it's not just for colors is for different things as well so getting back to here you can also and this is easier obviously if this continuous production and you you check and you find some issues and then the the factory will tell you hey can you accept this so this is the golden sample this is some little dance for example are some scratches or whatever some little issues and then you will tell them this you would pick maybe three of them and you will put a green tag on them you say this is the limit you know this is still acceptable and then you will pick maybe three of them you put right Tiger nemesis you were saying and now this is beyond the limit this is not acceptable right document it's always good to document no other parts put in the packaging I mean it's it's obvious but you know it's major the adhesive should be strong and not fall out whenever possible include a photo and then make it very clear you know this is bad photos always help alright so as I said defective parts will be generated if you have some some production you can ask the factory to keep the samples if you if you are yourself at the factory you can keep them aside sort of categorize them maybe as I said before it's very good for the production staff and the quality stuff okay and maybe even put them on shelves okay if it's gonna be a product they're gonna run very often in large quantities for sure it makes sense to have them on shelves for training ok training their people and what is accepted what is it what is not acceptable ok you know for the facts that is good to point number four assembly instructions sometimes it makes sense so think of IKEA you have step one step two step three step four and so on step two is very clearly described here this there's nearly no way of getting
