How does zapier work

hello in this video I'm gonna show you how to generate an embed URL link that will allow you to have signers access a document for signing in a way that is not verified through the traditional email verification flow through sign request in order to do this you are going to need to use zapier comm which is a third-party free platform for automating different applications with sign requests so create a free zapier account now we're going to connect sign request with Google sheets for this example so Google sheets sign request when a new or updated spreadsheet row happens then a sign request will be sent from a template click use zap select your Google sheets account select the spreadsheet and the worksheet where the information will be coming from for trigger column select email and I'm referring to this spreadsheet here continue sample to set up your zap this is fine click continue now choose sign request as the action app send sign request from template your sign request account now select the team in which the template is coming from and the template itself now here for sign or email we're going to select the email address in the spreadsheet there now here under advanced signers configuration we're going to input some code here that looks like this for this section here for the email address click this drop down and select the email from the spreadsheet and since we are doing an embed URL and the signing process is not going to be verified with the normal sign request email flow if we want to create an embed URL user ID to show on the final signing log to prove that this document has been verified in the method that you choose we will just create a little embed URL user ID and for this example I've called it this will show on the signing log if you need to pause this video and take a look at this code feel free now go down here and click continue now we're going to send a test ok the test was successful so now here in the sample from sign request field we will find the embed URL which is here and now since this sign request will not be sent in the traditional email flow this is the link that the signer will need to access to sign the document so we'll copy this link here for this example open a new tab and here we are presented with the document no email confirmation necessary sign the document as usual okay so now that the document has been signed we're going to check the signing log which can be accessed either in the my documents folder of the team that generated the sign request or simply in your email inbox as an attachment so if we click the signing log here and instead of saying verified by sign request says verified by zapier the...
