it'll auto suggest certain people choose the person what kind of document type it is and the reason we number DS is so that they show up on top so you have one two three four five six and are differentiated by these other ones and these are the six that you are going to use okay and we'll do rights and behavior support plan okay and the received date what date did I get it okay and again vacuum is going to have different dates so you put down the date that you receive this behavior support plan okay so again these three are all required they have a valid date when is the document valid from so for some documents that doesn't matter right if you're talking about the you know initial level of care documentation you're only going to put that in once some of this other stuff is going to be ongoing and so then they have a a date that it has to be you know that is started and has to be reviewed at so behavior support plan we're going to say I don't know what the what the supports they observed okay you you you and I could add here and that comes here and then they can add as many observations is they want they talk about the person's involvement in monitoring then you have what's working this quarter for the person supported the case manager the provider the family in the guardian okay another section for what's not working oh I the plan implementation all right then it come down here and they talk about the IST goals so where are the goals are working on objective supports so we were able to add that information changes for the ISP programs your daily goals discovery tools need updated identify and explain any changes sniffing in events we have analyzed incident reports any changes that need to occur because of these incidents we do the behavior support plan and rights restrictions and it'll Ashley a genetical and who a riveted you you I'm not sure who answer that who answer that or asked I ask the question who asked that question is that does that answer your question question yeah I need our information but I don't see how they're going to get it through this system because the progress on the objective they'll need information from the
