foreign [Applause] this is a presentation about creating professional invoices for your business what will you learn today how to create professional looking PDF invoices for your business how to customize these invoices with your logo address and company name how to make sure your tax and discount calculations are all accurate all this using a free HTML invoice template from invoice bus delivered by deal fuel.com so getting started download from dealfield.com invoice template unzip the file and open the file called template.html which is what you'll see this is the awesome HTML template that you get to download for free from deepfield.com see I've opened a file called template.html okay let's get started so how do we get started the first thing we want to do is update the logo so here we go I drag the logo I have a logo on my desktop I just drag it and drop it and there you go the logo gets updated on the invoice beautiful logo looks really professional and then of course my awesome okay cool I update the company's address zip city and county country update the contact forms update the web and email address and then I select the things on it I click it and I can select the date do I want invoice to be dated by today or next week I'll select the date I can update the invoice number I can update the next one let's say the net is seven days see how the due date do you want gets selected after updated automatically my awesome client and then I update your tests and update this email address and contact numbers and any other client information that you might have now let's get to the real big sweetie part of the invoice which is actually your line items so here you see I've got two nice line items with some quantity price and discount setup with track setup so all you need to do is set up my new line icon select the quantity I'm going to save five of these items and the price for these is 100 and the discount I'm offering is 10 and the tax on these items is five percent there you go you see how beautifully the prices get calculated taxes get calculated and of course the total is calculated and the dosan is computed for you already you can of course move these roll up and down see how beautifully the numbers get renewed up and I take real numbered automatically you can add a new row you can delete the role you can make it as simple or complicated as you want you could change the currency so let's say I was investing in British pound there you go the pound sign has been used everywhere competitions have been updated let me get back to US dollar yeah and of course I can customize this endless if I could select which columns I want to show I could update the terms put some special terms here update the payment details maybe add a payment or PayPal detail a PayPal at my awesome tech.com an email ID where they can pay me and any other information that you deserve it so there you go now let's print this window of course we may send the product key to a printer or we might also just open it in PDF field there you go there's the awesome PDF file that you got created easycopy.pdf you can rename it to any file you want and you can send it off to your client either via email or via a print if that put in a nice envelope send it out okay so once we're done with that let's run this small presentation up get the free template to youtube.com invoice template unzip and open the file template.html in a browser customize to your cards content save as a PDF all calculations taken care for you present the invoice impress the customer and get paid awesome thank you for watching happy invoicing presented by Karthik magabul from detail.com join us sign up at Team field for awesome videos for web developers and designers just like you bye
